Just wanted to add a number to contact the company in case some of you guys don't have it. I tried the product, didnt do anything so I called and cancelled. I did not ask for a refund because I was the dummy that actually agreed to try it. Any way the number is [protected]. Hope this helps and remember if it is too good to be true, it probably is, Wish I had remembered that myself.

Regarding HARP:
I am supervisor for a company who provides Customer Service for a variety of products/manufacturers. Many of these contract HARP to take their sales calls. There are some positives for a company to utilize a call center. Sheer volume for one. The longer a person has to sit on hold to wait, the less likely he is to buy. People have time to think while on hold, and thinking before buying is bad for business. Call centers with hundreds of open lines can take thousands of calls, make thousands of sales a day. Occasionally, one company can include several products for sale within one call. Of course this cuts down on the need to advertise the other items, saving the company money.
Then there are the downsides. As a CS super, I handle the worst. I can attest that yes, while the calls are recorded, they are only monitored somewhat. Out of thousands of calls, they only randomly pull a handful for review. I have daily contact with QA, and it involves me requesting the recorded calls, reviewing them, having to honor whatever ridiculous claim the agent made, and then having to make certain the customer is 100% satisfied. Often times, the promises these sales agents make are far off that they can not be honored. For example, I often hear sales agent promise the product the very next day, even if the sale is placed at 11pm. Sure, but will the customer understand that our ability to directly beam the product to them is temporarily down? Most often the claims are regarding cost, like promising that the customer is only risking shipping cost. Yes, ultimately, if a customer chooses to return within the usual 30 days, then all but shipping refundable. But these agents sometimes lie. Lie Lie Lie. Ive heard some insane stuff from the HARPies. They lie about the product, when it is not even necessary, lie about price, lie about arrival times. They double and triple and even quadruple charge customers. They swindle and manipulate. They take advantage when they realize the customer is elderly or hard of hearing, they double speak and mumble. I spend more time apologizing to customers and giving free product away because of them.
As a customer service provider, HARP is my nightmare. HOWEVER...
There are systems in place to reprimand, and compensate, and satisfy when an issue arises from them. If you are customer, please remember that you can protect yourself in a number of ways. One: Pay attention. Listen when they are talking, if you didn't hear or understand make them repeat it. Two: Ask questions. Ask them clearly, How much will you charge on this transaction? When will the charge be debited from my account? What exactly are you sending me? And when they are asking you to say yes, say OK, say I approve. Don't. Not unless you have completely understood what they are asking you to approve! Remember that a lot of those clubs and offers will sign you up free for a month to month and a half. The hope is that you will forget, and they can grab a few charges from you before you catch on. Most of the stuff they send out looks like junk mail, and most people toss it without realizing there are phone numbers there to cancel! (Listen, alot of those offers are from separate companies. Remember that when your looking to cancel things. Company A can not see your order from Company B, although you really want them to.) When they give the customer service number, write it down! Do not call a sales center to check your order, they are only able to place a sale, and trust me.. the second you gave them your info for them to "Locate" your order, they've placed another for you! Oh and Autoship? Listen, if any company wants to have a leg to stand on they have to inform you that your'e enrolled. Read your statement! No, it's not fine print, you just didn't read it. Look at the dates, if your statement says your product was shipped on 01/01/11, then you have 35ish days to set up a return for refund! Get an authorization number, pay a little extra for a tracking number.
Most important, remember that the CS rep you're talking to is customer service, they are not the evil sales agent, they are there to try and help you, so long as your'e being reasonably respectful. If you call and start screaming and swearing, well guess what? Thats right, they aren't going to be pleasant either. Let me say it again, they are there to try to satisfy the issue in a reasonable manner, within company policies and limits.
Yes, Call Centers, sales agents, they are things of the devil... but, in the end... You gave them your information, you said yes... and if you didn't then you have the right and obligation to contact the authorities... Otherwise, Caveat Emptor...

First off most of you have atrocious spelling, follow that up with horrendous grammatical skills. The only one who appears semi intelligent is jamesshannon1976 as he had the forethought to buy a pre-paid credit card and put only the amount he wanted charged on it, thereby avoiding auto-billing.

If any of you had even the slightest idea of how the body works you would realize, nothing will give you results in a week, not even antibiotics. That’s why your doctor prescribes 10 days worth and tells you not to skip any doses.

Think about it; when you plant a seed and cover it with dirt, does it immediately sprout? No, it does not. You have to wait for it to take root before it breaks through the topsoil and starts to grow. Then you certainly don’t stop watering it and expect it to produce flowers/fruit. You have to nurture it with water & fertilizer. Penis enhancement works on the same principals. You don’t just take a few pills and expect to growth without nurturing.

If you’re looking for penis enhancement you’ll have to utilize a few of those un-used brains cells you were born with and think through the process of how your body produces and manufactures new cells and growth, and unless you’re willing to invest both time and a bit of money, you will get no results and will have wasted both!

Well C00lp01nts I am sure you are aware Marc Gurney and Aedden Reddenare really not so wonderful as far as the FTC is concerned. I refer you to http://www.ftc.gov/os/caselist/0623134/index.shtm where the total judgement for their helping in the infamous "Mystery Shopper" scam that ended in a judgement against Harp. In my opinion Marc Gurney and Aedden Reddenare are only interested in making a buck and to hell with what non working garbage they and their employees scam the general public out of. The ONLY reason they have such a tough QA department is 1. they were sued and lost to the FTC over "mystery shopper" and as per the settlement they HAVE to moniter the calls and 2. They were loosing too much money on the "clubs" (also a scam) because too many people were complainingthey never said "OK" "YES" to any of the "Clubs" and thus were canceled/refunded. This is not to say that ALL telemarketing are scammers. I just happen to know for a fact Harp is

Hmmm, I just received my "free trial" of a product called Prolentor that was advertised on the XM Blue Collar Comedy channel and it only cost me $70. Low and behold I find a label under the label for Tulenex which has exactly the same ingredients and directions for use. I'll be calling for a refund and sending the bottles to the State Attorney Generals office.

ANYONE who falls for this kind of OBVIOUS crap deserves to get ripped off. It astounds me how desperate and ignorant all these customers want to enlarge their egos and lighten their wallets.
NOTHING is for free, and snake oil will continue to be sold as long as there are gullible and stupid people to encourage the magic of rip-offs. " There is a sucker born every minute." Only now the 'sucker' is a penis.

CoolPoints -

Thanks for the blog entry. I am also involved in Direct Response and have worked with HARP. HAPR does an outstanding job. Telemarking sales is not easy. ATT, BofA, Experian, DirectTV, Apple, ... and thousands of other huge companies use telemarketing.

As far as the list of products mentioned by the disgruntled Harp employee. Natural male enhancement is a huge industry because it works. Herbal supplements and natural alternatives to prescription drugs are an important part of the over all health industry. And for Gods Sake the pharmaceutical companies are ripping consumers off more than anyone. Thank God we have an alternative to prescription drugs and to what drug companies are offering us. People should stop comparing natural products to prescription products...THEY ARE NOT THE SAME. BUT can work just as well when taken over time.

I am an employee at harp marketing.
I would like to first start off by saying that each and every single phone call is recorded and monitored for quality assurance. We have a very hardworking Quality Assurance department that monitors every single phone call. Unfortunately, the real "tangle" in business over the phone is that everything needs a verbal confirmation, such as "yes" or "ok" (kinda hard to get things in writing with your voice). Aside from the fact that NO, I am NOT [censor]ING OK with our own business practices, what we do here is completely legal and legitimate. If there is ever a call that goes through Q/A where an agent does something illegal, the order is deleted, never put through, and the agent normally gets either a 3-day suspension, or is terminated on the spot.
Many of you may have noticed that prolixus isn't running it's commercial anymore. Would you believe one of the owners committed suicide?
One of them was caught doing something he wasn't supposed to (growing marijuana actually from what I hear. Don't quote me on that, that was just a rumor around the callcenter for a coupledays), and had his business license revoked, and because of the nature of the laws surrounding that, his partner also had his revoked and was actually put away in jail.
Why am I still in business? Because harp marketing and prolixus are different companies. MY job is to sell whatever new product that comes out. We do not represent the products we sell in anyway, it's just a symbiotic relationship, and we make that very clear when we sign on a new client (clients of our company being the "enthusiastic young entrepreneurs" who think the thing they've invented is the "bees-knees")..

Listen, I'm very sorry. I know telemarketing is a [censor] business. You think I like sitting here reading a script over and over for hours dealing with you people? You guys are seriously some of the biggest idiots, giving FINANCIAL INFO over the phone, you guys are grown adults, you should know better. Not even that, but I feel like my IQ has diminished a little bit from all the idiots I have to deal with. We don't work "for" prolixus. Prolixus works for US. Granted, we're the ones who suffer should our close rates for that particular product go down, but their business practices are their own. We're actually one of the top call centers in the united states, we sell some good stuff, a list of which was given by the "HarpSUCKS" woman who doesn't even know Gurney's last name. It's Marc Gurney and Aedden Redden you little [censor] and they happen to be great guys. They give those of us suffering during this "job-dry" economy here in Melbourne a great chance to get back on our feet (I'm actually an ex-martial arts instructor and a freerunner. You think a callcenter was in my chosen career path?). HarpSucks, you probably had the personality of a brain-dead fish and got fired for not being able to sell. I see you newbies come out of training every two weeks and get fired within 2 months, you all suck, you're no more intelligent than the idiots using their credit cards for hopes of a larger dick.

The thoughts and opinions stated above are my own and are not shared by, nor do they belong to, Harp Marketing. Harp Marketing and Prolixus are separate entities.

The above is partially true. I work in the #1 call center for Prolixus. Prolixus is no longer conducting business. However, not because of suicide, prison, or any other rumors. Every call center product has a life. It comes to a time when everyone has heard the commercial and everyone who is interested has already called. And it is just not feasible to continue expensive radio advertising. Prolixus has been in business quite some time and the company has made their money. And believe me, there is NO bankruptcy involved.
And contrary to any uneducated opinions, Prolixus did work. Not for everyone, as with all products, everyone's chemistry is different. BUT there is a percentage of EXTREMELY happy men out there with more girth than they started with. I have spoken with them firsthand.

And to PROSUCKthis...yes, a prepaid card is always your safest bet. We took THOUSANDS of calls per week in the past. I would imagine you are not the first to use one, eh? We are fully aware of the type of card you are using when you order. If we had wanted to block out prepaid cards, we would do a live authorization.
AND If you are one of the lucky ones who saw results, you will reload that card faster than we can say..thicker, wider, and LARGER.

Prolixus is now out of business. The company went under. 1 of the 3 medical students committed suicide, one went to prison and the other is filing for bankruptcy. The customer service number has been shut down, the website has been closed and you have no way to return the product or get ANY information. I work for the company that sales Prolixus. Its true, what the person above has said that you can get a prepaid card, it is the smartest thing to do when you order anything over the phone. If you call to order Prolixus, then of course, they will sale it to you, but you can no way return the product or even cancel your order once it has been placed. Just be wary when you're calling a random 800 number and listen very carefully when they are saying something because it is that persons job to push for the sale. The motto is "Buyers are Liars". Sorry guys to hear that your having so much trouble :( I really wish there were more information I could give so you could get your money back on your cards. However if you do call the 1-800 number back and ask to speak to a Supervisor and tell them that you did not agree to any transactions and you want to listen to the recording, then there may be something that they can do to get your funds back.

For any of you that are still curious, you can get a pre-paid credit card that are sold at walgreens, cvs, wal-mart and other stores. call prolixus and give them your phone number and then tell them that the price is too expensive and you changed your mind about buying. Have a 5 min converstation with the rep. Then hang up. Well, they will call you back and this time, they will offer a special deal...just for you! They will offer "a one time deal only to you" if you try out their one bottle (30 day supply). If you don't like it, then screw them and they can go suck eggs! You will not have to worry about them ever autocharging your credit card or bothering you again! If they do call you, worst case scenerio...if they don't take you off the call list as requested, change your number...I however told them to take me off the call list if I purchased from them at the very beginning. They never call me again.

Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha...I beat those f#%^kers! I got me one of those prepaid Visa credit cards and charged it to about 40 bucks just to try a one month supply. They really tried to sell. I told them to get me prolixus and that's it...they kept pushing and pushing to sell. The girl Iwas talking to was such a flirt. I figured that she was just a butt-ugly gal who only gets action making these calls. Well, I told them to stop trying cause they were only going to be able to squeeze 40 bucks out of me and if they tried, the card would decline. Sure enough, they threw in an extra bottle of some crap called Fullitor. She swore up and down that the Prolixus and Fullitor would work awesome together and it was a combination of the two that gave her boyfriend a "huge [censor]"...yup...she said "[censor]" on the phone...I just laughed away. I bet they tried to run that card at least 100 times. So now it's a month later and the supply is gone. They told me I'd notice a small difference with only a month supply but if I wanted to get 1 inch in girth and length that I would need to get a 6 month supply to get the results. Well, the only difference I noticed is that I stay a hard for ab0ut 3 to 5 minutes longer than usual. That is it! So, nah...I think I'm just gonna leave them hanging and simply shred my prepaid card...TO ALL THE EMPLOYEES AND OWNERS OF PROLIXUS... I GOT THE LAST LAUGH [censor]ERS!...I BEAT YOUR SYSTEM AND YOU CAN "AUTOCHARGE" [censor] FROM ME! HA, HA, HA, HA! YOU GUYS DIDN'T THINK ABOUT THE PREPAID CREDIT CARDS DID YEAH?

I got suckered to. I told them that I did not want to be enrolled in their monthly charge program and they did it anyway. I did get my money back after making one of the supervisors pull my tape and listen to it with me and we both heard me say I did not want but the one order and we also heard the guy who answered agree that I would not be charged.

I dont know much about the product, but I called and they were extremely pushy, I wanted some info and they continued to try and get my information. The girl was a very slick sales person, but as a Sales Manager, I know alot of the tricks, and she was pulling out all in the book. If the product is so good, the way I see it, you dont need to push the thing like it is some street drug. I personally would never buy anything not FDA approved, and nothing medically not recommended by a doctor. I am not suprised to see the bad wrap they are getting.

Medically I have no idea how Prolixus works, but it does. My fiance only took 2 months and we did see a size increase. That was 4 months ago and it is still visible.

Must be a miracle.

And I am certainly not an employee OR owner of this company. Wish I were. $$
I did, however, work for a call center back in 2006. Employees were indeed fired for "unethical behavior". They were VERY strict.

Lol! I love it when the companies pose as fake customers. "oh this worthless product added 340 inches to my girth and now I need a wheel barrow!" Then try to discredit the whistle-blower for having the guts to say Stick it to the scammers! A few good clues that Sara is a prolixus employee or owner: No normal consumer says something like "they were probably terminated for unethical behavior. That is why call centers have monitoring." a REAL consumer would use general language like "fired", "boss caught her", and "scammed"... Let's add more to this. I AM a medical student, unlike the "founders" and I know there is NOTHING that can add to girth short of surgery. Sure, you can send blood to the penis like Viagra or Cialis, however you CANT stretch the Corpus Spongiosum chemically. You CAN get Allo-derm implants, but you wont find that in a bottle. And if just adding blood flow is enough to give the appearance of enlargement, then your problem lies in circulation, not size and Viagra would have the same "enhancing" effect. But it doesnt make Viagra a penis enlarging pill.

Good grief. Prolixus worked for us. Just listen when the reps talk to you. Yes I was on an autoship. Cancel if you don't want any more. Takes 2 minutes. That employee must have been terminated. Probably for unethical behavior. Probably got caught trying to cheat someone. Call centers generally don't put up with that. Hence the montoring.

see, they train thier agents to word things so you say yes, and technically it becomes a verbal agreement. SCAM. Your doing the right thing. Cancel that card, you'll NEVER get rid of them. You should see when we made sales how big the bosses smiled, they knew they were getting a HUGE cut, treating us like dogs. Why don't you call Harp, ask to speak to the BIG BOSS, and let them know how you feel. Do you remember the name of the person that placed your order? I just stopped working for this company about two weeks ago. Harp Marketing located in Melbourne Florida. and the above post is absolutely right. Medically speaking, it does the SAME damn thing as viagra, which boosts blood flow to the penis...except, when you go to the hospital with a problem such as a heart attack, any reason why you cant take viagra, they would have to fgure out what was in it. it is NOT FDA approved, it DOES not work. So, by the time they figure what kind of [censor]ed up [censor] is in it...your dead. Prolixus is a scam. Then, they pull a fast one on you and try to sell you "clubs." " today, just for doing business with us, we're going to send you a ten dollar gas voucher." yeah, and then they charge your cared a total of 60 dollars and moth, and you CANNOT dispute it with your card company becuase it was a legit verbal agreement as long as you said ok. They have a bunch of 19 year old twits working there. Would you want your card information given out to THAT? Also, when you purchase prolixus..you are automatically signing up for them to send it to you every month for 60.00, AND, PROLIXUS customer service never answers. Did all of you know that Prolixus, Zencore, Tulenex, and HERO TABS are ALL THE SAME THING?! They also sell Maxoderm. RIPOFF. None of them work...They threat thier employees awful. I felt bad just selling the stuff. So if you dare to call, remember, no matter how cute or sweet they sound on the other end...Most of em are BUTT UGLY and just hiking up thier voice and saying stupid things like, " sweetheart, " to sucker you in. All of the above products DO have side effects. SCAM. Would you want to purchase from a company that treats thier employees awful if they dont FORCE you to buy? I think not. Hell, I'll type out the scripts on here if you guys want..., just respond! :)

I ordered a 2 week supply of prolixus, while on the phone they offered me playboy DVD's which i declned and said i did not want. They charged me for them and mailed them to me anyway's, when i called them to compliane they said to return them for a refund which i still have not seen! They have cherged me for another month of pills when it was not ordered, i clearly stated this was something i just wanted to try for 2 weeks. I would not recommend anybody order anything from them, they will continue to SCAM you and take your money right out of your account without authorization!

I'm getting the same treatment. They told me it would take 24-48 hours to be taken off the call list. Four days and 10's of phone calls later and they tell me that they have 30 days to remove me, and there is 1 guy who deletes numbers from the database. Rediculous. I know this is against the law, I have to find the site where I read about this kind of treatment.

You have horrible grammar and should be ashamed of yourself. You should be using 'their, ' not theyre, among countless other errors that show how unintelligent you are.

You have only what GOD gave you...

If the woman/girl you're with thinks you're too small,
then quite possibly SHE is too big... Some women give birth
w/o any anesthesia. This is a good sign that they have a large vagina.
Lamas classes are like yoga. They do nothing to make the birth easier...

i did not receive any product from them, but i asked the man three times how much the charge would be, and he repeatedly assured me it would be $50... i come home and find a charge of about $200 pending. deceitful criminals.
