Welk Resort Agreement Failure

On March 15, 2015 we sat through a time share sales pitch for well over the advertised 2 hours, and decided against buying a time share. The offered deal was, we pay $99 to come to Branson for the weekend, sit through a 2 hour sales pitch, and regardless of purchase, we receive 2 nights and airfare to Las Vegas. First, we stayed in an hotel that my kids named the "Worst Western" which is where Welk made our accomodations for the weekend. It was definitely not the "Best Western." Then, they ran out of Las Vegas vouchers after we decided not to purchase. They were to mail it to us the next day, March 16. Today is April 6. We have not received anything in the mail and I assume we will not. They warned us that the trick is waiting too long to book our Vegas trip. I guess their trick is that they do not actually mail out the Vegas trip information until people complain.

We told the Welks Resort we wanted to cancel within the 3 days allowed and the guy was all mad and sent us rude email's, which we kept, and that was over 9 months ago, and he promised to reinbruse the money and to this day we have yet to receive it, Be aware its a SCAM ! Contacted the BBB in Missouri and they said they would look into it and 2 days later...

Welk Resort Refund

we went to MO for a vacation and we ended up at the Welk Resort for a timeshare conference meeting and was repeatly nagged about buying and so we did signed, but when we got home we noticed we had 5 days to cancel so we did by phone, by email and sent certified letter and we retreived a email from Welk Resort acknowledging the cancellation and returning or refund, that was in July 2010 and here it is the middle of Sept 2010 and still no refund, contacted the BBB in both states MO and CA which the company is located and we received notication from the BBB in Ca and they was told the same thing that Welk Resort is refunding or money, we let them know at the BBB that that's the same thing they kept telling us and we denied their reply, 2 weeks later the BBB sends us a letter saying this matter is closed claim is unresovled What? This should not be closed until it is settled what is that all about, someone geased the others hand or something, i feel this is unfair to us and we want this company to understand you cannot do this to others. HELP !
