I ordered Emergency TV series DVD for $126.68. My credit card was billed $133.82. I never received the DVD's. Telephone calls are never answered, you are prompted to leave a message and they never call back. They did e-mail me a tracking number from Canada Post. But when you go on-line to Canada Post, enter the tracking number, the message comes back that this is not a valid tracking number.
