This company is a fraud. They will take money out of your account without permission.

So, I stumbled upon this Continental Publishing, LLC website and it seems like they're the ones behind it all. They've been sending her magazines that she doesn't even read and charging her a pretty penny for it. It's really not cool that they're taking advantage of elderly folks like this. I tried calling them to cancel the subscription, but their customer service was a joke. They kept transferring me around and I was on hold for what felt like forever. Eventually, I just gave up and had to cancel the subscription through my grandmother's bank. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company.

So, I was checkin' out my account at *** and I saw some weird charges from Continental Publishing goin' all the way back to November . Ain't nobody in my family ever heard of 'em, and we ain't never received no services from 'em neither. I went to the credit union teller and they said it's probably elder abuse. Ain't that just messed up? Stay away from these guys, they're up to no good.

I just found out that Continental Publishing has been taking $62.50 from my parents' account for the past three months. This happened after my parents were scammed out of thousands of dollars and I had to take over their finances.

My mom, who's 87, is getting two magazines - Better Homes and Gardens and Country Living. They're taking out $40.75 from her account every month for the last two years. She's subscribed to magazines before, but she never asked for these ones. They just showed up in her mailbox, and they didn't even ask for her permission to take money from her account. It's not right!

This company done scammed my 81 year old momma with Alzheimer's outta $82.20 fo' years. After my momma got diagnosed with Alzheimer's, she added me to her bank account. That's when I found out they was takin' $82.50 from her account every month. I tried to get in touch with them, but no luck. The bank stopped the payment fo' one year, but then they started takin' it again. My momma don't got a lot of money, so it ain't right to be takin' it like that. They say it's fo' Reader's Digest, but she ain't got that magazine in years. And if it really costs $82.50 a month, that's just crazy.

This company is bad news, they're taking advantage of old folks and stealing their cash. I seen on ComplaintsBoard.com that other people have complained about them too. My dad, ***, gave them money for two months now, and I don't know why. The checks say Reader's Digest, but he don't get nothing from them. The days of the checks are 5/1 and 6/1, and they cleared the bank on 5/4 and 6/4. They don't give no invoice, and they don't answer the phone. They just take $62.50 from my dad's account every month for nothing. That's $125.00 they owe him, and I want it back.

I gotta say, I'm pretty ticked off at Continental Publishing, LLC. My mom's been in the hospital fighting cancer, and I just found out they've been charging her for magazines she never even signed up for since May! Can you believe that? They've been taking $95.52 out of her account every month, adding up to a total of $3,152.16! And now, some other company called Universal Readers is doing the same thing, charging her $85.50 a month. I don't even know if these two companies are working together or what. I'm doing what I can to stop the automatic withdrawals, but I want my mom's money back, you know? It's not right. So if anyone from Continental Publishing is reading this, you better fix this mess and give us our money back!

I found out that Continental Publishing, LLC has been taking money from my grandma's account without any authorization. They've been doing this for a long time, like since March , and they've taken 37 checks already. I got some pictures of the checks, and they're not even signed by anyone. When I asked them about it, they couldn't give me any information about when the account started or who approved it. They said my grandma must have given them permission over the phone, but she doesn't remember doing that. She hasn't even gotten any magazines from them, and I haven't seen any in her mail either. They also said it was transferred from another company, but they didn't say which one. It's really shady, and I wouldn't trust them.
