Keep getting bills for disconnected telephones

I had eight telephone lines for my company from Tata Indicom. I discontinued 4 of them. But they keep billing me for those disconnected lines.
Its been more than two and half years and I made numerous complains since the past two years buts no action.
And the situation is the billing in running almost a lakh of rupees. When i call up customer service, they say they don't know how to "not bill for disconnected telephone"
What a pity, i have a call from collection agents and senior executives from Tata Indicom, who call me every month and i have to explained him every time i make a payment.
Nothing but pure harassment.
