Synapse Connect Inc. review: Unauthorized credit card charges 2

I noticed a charge on my credit card for a subscription of Prevention magazine for 52.00. I have never received a call from this company or authorized them to put a charge on my card. I would like to know how they got my card number and who authorized its use. I called for a full refund from this company but could not talk to a person so all they did was cancel the remaining of charge I am a very unhappy person
