On April 18th, i placed an order for a DLO HD docking system for an ipod, to make sure the item was in stock I proceeded to place the order over the phone after verifying online that the product was in stock. After placing the order they advised me that the item was going to be shipped that same day. One business day later (today), i call to verify the status of the order and they told me that the order was not submitted on time so that they had to move it up for today's shipment. About three hours later, I get online to confirm if they had shipped it or not and I see the item in back order for which I proceeded to call again. Their answer was, we just placed the item in back order, so you "might" get is shipped in 5 days. Of course i proceeded right away to ask for a supervisor, the supervisor got on the line and told me the same thing, I told him to cancel the order and his answer was he could not cancel it. I am in the process of calling my credit card company to proceed with a charge back, but all of this time I received nothing but a bad attitude as they did not care whether i had a problem or not. Please stay away from them, I should know already that saving a couple bucks will eventually get you. In today's world we try to use this scam artist's to save money and time as we live a very fast paced life, but be carefull out there, as you might have to spend more time solving a problem than just buying the item from your local store. By the way if you check the item online right now it still says is in stock... so good luck and stay away...

I am still facing huge problems with this company. I regret the day I desided to buy from them!
I orderd a Macbook and send a cashier's check as they ask for sales abroad...that was about 1, 5 months ago and even though my bank confirms that they received and cashed out the check, they claim that they never received the check!
So, dear friends, I 've lost about 1300 US dollars! Just like that!
I am feeling quite frustrated and haven't decided yet how I will proceed but I hope that there will be some solution!
In any case, keep away from this company!!!

I purchased 52 units by phone for $499 plus shipping. I sent a cashier's check which they cashed with in 2 days. After they cashed the check Steve Harper called and said the price had increased by over $10, 000 and I need to send more money. After a heated conversation I told him my attorney would be in touch. 30 minutes after that I received an email from Gain Saver canceling my order. The next day they issued a store credit for $27, 560 which I can not use at all. I need my $27, 560 back so I can purchase from a more reputable company. The company will not return my calls or emails and they will not refund my money even though they were the ones that canceled my order after a "bait and switch". My company does fundraising for non-profit charities and we are now out our entire capital revenue for 2008 equipment purchase. We need help in the worst way with this issue. FTC requires that Gain Saver refund my money as they could not fulfill the order ! that was originally placed.

Per thread 89 I have submitted a formal complaint to the FTC as well as the Attorney General in California and registered a complaint with the LABBB.

I do admit that I have received a refund for the $27, 500 but it took over a month and I am still out over $3, 500 in attorney fees needed to get a refund as apposed to a "Store Credit". What can a person do with a $27, 500 "Store Credit" when the company as poor as this?

Please avoid this company at any cost.
