I bought 5 gift cards at Massage Envy for my family and friends. They were running a special that entitled the bearer of the gift card to a massage for $50.00 including tip. When my daughter went to get her massage the Newton MA office told that that because she had been there before her massage was $79.00!!! and that she had to pony up the difference or join their membership!

This is bad and deceptive business practices. Macy's does not charge me more because I have shopped there in the past.

I would not recommend using this business for any reason. This is the second time I have had issues with them. I guess I should have learned something after the first tine!
