Tophatter INC. and my companydecided to make the auction and sold some of the items, which the vendors provided to us. But 2 days before the auction the manager of this company disappeared and stopped to respond to my phone calls and emails, and their mail box was full, so no one was able to contact them. The worst thing that my company was responsible for the shipping and we couldn’t collect such sum for the shipping. We tried to cancel the auction, but all the guests weren’t happy and requested refund. My team and my company were in the worst situation ever.

Tophatter wants only your money. This is what they did to me. All started when I bought an iphone. Well, shipping was quite fast, my item arrived in few days. The problem was that phone wasn't working. I emailed them and told that I want to return the item. I sent the phone, but was told that they can't accept it because I didn't print the label. What label? I have no idea what they meant. They also said that I need to wait, because they need some time reviewing the matter. Few days later I received a message from them asking for a return tracking number. Well, I replied okay and gave it to them. So I waited and waited and nothing happened. I didn't care about the phone, I just wanted my money back. The seller probably sold that broken phone to someone else. I tried to contact them many times, but it was useless. The only thing they do is hiding behind email system. They are cowards and liars.

Don’t trust the company www.tophatter.com. I have ordered from them, but the item arrived in defective condition. When I emailed the seller, he told me that it was my problem and he has no time to change it. Also, he told me that support team of the company would help me, and it was true. They told me that they have no rights to influence on the seller’s decision. Stay away from these people.

I ordered 2 bracelets (both were shipped in same package), and did not receive them. I opened a case with one and explicitly stated that there were 2 items not received - I did not feel it was necessary to open a case on both items and argue them both as it was very clear that they were in the same package (from same Seller as well, and had the same tracking number). I had to fight with Tophatter to get the refund on the one I opened the case with and then they refused to refund my money on the other because I did not open a case on that one. I have NEVER been treated this way by any company I have ever done business with and will do everything I can to ensure other consumers are aware of the poor way in which they handle their clients.

I recently ordered from the company www.tophatter.com. I ordered 4 items from them, but these jerks delivered 2 items to my address, but the remaining items they sent to completely different address. I have no idea where they sent them and where they found this address, but they refused to send these 2 items to my correct address. They behaved really strange and suspicious. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.
