I purchased a kitchenaid duel fuel architect professional range, Architect Built-in refrigerator, range hood, dishwasher, wine cooler, beverage center and faucet when I remodeled my kitchen in 2007. I have had nothing but problems with the range. The oven does not heat to the desired temperature and after having it serviced 3 times, it continues with the same problem. I wrote to kitchenaid and have been ignored. After spending $5600 for this range, I would it expect it to be more reliable than than the 70's range it replaced! I will never buy another Kitchenaid appliance. Buyer beware!
