Filed a complaint with FCC

Complaint Rating: 100 % with 2 votes
The telemarketers have probably called us 4 to 5 times. Everytime we tell them about being on the Do-Not-Call list. They must not understand English. Finally I filed a complaint with the FCC. I would suggest folks to do this.

FCC complain does not go anywhere either.-I have done it for this and others--FCC is overloaded.

You are lucky!!! Many of us paid $39.50 and were promised for full refund----AND not returned even after not using their service.
I paid with direct debit and they got the money right away. May be paying with credit card could have got the money back. May be since, when I read details of various offers and fine print it does say that "REFUNDS" would be calling cards only.
After many, many calls and emails was told today they will cancel and send me 'calling card'.
