Modded Controller
Took longer than expected for the controller. Was promised a certain date for Christmas but it almost did not arrive. Then I received an email saying they felt rushed so they forgot the bumpers on the controller so those had to be sent separately. I was frustrated. My son is finally able to use it, then eventually the left joystick is stuck on going left. I reached out a few times to ask for assistance with no response. I paid well over $100 for this controller to get this kind of experience.. don’t recommend

I asked for my money back and they said it would take 3-7 days, but it's been 10 days and still no refund. They keep giving me more excuses. I just want my money back and for them to take responsibility. I have emails to prove it if anyone needs to see.
