I bought a mobile phone 2 month ago the mobile brand is nokia n86 8 gega, after a month the mobile stopped charging . I went to the Nokia care store located in Mosadek st, then it was supposed to be repaired on their expense as it was not a misuse defect and it took them more than 10 days to repair it then after 2 days of receiving my mobile it stopped charging again and i contacted the call center and told them that i want to replace my phone, they asked to me go to the store again so they can make sure that its the same defect and they will feed me back within 48 hours, and i did so but unforetuntly i called the call center to check on the mobile status they told after 4 days that they did not got my mobile and that it is still at the store, then i went to the store in the same day to find them telling me that my phone is not at the store and that it has been sent to the maintance department since they recieved it . i contacted the call center again and they told me they didnt recieve my mobile phone not only that they got horrible attitude at the end they told me you do not have the right to check on it and i have to wait till my delivery date stated on my receipt. after all that i tried to contact any manager but the call center agent told me that i cant and i can not contact a person to complain. then they called me to tell me that the delivery date will be postponed for another 3 days and i do not have the right to complain or refuse. i asked them not to repair and that i just want it back and i will sell it as it is but they refused . well what is going on earth, do they have the right to refuse giving me my mobile back? dont i have any rights to be treated as a human being and to be respected? they shout, talk loud and at the end no one can reach a manger, no one can complain, please what a person can do to reach those people and tell them to respect their clients.
I am not asking them for a favor I JUST WANT MY MOBILE PHONE BACK
