Meyer Asset Management (sometimes known as Meyer International) is a business that was founded in Japan by Richard Cayne. Mr. Cayne pretends to be an "independent financial advisor" but in reality he is nothing more than a lying, thieving, con artist. His standard operating procedure was to recommend investment plans by Zurich International Life to give his operation an air of legitimacy but his real business was selling a fraudulent investment scheme called Royal Siam Trust. RST was set up to appear as a kind of "land-banking" investment opportunity in Thailand but it was a scam. All of the investors' money has vanished without a trace and Richard Cayne himself is no longer in Japan. He ran away near the end of 2010 because he had some trouble with the Japanese Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission (SESC).

By all means, please avoid doing business with Richard Cayne and any company associated with him (Meyer Asset Management, Meyer International, or Asia Wealth Group Holdings). Although Mr. Cayne acts like a qualified professional, he is just a smooth-talking scam artist. He is more like a greasy used car salesman than a capable financial advisor.

Richard Cayne belongs in Jail. He has conned thousands of investors in Japan in his own RST/WSB scheme to defraud millions. Keep up the pressure so his fraud is finally resolved and the truth revenged. Most of the original documents related to the case against Cayne have been buried in early 2016 by his double agent partner Dan Kennedy. Picture attached.
