. my concern is with my order number [protected]. The toy was packed beautifully, but there were NO directions or a box that would describe how the robot moves.
I won't ask for a refund - I just want robot directions and a detailed description. If the directions are not available, I WILL ask for a prompt refund & will give a bad review.

Today 3/21/2021 I redeemed 400 points for a $1 credit which you are refusing to give me. Your customer rep Ricardo states in email that I have a $1 credit in my "wallet" . This $1 credit was there from a earlier redemption this month and expires on 3/28. Why are you taking my 400 points today and refusing the credit I should have received today? You are a scam company. You don't offer things points can be redeemed for and then refuse to honor your own offers. I want the credit I earned today! I have read many complaints about your company. You should be forced to stop operating.

They sent the slingshot no instructions number one no band to shoot with I see no way to get a hold of you on the actual auction site it never comes up it always says it is deleted where I can't leave a message really all I want is the band so I could use this I bought it for my grandson and cannot use it or i'm going to send it back it'd be nice if you have things you assemble have two instructions to them also maybe you could tell your people that sell on your page to put an instruction pamphlet in there might be nice just saying I order from you since I started quite a bit wondering fell apart to stay one let it go but not the slingshot for my grandson

I have no access to my account my credit card was stolen and l can't get to my account. I have sent many contacts and never get a reply. I always read the description of a product and when you get it it's nothing like it this time 40 dollars for 2 pieces of felt which was supposed to be fleeced line blankets for a queen bed. I took pictures requested a credit they want me to send them back to china. Been there done that lost money again. They say they got your back l have discovered they do not. If a product is late and goes past their time for you to get your refund. You won't. I liked tophatter it was something to do with covid going on but now it seems the more you try to contact them they black ball you. It hurt me at first l am disabled I can't get around much. But just ignore someone is so wrong. I am seriously considering getting a lawyer you just can't treat people this way.

I had an account and it just disappeared including all my orders, there were many. They appear on my credit card statement but there is no longer the account or record. I've contacted u many times. I am out of a lot of money and I want my money back or the items. I can not retrieve the account. I've tried numerous times and numerous ways. I am very upset

I have tried to purchase at least 5 products uaing the steal the bid card. After I makr the bid it disappears and there is no indication that I won the bid.I'm not charged for it I just lose the credits. Ihave mailed my complaint many times and never receive any answer. Please help me This is very frustrating

I bought a smartphone and the phone would not go past home screen it had no google services no way to set phone up. The phone had 2 service towers 5 cameras and I ordered knives never got then

I have made bids on merchandise only to be told that the merchandise is out of stock and see the same item up for sale on the SAME DAY I received the out of stock message! I have complained to Tophatter on numerous e-mails and I received only one reply in the beginning stating that they are very harsh on vendors that do that! Well they kept doing it!

I keep getting charged for things I did not do! I need a complete refund and my account removed from the tophatter customer files. I will sue if this is not corrected in a timely manner. This is very disappointing especially at a time in our country that money is short. My lawyer will be in contact over this if I do not receive a response.

September 22, 2020 locked out unable to make a purcase till Sept 24, 2020 credit took all of my 10.00 in card. then said 20.00 shipping so i canceled it. keep all my money locked me out of bidding for days. 3.75 creidt but took all my 10.00in points should got $6.25 back. more in credit.But no refund of money?

2nd time A Star trek ring applied for 3.75 credit on a 9 dollar purchase add 5.00 from may cards had 10.00 used a $5.00 but it took all my card money. on Date September this said free shipping on a 620 game won bid 9 dollars had 1.75

Bought robot vacuum. It is seriousLy a piece of junk. It does not work and I immediately requested a return and was told it's not returnable. Gets stuck everywhere and does not pick up anything. Only dust and not even that really. I will not buy from Tophatter again. I have ordered at least 20 or 30 things from them. I've never had a problem before. What's really frustrating is you cannot contact anyone there.

I bid on an item (Solar LED pinapple outdoor light). I was awarded this bid at $3.00 - a week later I was advised that it was out of stock and a refund was issued. I got on line with Yunchi Brand Shop and found that they not only were not out of stock, but wanted to sell me some of the same product. If I am to be expected to stand behind my bid, shouldn't the vendor be expected to stand behind their sale? If we cannot resolve this issue correctly, I will have no choice but to stop using Tophatter as I need to know that if I bid on an item, and I am awarded the high bid, I will get the item. Especially when the item is in stock and for sale. A low bid is not my fault, I would have bid more on the item if there were more bidders on the item. Please let me know the outcome and I will continue to use and tell people about Tophatter.

I bought a 'Z' tablet from Tophatter & they do not even have the seller listed. I have contacted Tophatter several times but they state they do not keep records of who the sellers are. This tablet has such old technology that it does not even work - it runs on Android 4.4. Tophatter will not give me the seller's name nor address so I can not even use the 'Z' tablets 12-month warranty.
Very disappointed in Tophatter as they refuse to co-operate.

My order number # [protected] / Sold by Xiong Haiyan / $ 94.39 Dollars for the phone. I order a smart phone for $ 94.39 dollars on April 3. 2020. It's was a knock off phone. It did not work for me. I went to three phone company and they said the phone was no good, It's a knock off phone to send it back. I talk to a police officer and he said the same thing, the phone is no good. I had to buy me a phone for $250.00 dollars. I didn't want to pay that much for a phone. That why I order from Xiong Haiyan. He need to stop getting over on people. I work to hard for my money. He need to pay me back. Who do I send the phone back to. I don't need it, it don't work.
