DO NOT EVER EVER EVER order anything from *****************

My mother ordered a print of minnie mouse/slave leia for my daughter's room as a surprise for my little one and husband (who is the world's biggest star wars fan)! There was a very high markup 19 dollars more than the print costs at disney so she paid 49 for it! plus 15 for shipping. The item was shipped in a folded priority box with no protection surrounding it other than the box and nothing written on the box at all (ie do not bend do not fold fragile picture etc) It was folded on one side and crinkled on the other side ruining the matting and picture inside it.

We called to tell the store about this and they said to fill out an insurance form and a refund would be issued. Fine... insurance form was promptly filled out and faxed in the same day. No phone call was heard for two weeks so a follow up was placed from my mother and then by me. We were told they would get to it and a refund would be issued to watch our card. Fine... patiently waiting for a month later. ANOTHER call was placed on the weekend. it went to voicemail. message left with order number names and my phone number.

NO RETURN CALL.

another call placed during the week. went to voicemail. Another message left! STILL NO CALL!

finally got through today over two months after item was received. I was told they called my mothers phone multiple times. I said there were no messages left. They said that they do not leave messages it is up to a person to check caller id. I told them my mother does not have caller id so that was not possible. I was then insulted saying that the entire united states has caller id and should be able to check who called and that it is store policy no messages are to be left. MIND YOU the messages i left are with MY PHONE number!

NEEDLESS to say. no refund was issued they said they would replace the print if i sent it back to them with the original wrapping. which i still have 2 months later, and i would be responsible for shipping. so a 30 dollar print is now costing us 100 dollars

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! if you order anything fragile do not expect to receive it in good order.

and if something is wrong do not expect any type of solution.

when i spoke to them originally they said they had a line of insurance claims in front of me which means that this must happen all the time.

i will be reporting them to the better business bureau and will be trying to get a chargeback placed on my mother's credit card.

and the print we will have to buy again for 30 dollars at disneyland california ourselves. THANK YOU so much for ruining a present from a grandmother to her little granddaughter.

I hope this company gets what it deserves one day!

This company is a fraud! Do not order from them. They do not deliver their merchandise in the time frame they said they would. This company should be shut down!

This was my experience:

Avoid at all costs! Horrible con artists! My son lost his beloved Hufflepuff lanyard, and Universal Studios has stopped selling it. That is the only reason I paid $27 for an $11 lanyard which could formerly be purchased in the park OR online. Instead of the clearly pictured, retired lanyard listed as "In Stock, " WDW store sent me the current lanyard, which looks nothing the same, and which is currently easily available for $11. When I contacted WDW store about this error, they refused to give me a refund or even to respond to me. They even blocked my emails! I was forced to send in a dispute to my credit card company (seriously inconvient) to get a refund! Based on my experience, I believe they deliberately and fraudulently sent the wrong item, and just hoped I wouldn't dispute with my credit card company. Not only are they EXTREMELY overpriced, they are straight-out scammers.

Do not complain about shipping prices. They will wait over a week after your order and cancel because you know it does not cost $26 to ship 2 plates. The disney store and amazon are the route to take it will save you a ton of money and time.

I ordered a minnie mouse hoodie from this store for $69.99 $25 shipping! I paid almost $100 for the item when I found it at disneyland for $59.99. I contacted them a few days before I want to disney to ask when the hoodie would arrive since it said upon checkout the item would ship when in stock. 3 days later no response. I called a couple times and got no answer. I left a message and got no response. so I filed a claim with paypal once I realized they totally over charged me! $59.99 vs. the $97 I paid! what a rip! then! when I filed the dispute this is the service I was given:

The buyer purchased an item that stated it would ship when the stock arrives. it has arrived and the order was set for shipment. we received no phone messages, and no email except for the email today wanting to cancel. if you want to cancel, that is fine, but you must pay the cancellation fee, or restocking fee of 25%. until then, you are banned from purchasing from our website, and I will inform disney and send them a copy of your emails to have you banned from their site as well. good day.

I called and sent you left you a message and you never responded! now you respond! after I send a dispute! don't threaten me! I found the item at disneyland and you guys are over charging and totally scamming with that outrageous shipping price! $25?!?! I paid $59.99 for the same sweater! I will not pay a restocking fee! the item isn't there! how dare you! you liar! I will be contacting disney about your scams! refund my money now! all of it!

Also I read your reviews online and it looks like others have reported this same problem! no response until the customer files a dispute! you're even on [redacted]! no items for months! bad customer service etc. I will be adding to these complaints!

Well we originally sold this item to you, but then we found someone else willing to pay double what you were going to pay, so we decided to cancel your order and sell it to them! oh, sorry that's not us. that's you. that's what you did to us! you bought the item from us three business days ago! 72 hours! and I bet as soon as you bought it from us, knowing it's a sure thing when you order from us because we ship within 7 days, then you probably started combing the blogs trying to find it cheaper. do you think you are the first person to do this to us? come on now. and our website specifically says we can save you money on your shipping, all you have to do is ask.

Furthermore, we have the call logs from our office. you may have called, but you did not leave a message. we're not calling you a liar like you did to us, we're just telling you we have proof that reality is different than what you are claiming.

We also have our email logs, and we checked those too. want to try that statement again? the first and only email from you was received by us today. and we can prove that in court of law if you insist.

As for your refund, paypal has your money now.

You bought the item from us. then you went out and bought the item from someone else who had it cheaper. who does that? and if you do that regularly, you should make sure you know the returns and cancellation policy first. we are not here to be your fall back if you can't find it at disneyland. we are here as an alternative to paying admission, parking, and walking miles just to possibly find one item. sure you can get it cheaper right from disney! are you serious? and the shipping is from florida to california. we don't ship flat rate, sorry.

I've already sent a report of your actions to the better business bureau, disney, and antijinx. have a nice time with that.

Oh give me a break! you think you can threaten me! better business bureau? court? you're a psycho! wow. I left a message! I know I did! and I called several times and got no answer! then left a message and got no answer! you are by far the worst seller i've ever dealt with! I will be reporting you to the bbb that's a bit more fitting right? how do you report a customer to the business bureau? I will escalate this claim and I want all my money back! you are not any more convenient than disneyland! you are a pain! I I will never deal with you again! you self entitled horrible business person/company! I hope you shut down some day and you will totally deserve it! how dare you treat customers that way! this isn't 5th grade you baby! grow up and learn how to run a store!

Yes. threats and refusal to refund! this company is bad news! I can't believe she mentioned court! wow! I was astonished at how far this company would go to keep my $97. do not buy from them! they are unprofessional, rude, and childish!
