Mr. Jean-Francois Gariépy has been collaborating with my company since 2014. We had a very good working relationship, as I am used to have with all my translator being a translator too before being the CEO of a translation agency. One years ago I lost a client due to a bad quality job delivered by JF, so I reduced his workflow, but dedided anyway to give him a second chance. After one year, I got a big job and decided to give him the chance to earn more so I assigned him a 11K words translation asking him milion of times to deliver a quality translation. The result was that I paid this guy more than 2K USD for this job, but after a week the client wrote me telling the translation was a poor quality one and that it has to be proofread from scratch.I immediately wrote to Mr. Jean-Francois Gariépy letting him know about it and communicating him that I wanted a refund and I would have withhold a pending payment of USD 700 for another job he made until I would haven't know from the proofreader how much he owed me.

When you are a consumer and someone send you a bad quality product or a product different from the one you paid for you have the right to ask a refund, and, since it was the second time I really think I have the right to have a refund. So, I sent to Mr. Jean-Francois Gariépy, the client's emails, the proofreading files and the client email where, after the proofreading he said he was very happy with the quality. (Quality tested before by 2 French native speakers and a professional proofreader. All agreed the translation was poor).

This mornig, Mr. Jean-Francois Gariépy, wrote me asking to be paid, I replied him that I am still waiting my refund and that I will immediately proceed with the payment after his refund. He said "That's part of the risks I have to deal with" and he said he won't refund me and he would have written everywhere that we are a scam agency.

Now you can check here http://www.proz.com/blueboard/42001 and here https://www.upwork.com/jobs/~0198a973ae85897c9e (on the right side) that we are a serious agancy and every translator who cooperate with as can tesmony it. While, I have even discovered today that Mr. Jean-Francois Gariépy is even not a financial professinal translator as he said me but a neuroscience reasercher, so even if smart, nothing that have to deal with financial translation http://drunken-peasants-podcast.wikia.com/wiki/Jean-Fran%C3%A7ois_Gari%C3%A9py

All that I wrote can be proved from my side, with copy of the payments, emails and translated and proofread files!

All that I said can be easily proven and it was certified by a third-part translation agency, I can prove all that I say and you? But if you want to be right while 5 people said your translation is bad quality, you can continue to write everywhere your false accuses!
I have even discovered today that you are a liar and you are not a certified translator as you said but you hold a doctorate in neuroscience, which is great, but you are not a translator and furthermore you are far far far away from being a certified financial translator as you said everyone can read here http://drunken-peasants-podcast.wikia.com/wiki/Jean-Fran%C3%A7ois_Gari%C3%A9py />

This complaint stands on its own as a frivolous complaint made by a frustrated woman who, on the one hand, claims that she is leading a major linguistic agency, but on the other, is apparently incapable of formulating complete sentences in writing. Notice how Ms. Speranza does not have first hand knowledge that any text I delivered was bad; she has a client who is asking for corrections, and a proofreader who is saying that corrections will be needed. I have viewed these corrections and they were matters of preferences. In other words, Ms. Speranza, the scam artist from HQ Language Services, is trusting the word of her client that the text was bad, but anyone who worked in the translation industry knows that some clients will have preferences and that a client requesting changes is not necessarily indicative of a bad text.

Ms. Speranza has filed this complaint out of frustration because she has decided to withhold 700$ USD of salary from me without justification and is now losing herself in trying to find a justification. There is none. She is a scammer who stole 700$ USD of work from me and who then attempted to find a posteriori excuses to justify her scam.

The rest of her complaint are the divagations of a woman who needs help and there is no point in answering them.
