OCharleys Crab/shrimp appetizer and potato soup

Me and my fiancé sat down around noon at ocharleys in Elizabethtown ky, he got the crab shrimp apatizer and I got some potatoe soup, I only ate a couple spoonfuls of the soup because it was just gross, he ate all of the apatizer and even said it was good, I didn't think I'd see it again but at 2am it all came back up, he had been burping all day after eating and it had smelled horrible but didn't understand what it was well around 2 am I smelled that smell x10 he had also complained of heartburn very frequently, we are both throwing up and going to miss work as we work an I distribution center and have to be on our feet all day so we will be short this week on pay, I have not called ocharleys yet as it's 3 am but I will be getting a full refund, 3rd time we've eaten out in ky and second time he's had food poisoning I did not get it the first time.

Desired outcome: I will be getting a full refund, we did not pay $60 to miss work and throw up all night.

OCharleys Unfair Termination

I have recently been fired from O'Charleys after working for the company just over two years. During which time I received no write-ups for my performance or behavior. I was fired for "mishandling company funds". The incidents in question happened two months before I was terminated whereas a customer wrote a tip for $100 but wanted the money back for himself. I could not process the transaction myself but rather the manager had to approve the amount and run the credit card. Therefore months later I am fired for an incident that only the manager could approve. When the new manager took over I was told not to do it again because it is against company policy. Of course it never happened again but I am now fired and cannot find a job. I have recently received unemployment compensation but now risk losing any and all income because OCharleys has appealed the decision made by the unemployment office. I have attempted to contact the Human Resources Department at OCharleys several times and have left messages but no one has called me back to explain why and how it is possible for me to get fired for something ONLY a manager could approve.
