On October 23, 2015 I went into the branch located on 9230 Elk Grove Florin Rd #120 Elk Grove, CA 95624. I was politely greeted by the manager, and from there I proceed to apply for the product HELOC. However I did not meet there guidelines, and was referred to David Carnes/mortgage originator. Three days later all documents and application were submitted to David Carnes. It should take no more than three days to receive a response on approval or denied. Every week for the next 7 1/2 weeks I called David for a response, and on several occasion went to the branch to inquire. Every time David would supply no answer, and said he would call me right back. A week went by and I did not hear from David. So, I called him again and David would res pond by saying he would call me right back. This went on for the next 7 1/2 weeks. Finally, I went to the branch to locate David, because I was really upset. On the same day in the morning David said he would call me in 15 minutes, and there was no reply. Finally, after 7 1/2 weeks David response was I was not approved. I contained my composure and walked straight out of the branch without looking or ever wanted to visit U.S. Bank. Throughout the 7 1/2 weeks David Carnes never presented himself professionally, or treated me as a U.S. Bank client. I have a personal and a business account w/ the bank(not anymore). After the initial application, David never invited me to his cubicle office or greeted me in a polite manner. Repeatedly he would wave his hand and said I will call you while I'm sitting there waiting to talk to him. He took me on a 7 1/2 weeks ride, and tarnished the once US Bank I only banked w/. I still could not believed US Banked employed this incompetent being which is also racist. By the way I'm Chinese.
