Dear Nokia,

I bought Nokia n79 on August, 2009 from RAYA shop at Obour branch and at the same date of my purchase i found my mobile while it was working normally or making a call " the operator signal cut off then it appears to me sim card registration field and there is no choice except ok and when i press ok appears a white screen with the following message insert sim card" so i have to move the battery to restart the phone i went back to the RAYA shop to ask to change the phone he refused to change it until i change the sim card from my network operator i indeed changed the sim card twice as he request because it may be this problem come from the sim card the problem was still appears as i mentioned above so i went back to him again with the receipts that indicate that i have changed the sim card twice then he changed the phone to me by the same model N79.Unfortunately, the problem still the same i thought that it may be from the software i went through the internet to update the software as much as i could to fix this problem but it still the same, i went to NOKIA CARE on December 12, 2009 they took the phone to forward it to the main office of maintenance i took it back on December 19, 2009 and they told me that they have changed some technical component in the board but the problem still the same i return it back to NOKIA CARE on December 23, 2009 and showed the problem to the manager and received it back on December 31, 2009 and they told me that my phone is working normally and there are no problems with it i found strange from this report, the problem still the same and went to NOKIA CARE on January 12, 2010 and met the manager called " Ahmed" and i have showed the problem to him and he make a complain to me and forward it to the head office requesting him to change the phone by another model then i called the customer service to know what happened they told me that my phone is working normally and my phone is ready to received on December 17, 2010. To be informed that i every time they took my phone i called the customer service and make a complain.
