To Whom It May Concern,

I used to live next door to the Realtor who posted a statement above. A couple years ago I had a water problem that caused my deck to sink. The gutters were not catching water and pouring it over the top down onto my deck. When the gutter company come out they replaced the gutters but before they did Robert my neighbor told me the problems were with the cheap garbage screens they installed and not the gutters. The gutter company not only replaced the gutters but put on larger gutters. Ive moved since then but have been by on numerous occasions and was shown where the water still leaked.

I also was told by Robert before the gutters were put on the Realtors unit that they were going to replace the gutter when all it needed was a guard. As you can all see by the letter from the Realtor who lives in the unit that had the problem it was not fixed. Yet when they returned again and again to fix after installing new gutters it was a guard that fixed the problem.

I saw that the Realtor/Occupant left a phone number and I would advice anyone to give her a call and she will verify it. I also saw in another post recently the Gutter company is now slandering the person for exposing them. These are lies and can be proven. Also the management company that runs this property has a reputation for lying, selective enforcement and much more. It took them 3 years to respond to my complaints about the gutters and they finally did after the deck sank...

Thank you for all of the information.

I spoke to our gutter installer. he stated that he would not have recommended cutting into the siding of the condominium to fix the problem.

Splash guards are meant to be placed by valleys. valleys are where two gutters meet, similar to where a miter is.

If water was flowing down the siding of the condo, he recommended that a larger gutter should have been installed. even with the splash guard installed in this way, water will most likely still drain through it and now possibly drip into the siding of the condo.

We would recommend a removal of the splash guard, a replacement of that gutter with a larger gutter, and this would also mean a replacement of that siding unfortunately.

thanks for the heads up and you were correct this unit didn't need gutters
after replacing gutter we still had the same problem raining over gutter and
raining down wall
the gutter company came out again and again
just recently they added the correct guard and removed the screen

do you think they would just ask the resident what's been happening? to help
find the right solution

hey everyone I thank the many who have supported us and are letting friends and neighbors know to stay away from richmark gutter company. as everyone can see they still havent answered the questions about lying about snow but this is how half # companys operate. many professional contractors would never have done this half # job and when exposed they would have fixed it.

Dear mr. krutko,

My name is mrs. pearl bryan and I am located in alabama. the reason I am writing you today is to let you know my grandson is located in columbus ohio and is currently in the process of rehabbing homes and re selling them. after reading your posts about richmark gutter company I immediately called him and sent him a copy of your posts. I wanted to thank you for exposing this company because my grandson actually had this richmark gutter company on his list to use for gutter work and now will not use them. it's a sad day when a company goes to great lengths to defame someone online who's exposed them for bad work. I was totally shocked to see the words they used against you and can tell you the public can see the lies if they research you and then look at the truths you posted about richmark gutter company and even backed it up using photos to expose the lies and bad work done. to say that someone "deficated" on themselves or is an "extortionist" is beyond disgusting. I also believe the contractors statements you posted online backing up your complaints was brilliant, and shows you were exposing the truth in your posts. I wish you luck in your battle to expose these people and I will make sure to send a letter to everyone I know in your area telling them not to use this company.

As you can see richmark gutter companys lies are easy to see. 10 inches of snow on a clear day (no snow see pics below) used as an excuse for leaving debris everywhere after a job? way to funny..

Also they are trying desperately to bury my list of contractors comments that have been posted online.

I wanted to update everyone on what is going on. richmark gutter company called my neighbor the other day laura esterline (who had gutter problems they didn't fix) and called her on a blocked number. she told me they asked her if she was having gutter problems and she told them yes.

Why would richmark gutter company call on a blocked number?

Why would richmark gutter company not come out and fix a problem immediately that this lady has dealt with now for over a year?

This is not the only problem, there is another building down the road where the gutters are leaking also down a mans basement wall causing moisture after they did work on it?

This shows everyone they don't give a damn about customers. they told laura esterline when she asked them to get it fixed that they would have to talk to the board first? helloooooooooooo

Many more contractors have come forward after reviewing richmark gutter company's work and also confirmed the work was not done properly. instead of fixing the work they would rather go online making libelous remarks against myself and lying so bad any idiot could see right through them..

10 inches of snow on a sunny clear day? that was the excuse they used as to why debris and nails were left all over our parking areas..

Saying I live rent free? I defecated on myself?

Many people have written to tell me they saw through this pathetic company's lies and I thank you very much. any company that would rather libel someone to try and distract the public's attention from the real truth is as pitiful as it gets. especially the lies they told...

I will keep everyone up to date on what goes on with the gutter problems. ask yourself this question... do I want a company like richmark gutter company who has been exposed for poor work and lies working on my property?
If you had a complaint do you think they should fix the problem immediately or ignore it for months so moisture pours into peoples basements while they sit online and lie.?

Wanted to give everyone an update on what is going on. richmark gutter company as of today has still not fixed their piss poor work. two buildings need desperate repair because water is going down basement walls and causing alot of moisture in basement.

Richmark gutter company never tried to defend their work when pictures and comments from other contractors show the work is not done right insted they tried to defame/libel me to try and discredit me which clearly didnt work. this company said they are family owned and that the next generation of kids want to take the business over. this is so sad seeing richmark gutter company did lousey work and still have not come back to fix.

As you can see in the comment below last week richmark gutter company called laura esterline who wrote a letter about their piss poor work and is still having problems. (see letter below)

They called her on a blocked phone number and told her they would be back to fix her gutters but had to get approval from the board. this is pathetic at the least. they were caught lying, caught doing pathetic work, and yet cannot get their # back over to fix these peoples property.
As everyone can see I am not a person to give up especially when lied/defamed about. next week I will be putting up a richmark gutter company complaint website (documenting their work and lies), sending out press releases, and more until they make right what they did wrong. I will in no way tolerate someone deliberately damaging myself and my familys reputation with outright blatent lies. I will also not tolerate a company billing hard working people for shotty work and causing more problems after their work is done.

This would never have gotten to this point if richmark gutter company hadnt lied months ago. you see they spoke to me telling me they would be out on the property and gave me a date and time (3-4 hour window) they would be here and stop by and see me. I was then willing to speak to them and show them the problems. I waited hours that day and nobody ever stopped by.

The lies started then and got worse as they were exposed for their lies. to say someone didnt clean up their mess because of 10 inches of snow when my pictures clearly shows no snow is how these people operate. a professional company would have wanted to fix the problem immediately which this company still hasnt done.

To say someone deficated on themselves in order to extort money is beyond pathetic.

Richmark gutter company if you had any professionalism whatsoever that you say you have you would fix your gutter problems immediately and let the public know you lied and defamed me to try and cover your companys pathetic #.

The public can already see the truth now can you admit it?

As of 9-29-14 Richmark Gutter Slobs have still not fixed their piss poor work.
It's sad to say that they spent many days trying to discredit me and everyone can clearly see whos lying. They tried to fool the public by using words like " Professional Company" and " Family Owned" to make themselves look good but it didnt work.

How many months should two neighbors in two different buildings have to wait to get gutter fixed that is causing moisture to go into their basements?

I am compiling an email list of many contractors in the State of Ohio and will be sending them all copies of these posts to see this isn't a company they want to deal with. I will also be setting up a Richmark Gutter Company Complaints website that will show everything from photos, contractors letters, neighbors letters, and much more about this companys pathetic work.

I have recieved many emails and phone calls of support. I want to thank the many people who saw through this companys lies and will stay clear of them..

Hello Everyone

Just wanted to update everyone on the Richmark Gutter Slobs. As mentioned above weeks ago the owner of Richmark Gutter Company called the neighbor that they did the sloppy gutter work on. They told her they would be out to fix in the near future but nothing as of yet. These people are BIG liars and I would tell everyone to avoid them and use a real company that know how to do professional work and are not liars.

This company does piss poor work they even go to great lengths to lie and replacxe gutters that didnt need replaced all because they are pittyful..

Update...

This week we've had two new additions to our condo board. it didnt take long for these two young ment to get involved in investigating my claims..

Within minutes the two young men confirmed what i've been saying for many months on here "the piss poor work I pointed out done by richmark gutter company was crap"

On 6-9-2015 the board held their monthly meeting and it was quickly determined the problems I exposed were true and that something needed done. they decided to put a stop to richmark gutter companys work and bring in an outside company to inspect it.

I was skeptical when I first met the new board members because so many have lied to try and cover up the piss poor work. but once the young men quickly admitted there was some serious problems with their work, it was clear they were headed in the right direction.

Weve had several contractors already review their work and 100% confirm the problems i've pointed out with their work are very legitimate problems..

The sad part to all this is roger lewis lives not only in our community but on our street. what kind of person watches crappy work being done in their own community by their own company and doesnt give a damn about his own community getting screwed over? roger lewis - richmark gutter salesman does...

UPDATE... 9-1-16

We filed a lawsuit and during depositions the owner admitted that all the filings made to look like his customers giving great reviews were him falsifying the reviews making it look like he had positive reviews.

I will be posting transcripts of his deposition very soon. He also admitted his employee did take and torture the baby raccoons and was fined for it yet remains with the company and not fired.
