This company seems to a virulent fraudster.
They took an order from me on 23/12/2010, and despite 5 emails since have not replied.
(BUT they HAVE taken my money)
I would advise NO-ONE to deal with them.
I have given them 24 hours from now to reply, or my Bank will recover the monies for me.
Just as a warning to anyone else.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY online.
My Bank will dispute the transaction on my behalf (Thank goodness for VISA)
They also will give me a temporary refund for the FULL amount in 7 days, as a dispute may take up to 60 days to resolve.
My Bank informed me that the Bank of uk-cigarettes-cigars.com MUST reply, or they will be held accountable as well.
So I feel a little warmer.
Again, DO NOT ORDER anything from uk-cigarettes-cigars.com nor EUR.Cigarettes-Cigars.com as they seem to be the same fraudsters.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I wait too... from these guys to send me sth but zero...
I think that I must ask to bank to recover my money
It is a very strong site because i looked to find sth before make the order, and nothing that's why I have trust.

Totally agree, they say you might only have to pay customs charges - but if customs seize the cigarettes you loose all your money with no come back, just happened to me. They have also stopped responding to emails and they have just posted a tiny message about posting to the UK.
