Safe24Options And Binary Options Live Signals (B. O. L. S.) review: Security scam 4

the companies appear to be linked together in that Safe24Options is the trading company and Binary Options Live Signals (B.O.L.S.) is the signal company which uses Safe24Options is your trading partner. I invested a significant amount of money with these companies and after a minimum amount of trades in $ I was supposed to be able to withdraw money from my account. When I reached this amount, I attempted to communicate with my account manager (Neil Morgan) to have money transferred into my account per a ongoing agreement which is well documented in Skype and I have copies of it. Neil never returned any Skype messages or any email messages.

I tried to contact the company's numerous times using their email addresses and their chat forums and no one will return any communications. The phone numbers they have listed on their websites are bogus and I was told that Safe24Options was located in Hong Kong and that Binary Options Live Signals (B.O.L.S.) was located in Singapore. I contacted the Internet authorities in both locations and they indicated that neither company was located where they stated.

I am looking for a way to one) get my money back including the supposedly profits I had reached and/or 2) report them to the appropriate authorities but since I cannot locate their physical locations this seems to be impossible. If anyone knows where they can be located or a method of communicating with them would be much appreciated. Also if anyone has any ability or recommendations on how to report them so that some of the fraud agencies can track them down that would be much appreciated.

Again, do not invest any money with these companies as they appear to be a total fraud. At the very least, they will not respond to any of my attempts to contact them so I must assume that I have been "blacklisted" and that all of my correspondence is going into the round file (deleted) pair.

The only concrete contact I have is with a gentleman named Bruce Lewis who supposedly is located in Hong Kong (file attached) . I alerted the Hong Kong authorities to his supposedly location and they were unable to verify as of yet that he is located where he said he was. I am looking to find a way to contact either firm, a way to report them to the appropriate authorities so that they can be investigated and shut down, or any other suggestion you might have. I'd like to get my money back and supposedly the money I have "earned".
