We love his products and services

We have no complaints. My Haven Hot tub has been great. I have noticed that because Jim's products are so superior to the rest that a lot of upset spa salespeople have been on the warpath to try and smear him.
We have a Moonbay and that spa has been running for 5 years with one minor problem. Jim took care of it right away.

James Arjuna (real name James Gruver) is a convicted felon who has been banned from every major internet rescoure on hot tubs for lying, and misleading people. Often called a a con artist on the internet JAmes Arjuna is currently being legally persued by his family and original stock holders to his "Spa Business (A delapitated barn in CO). Arjuna falesy claims to be an electrical engineer, inventor, and expert in a varietyof fields. The truth is he is a convicted felon, collge drop out and bankrupted businesman. anyone interested in learning more about this sick man should google the internet and discover for himself . do not do business with this man. While some folks have had favorable dealings with this man, far more have not.

Jim Arjuna and The Spa Specialist have been great to work with. Their products are better than the competition. Just like in the above comment, the ETL on my spa is registered and I checked it out. All I can see is nonsense from people with a grudge against a really nice man. James Arjuna sells a superior product and if you go on message forums looking for quality hot tubs, you will find nothing but anger and hate about Haven Spas. That is because his products are better and sell for less.. We have a Haven Fallsburg for many years with only minor issues. It is a real great product that out did all the other brands we tested. I see that the internet is full of spa sales people who are angry about Jim and his fine products. If you buy a Haven Spa, you will be really satisfied.

I checked out your theory of Jim's so called criminal record and it does not exist. There was something about 20 years ago with all charges dropped. Maybe, you need to find something better to do with your life, because the laws of Karma are pretty rough. You reap what you sow. Jim is a good person, who cares about others.
