I've been waiting for 20 days and I still haven't got my custom controller. When I check the order status, it's still being processed! I've been waiting patiently, but it should have been done by now. Did I just get scammed?

Not worth your money. I had problems when I first received it, so I sent it back for repairs. However, when they returned it, it still didn't work. They informed me that I couldn't receive a complete refund because it was a customized controller. But aren't they all? In conclusion, don't waste your money with them.

I bought a $140 custom controller from Controller Chaos. It took them three weeks to ship it to me. When it finally arrived, I noticed that the d-pad wasn't very responsive. There was also a smudge on the back of the controller, and the options button was difficult to press. I decided to send it back for repairs since it was still under warranty. However, it took a whole month for them to fix it and send it back to me.

Unfortunately, even after the repairs, I started experiencing issues with the right back trigger. It would sometimes activate on its own, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, after a few months of use, I noticed that the left stick had a noticeable drift.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Controller Chaos. The long shipping time, initial defects, and the additional problems that arose after the repairs made it difficult for me to enjoy using the controller.

I bought a controller from Controller Chaos and got it after 3 weeks, which was okay considering the current situation. I called their customer service to let them know about the issue, and they said I should send it back for repairs. However, they wanted me to pay for the shipping cost, which was unfair because I received a faulty controller with drifting buttons in the first place. I simply asked for a refund, but they insisted on charging me a 20% restocking fee in addition to making me pay for shipping a broken controller. I will never use or suggest this company again. Right out of the box, the controller don't work! STAY AWAY, find somewhere else to order a controller! order # *** order date 06/20 date received 07/26... ONE MONTH and 6 days, a far cry from the 10 day ship time stated on website. Received controller that was programmed wrong! the left bumper acted as the *** home button making the controller useless. Now that I returned it, they trying to keep a $70 restocking fee, I will argue with ***. As a side note, I ordered another modded controller from *** and not only it was cheaper but received in 10 days from placing order.

The controller from Controller Chaos looked nice, but that's about the only thing that was right. It never worked properly, randomly shutting off and having the worst stick drift I've ever experienced. I sent it back for repairs, but they misplaced it in their office for months without reaching out to me, even though they had all my information. When it finally came back after the first repair, it still had the same issues. Nothing had been fixed, and with the lengthy customer service process and inconclusive fix, it just wasn't worth trying to get it repaired again. So, my brother wasted his money on a birthday gift that never worked properly.

I had a really bad experience with Controller Chaos. It seems like the person who owns the business doesn't care about customers at all. I spent around $750 on a Nintendo Switch, and they didn't care how long it took to get it done. Their website says it will take a month to complete the device and then they'll send it to you. That's not true at all! The owner, who I guess runs the business, told me they're not sure when they'll handle it. That's really shady and shouldn't be accepted in any business. I know we're dealing with COVID, but that's no excuse for a delay of over 2 months, like they told me on the phone. They should have sent an email to all customers letting them know about the long delay. The only thing the owner did right was refund my money because I was so upset. I wish I could give them less than 1 star. This company needs to be reviewed for their bad business practices and terrible customer support. The owner should learn how to treat customers who spend a lot of money. Don't buy anything from this company!

I ordered a Build Your Own Xbox One Elite Series 2 from Controller Chaos on 11/27. It's now 1/25/22 and I still haven't gotten my order. Controller Chaos said they could give me a coupon for 25% off another controller. I just want the thing I paid for. If they can't give it to me, then I want my money back.

I bought a custom PS5 controller from this company. It took a while for the controller to arrive, they said it was because of the testing. We got a controller that we can't use because the right thumb stick gets stuck at "6 o'clock". We tried contacting the company for warranty, but no response. We're still within the 60-day warranty, but I'd prefer a refund. I don't trust this company's products.

I bought a controller from Controller Chaos two months ago. When I got it, the joystick was already broken. I reached out to the company and sent it back, but I had to pay for the shipping myself. They fixed it and sent it back to me, but the same issue happened again. I never even got to use it properly. So, I sent it back again, paying for shipping once more, hoping for a refund. However, they only gave me back 50% of what I originally paid. They claim it's their policy, but that doesn't make sense. Policies are usually for when you don't like something or change your mind, not when the product is broken from the start. This is just plain theft and shows how unethical this company is.

I bought a custom controller from Controller Chaos on March 24th. It cost me $105. I was super excited to get it because I saw a YouTube video where they sent a special custom Xbox controller to a YouTuber (they must have checked it real good). But the one I got (late, by the way) has a bunch of problems. The Xbox home button decal is all crooked and doesn't fit right, and there are a few little gold wrapping issues. The worst part is that the buttons stick when I use the controller. Like, seriously? No quality control for a pricey product like this? It's unbelievable. I really don't want to deal with the hassle of exchanging it. If I can get a refund (which I totally deserve), I'm taking my business somewhere else (Controller Chaos won't be happy about that). But that's what I want after going through this mess.

I bought a controller from this company for Christmas last year. The controller had a bad paint job (the company agreed) and I had to send it back. I didn't get the fixed controller back until Feb 2020. The company extended the warranty (I had bought an extra year of coverage). The controller worked until October. I sent it in for repair and it came back pretty quickly, but it wasn't fixed and had a new problem. I sent it back again and waited almost a month to get the repaired controller back. When it came back, it still had the old issue and now a new issue. When I return the controller, I have to pay for it, so I keep spending more and more on this controller. I contacted the company and they said my only option is to send it back for repair. I think I've given them more than a fair chance to fix this controller. They won't return the controller and refund my money. I can't keep sending it back for repairs that don't work.

I placed an order with Controller Chaos on 12/30/2022. They said it would take 7-14 business days to process, but it could take longer depending on the season. It's been almost a month now, and I haven't heard anything about my order. I've emailed their support team multiple times asking for an update, but they haven't responded. I even paid an extra $40 for faster processing and shipping, but it's taking way longer than their usual time. I'm so frustrated with this company that I want a refund for the shipping and to cancel my order. If I had known they wouldn't communicate with me after weeks of trying, I wouldn't have placed the order. The event I wanted the item for has already passed, and I still don't know when I'll receive it. This whole experience seems shady or even like a scam.

In early January, I bought a custom painted PS5 controller from Controller Chaos. When it arrived, one of the black painted buttons (x, o, square, triangle) was sticking out and didn't press properly. I emailed them to report the problem, and they said that Sony made a late change to the controller design, so their aftermarket buttons didn't fit well. They said this was the best they could do, which seemed odd to me. If they knew the buttons didn't fit, why offer them for sale? I called them and got the same response. They said I could either wait for better fitting buttons or send the controller back to have the original buttons put back in. Waiting indefinitely didn't seem like a reasonable option, so I sent it back through the courier pick up they arranged. It took a few weeks for them to fix it and ship it back to me. Yesterday, we opened it to test it out, and now the right joystick has an issue. After a short time, the game stops recognizing any input from it, and it only works again if you restart the controller. It's now March 2nd, and I don't trust that I'll get a properly working controller. I called to ask for a refund, and they said I would normally only get 50% back, but they would increase it to 80%, which is the best they can do. My son bought this controller with his own money from his birthday and Christmas, and it cost $314.02 Canadian. It's completely unfair that they want him to pay $62.80 for their poor workmanship, plus the cost to ship it back to them.
