THIS COMPANY SOLD ME AN ITEM THAT WASN'T AS THEY ADVERTISED! THEN THEY GAVE ME A HARD TIME ABOUT IT WHEN I COMPLAINED & ACCUSED ME OF LYING! I THEN TRIED TO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY ABOUT HOW TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, BUT INSTEAD OF RESOLVING IT THEY CHOSE TO ACCUSE, THREATEN & HARASS ME! I HAVE SINCE FILED POLICE REPORTS AGAINST THIS COMPANY & I'M SEEKING LEGAL COUNSEL DUE TO THE CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS THIS COMPANY HAS BROKEN! I CAN'T GO INTO GREAT DETAIL AT THIS POINT, PER MY LAWYER! ALL I CAN SAY IS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THERE ARE ALSO NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS COMPANY ALL OVER THE INTERNET! THEY ALSO GO BY THESE OTHER NAMES: trendyhats.com LLC, search4shirts.com, teeshirtsrock.com, shirts4squirts.com, etc.! THEY LIKELY GO BY MANY DIFFERENT NAMES SO THEY CAN CONTINUE TO SCAM & HARM THE BUYERS & SO THEY CAN HIDE BEHIND THEIR CRIMINAL ACTIONS! MY SUGGESTION IS TO BUY ELSEWHERE!
It's been 1 year since I bought 2x shirts and the order status still says "awaiting fulfilment".
They're ignoring my messages.
This is a scam and I hope they get taken down.
Same experience as most people. They take your payments and send nothing. Then they wait out PayPal so the issue gets dropped because it has been too long. [censored] paypal and [censored] thatsmyshirt.com. Theiving [censored]. Warn anyone you know never to shop on that scam site. Total garbage people. I hope that lady sues the crap out of them.
I bought a shirt on May 17th 2020. As I write this, it is July 16th, 2020. So two months later and I haven't gotten the shirt. By mid June I had realized how long it has been taking but on their website it had said sometimes the orders can take up to 25 days so I figured that's fine, I'll wait. It still isn't here.
Even worse, I have sent in a customer inquiry ticket 7 times. Not "a few" times or "3 or 4" times, no, SEVEN times. They will not answer. Some of the people on here have mentioned how they did answer them before and then stopped helping them. Wow. I'm amazed they even got an answer.
I also can't get a refund. So that was $25.00 down the drain and I just got completely gipped. I've never had a bad experience like this ever before when shopping online. It's a shame too because I really, really liked that shirt that I bought from them and I was looking forward to wearing it. Especially because there is no other one like it.
Such a shame.
Bought a t-shirt for a birthday gift on April 9th. It has been 9 weeks, and the company has not responded to 2 emails and a voicemail. So frustrating - especially since they promote the "fast turn around within 30 days." Waiting for PayPal to look into so I can get my money back!
Did you ever receive your shirt? I just placed an order about a week ago and now I’m reading all these negative reviews.
Bought a t-shirt and I waited about a week and a half and wrote them asking what was up and all I got was "will ship next week" well, next week came and went and I wrote again and didn't get a response. SCAMMERS! The above posts speak the 100% truth! I am so glad I bought with PayPal and I filed a dispute, nothing happened, escalated it to a claim and PayPal tried getting my money back but they would not respond. The deadline for them to respond came and went (it's been almost a month since I was scammed) and PayPal decided in my favor and reimbursed me. Don't order anything from these scammers!
Has been three weeks. When I checked my order status it still says "awaiting fulfillment". For a company that promotes quick shipping they are horribly slow. I also have contacted them through their website and check both Facebook and Twitter. No response and their social media posts look to have ended in August/ September 2016. Don't purchase from this company. They are ripping people off. Going to have the Credit Card company go after them for fraud.
My shirt has not arrived and it's been 6 weeks. My first message to them, 3 weeks after order, got a casual "it will ship this week". My second and third messages have not received a response. SCAM company!
