I did the same as many people here but have heard good reports about the product from colleagues in israel. The goods never arrived and i was away on holiday but had a call from my bank to ask if I had authorised a payment for £98.81 which I hadnt, they hadnt allowed the payment to go through so I was okay but the company are now hounding me for payment of goods that I havent received. they have a signature which is in my daughter's name but who I was with so there is no way she signed for it. I dont know how many people are in on this scam but it has to be stopped. I had a random email from a Lee McKenna who gives ways of earning money and it is these kind of surveys that link people in to buying goods unintentionally. I go by the theory that if something seems too good to be true it is. good luck to you all getting your money back, as I say I havent paid any more money and i have no intention of doing so. i have told them I will refer the matter to my solicitor and trading standards. Hopefully they will disappear.

Same thing happened to me these people should be forced to give money back it is daylight robbery, they should not be allowed to put these offers on facebook or any other site. Just shows their products are no good or they would not need to scam people into buying them.

Oh dear. I wish I'd seen this before I stupidly sent off for what I thought was a "free sample". I've been debited nearly $NZ200 and have cancelled my credit card before "Hydroxatone" could be charged yet again. Several emails through the company website have produced not one response. Yet when I signed up for the free sample I got THREE phone calls from somewhere I can only presume was the Philipines (judging by the accents of the people who rang). However, on the emails I get from Hydroxatone trying to get me to buy more of their stuff, there are phone numbers that do not work for New Zealand customers. I put my complaint on Scambook, which has gathered quite a few complaints from Australia and New Zealand. These Hydroxatone people have no morals. Try Googling their CEOs. They are actually proud of themselves!

I'm sorry to here that so many people are still being scammed by this company. My problem started in Feb/Mar last year the same trouble all the other people have stated . I never got anywhere with the company, no replies to emails or phone calls so did go to trading standards and they were very helpful they got in touch with their equivalent in USA who are part of the FBI, but I also got in touch with RIP OFF BRITAIN at the BBC and was on their progamme in Febuary 1st 2012 . I also got in touch with cards services . My bank said there was nothing they could do, they could not stop payments as they were what is called on a Rolling contract and only the company can cancel. but what company would do that as it is easy money for them .The company would not take the back w ithout a form that they had to send to you but you could never get in touch with them. They took £900.-00 from my account and as we are pensioners I could not afford to lose that kind of money, My bank finally told me to send them back by recorded delivery, ( which isn't cheap) and then to take the receipt to the bank and they photo copied it and then card services got involved and we eventually got our money back .It took some time but with the help of my husband nad perserverance we got it sorted.. So the advice I would give is DO NOT GIVE UP keep on at your bank and card services, The Banking community must do somethind about these ROLLING CONTRACTS that most people don't know about or understand.
Regards Ann Hartlepool.

To be honest I got a shock to see these comment I had same problem & found charge on my credit card too & tried to contact them.I received trial & first full product on same day. After searching all over the website it says you have to let them know if you want it after 2 weeks trial.I found it it terms & conditions. They finally answered & I got refund but by the time this was done there was another charge on my card & another supply was sent which I sent back but is has been a month now & no refund & no reply I managed to cancel my subscription It is a scam.I rang my bank but they said I would have to get a new credit card. Why should I have to go to all the trouble of letting honest companies know my new number. I am still trying & will not give up.

I have just read the letter of 24 mjns ago, I have been to every avenue and got nowhere my bank says they can't do anything I HAVE TOLD THEM TO STOP ANY PAYMENTS BUT HTEY SAY THEY CAN'T, don't understand why, We got in touch with our trading standards and they have been very good . I also got in Touch with the BBC programme RIP OF BRITAIN. they were very interested and they interviewed me and my husband and then went to interview the trading standards people. So I recommend you get in touch with your local trading standards. Ann Blackhall Hartlepool

They are the biggest cons ever. I have been charged £96.35 over and over again. They even invented the story that I had called them for the orders. Disgusting! They have to be stopped. I contacted the bank and they are going to investigate.

Agree that this is a scam. I called up the number which was beneath my bank statment (08000 no) it put me through to an American called Patrick who was recording the call (feedback and time delay). Was advised that there was no account and I should contact my bank, as I had my statement in front of me this threw him a bit. Then I was advised to call a toll free number (somewhere in america) I refused and asked him if he had recieved other calls like this. He explained no and I was the first to call and complain. He kept on stressing that this was a customer service company for a number of other buisnesses - but refused to give me the name of his employer. I was polite and calm throughout and he was getting rattled, so he ended the call before referring me to the anti-aging website. Went onto the website and called the "customer service" tel no - guess who I got through to - Patrick, who wasnt very pleased to hear from me. So, he refused to let me speak to his supervisor "Ed" as he was in a meeting. End result - start a facebook campaign or twitter rant.

Same thing happened to me. Contacted the company who said to return for a refund 0f the £63.29 they charged me as I hadn't used the cream. Sent it back recorded delivery at the end of February 2011 which was signed for but as yet no refund. Can't find the company's email address as it appears to have changed --- SCAM - SCAM - SCAM

Dont hold your breath for a refund.I found that this company had taken £2.97 that i too thought was for trail size and then noticed on my bank statement that another£96.35 had been taken. My bank looked into it for me and said the £2.97 was post and packing didnt say that on advertisment. Phoned the company to get a number to return item back in february sent it to be signed for by royal mail said would take 3 to 4 weeks waited about 6 phoned to ask were my refund was .Told me it had been recieved and they would contact there refund department to arrange refund . Waited a week phoned again same answer wouldnt give me a number for refunds. Phoned 4 times now . Telling me now they did not get package in time to get my money back and can only have it on products .Ringing trading standards today . Cant afford to loose all this money fed up feel i was taken for a ride.

I also sent for a "free trial" of this so-called serum (which does not do anything that the advert said it would !) and have been charged two payments of $96. This was before even receiving the product. When I eventually received the serum (3 weeks after having the money "stolen" from my card account), like others, there was no price on the invoice for the product. The invoice also stated that a catalog was sent with the serum, but I didn't receive that either. I'm contacting my bank to get them not to accept any more debits from this company and find out how I can have my money refunded. I'm not happy - neither with the product or with being scammed like this. Janice, Australia.

i live in the uk & also sent a small postage to get a free sample, i changed my mind & sent it back..so never expected to receive another bottle & so quickly my bank account was debited for £96.35..& today jst 2 weeks later ive just received another bottle/ its easy how they do it, , they dant swnd it recorded delivery just normal post so once its through your letter box it yours & not their problem, , im disabled i dont have a lot of money & as they have now taken 2 payments off me ive lived on toast, toast & more toast, , ive cried i am so depressed over this.but now after reading all of these complaints im going to be doing something about it, , it may cost me to send these 2 bottles back, , i will be sending them by special delivery so at least then i will have a tracking order i am so damm mad..all that i done in the first place is to pay postage for a free sampe, , & i returned that so in actuall fact ive had nothing from the company i will try yet again to contact them, , if i get anywhere with this company ( wow thats a joke ) but i will leave a message on this complaints page janet brooksbank.

This is a total scam. I have followed all their terms and conditions. They still have my £96.35. I have been in touch with bank, consumer direct and trading standards. Their UK registered address is CoAction Group Ltd, Overseas House, 66-68 High Road, Bushey Heath, Herts WD23 1GG. But this address is registered to 100+ companies, very dubious. I rang their UK number and was answered by an american woman, she reluctantly told me she was speaking from USA. when I asked why they would not refund me she said it was because I had contacted my bank. This is trash! Total total scam. I am taking out a County Court injunction against them. I am prepared to spend more money to bring them to justice.

I just had the same problem and now on the phone with the fraud department at my bank. They charged me £96.00. I have also never received any receipts or emails from these people. So I need to stop my debit card so they can no longer take anything out of my account. I spoke to a girl named Lyndsey at the Anti-aging Store.com today who says her ref number is 33207. She said she was sending me 2 emails; 1 to return the latest bottle and receive a full credit. And another to get an in-store credit for the previous bottle that was completely damaged.

dont give up, i found an auto shipment cancellation bit on their website, i didnt hear anything for 2 weeks so emailed them again they sent me a cancellation number. i had also been in touch with fraud dept at bank who were looking into it, i reported it to the police also. i was ready to send the emails i had sent to antiaging store to the fraud dept to prove i had tried to cancel my order with this company as i hadnt signed up for 96.35 to be taken every 30 days. i sent antiaging yet another email (not expecting to hear from them) stating i had received their email and cancellation number, also told them they took 2 payments of 96.35 and when could i expect my refund. to my surprise they emailed the very next day and said everything was cancelled and no more money would be taken from my account and i would receive my refund of 192.70 in ten working days! im keeping an eye on my account to make sure im refunded if not im sending all letters to fraud dept including the one where they are said to be refunding me. very strange eh! i reckon the fraud dept has been in touch with them. so please dont give up, it is frustrating i know, but keep pestering your bank, report to police get an incident report number, contact trading standards, the more people you tell the better chance you have. good luck!

Yes, I was done as well,
I saw the ad on facebook.
I tried to cancel when I had a red flag fly up in my head after I put my card details in the ad page.
No email to confirm cancellation or order so thought it didn't go through.
Then about a month later the first bottle comes in post with nothing to say 30 day return I should have checked my bank statements and a whopping £95.00 out of my account, then another bottle with another £95.00 the following month. When on their website the bottles are advertised as $36.00. When I rang them to challenge this, they said it was for membership, prize draws etc. What a load of tosh! And even if this was the case I never got any emails for membership, prize draws etc. ?. I sent both bottles back after they gave me a code to write on the package and told them If they didn't give me a full refund I would take them to OFT etc.
I'm still waiting for the refund and they did say 3-4 months! At worst I'll get my one month back. But still will fight for the other amount!
We should all get together and do a 'joint' court action perhaps? anybody interested?

This is the first time I realised other people have been "HAD" by this Company. On the 16th January, 2011 I was debited on my Credit Card for £1.29 for Free trial of HYDROXATONE. On the same date (16th Jan.2011) I was debited £31.97 (what for? - I don't know).

On 29th January, 2011 I was devited on my credit card for the sum of £96.35, then on the 10th March, 2011 I was debited £44.90 for Hydroxatone.

The only CREDIT I have had is for £29.00 and I have worked out that that was a credit for the £31.97 which was debited on 16th January, 2011.

All this is making me ill. I am a pensioner, aged 77 and I wish I had never come across ANTIAGINGSTORE. I had asked for two items for a free trial and that was the start of my nightmare.

i was back at the bank today, contacted the fraud dept who are now sending me out a form, they will reimburse me for one transaction taken from my account and charge back the company, normally when this has happened they wont take anymore money from your account but it is not gaurenteed! i asked about closing my account and opening up a new one and seemingly the company can still track you and take money from your account! i was also informed trading standards are investigating this company. im afraid if they dont stop taking money from my account i will have to close down the account i have and go and bank else where! i dont know how companies can get away with this! we also phoned the company on sunday 13/3/11 and it was an american woman who answered, because we have sent emails to them (but never received any replies) threatening with legal advice etc we were told to put our lawyer on to them and she hung up! how very rude! this is not a proper company this is a total SCAM i am getting very stressed about the whole situation!

I AS WELL HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY! I APPLIED THROUGH FACEBOOK FOR THE 14 DAY FREE TRIAL . I RECEIVED THE SERUM 31/1/11 AND ON 1/2/11 THE COMPANY ANTI-AGING STORE OR BEAUTY CLUB AS THEY ALSO TRADE UNDER TOOK £96.35 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I SENT THE PRODUCT BACK RIGHT AWAY WITH AN RMA CODE AS THEY WONT PROCESS YOUR RETURN WITHOUT THIS AND TRACKING SYSTEM. THEY RECEIVED IT AT THEIR UK ADDRESS ON THE 7/2/11. I NEVER GOT CONFIRMATION FROM THEM AND AFTER EMAILING THEM SEVERAL TIMES I GOT 1 EMAIL STATING THAT THE COMPANY HAS NOT YET RECEIVED THE PRODUCT! (YEAH LIKELY STOREY) AFTER READING THE COMPLAINTS ON HERE I WENT TO MY BANK WHO CHANGED MY CARD NUMBER THINKING THIS WOULD PUT A STOP FROM THE COMPANY TAKING ANYMORE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT! TODAY I RECEIVED MY BANK STATEMENT AND ON THE 4/3/11 THEY HAVE TAKEN YET ANOTHER £96.35. I WAS ADVISED BY MY BANK IF THEY TAKE MORE MONEY TO GO TO THE POLICE AND GET AN INCIDENT REPORT NUMBER AND THEY WILL DEAL WITH THIS. SO THATS EXACTLY WHERE IM OFF TO TODAY. TO MY KNOWLEDGE THIS COMPANY WILL KEEP TAKING £96.35 FROM MY ACCOUNT EVERY 30 DAYS !

You won't get far with the anti-ageing company. Their phone operators are trained to delay and stall you. They won't provide any email or address contact details because they don't want written instructions from you on cancellation. If you don't do anything they will charge you another £96 after a further 30 days. It is a scam. Your best bet is to go after your credit card company and don't be fobbed off by them - they will know all about this company because they are seeing hundreds of complaints. Insist that they send you forms for a claim for "goods not received" and make sure you don't sign for any packages coming from Anti-ageing store over the next few weeks - just tell the postie to take it back!
If you have to, you can threaten the credit card company with a small claims court case where they will pick up court costs and compensation when the court rules in your favour which it will because the company is breaking all the UK consumer laws.

I have also been deceived by this company. Free sample... I don't think so.
What was supposed to be free actually cost me a total of Ninety nine pounds
With further insult on checking the web site that free sample they charged £99. 34p was half the cost to actually buy on line.
I returned the product on the 9 of february still no refund even after 3 emails asking for my 30 day guaranteed refund.
Now I have been told by my return email, phone the allocated number for the UK. Guess what ? The number is on divert for the American branch. I am now informed that my product that I returned to Unit 12 Saxon Way Trading Estate Middlesex UB 7 OLW will have to be returned to the States before I get my refund.
Question- Why are we not told to return direct to the US if that is the case?

I have been told to phone back in two weeks time to check on the returns in the US from the UK which could take up to SIX weeks.

What do I do now. Try to contact trading standards or talk to my Bank about a dispute with this company. They have NO REGARD FOR RETURNING PEOPLES MONEY. Please be more aware than me if ordering a not so free sample from this company. DO not tick the... I AGREE BOX. That could amount to anything with this company.
