iOffer scam and fraud

Buyers Beware!

Internet site www.iOffer.com created by scammers for scammers!

I was scammed on this site twice by two different "Merchants" .

iOffer scam works this way:

You place your offer for specific item, than your offer accepted by "merchant" and Pay Pal invoice through iOffer.com send to you for payment.

You payment transaction presumably is safe, but the catch is - Pay Pal buyers protection guaranties only to ebay purchases.

After payment is made you will receive Pay Pal notification with EMS tracking number and you will impatiently wait for your ordered item sent from China or some other place for 7 to 10 days.

When you receive the item you will realize that the item shipped is completely different from what you ordered and has no value at all.

Pay Pal will dismiss your dispute and iOffer.com will not accept any responsibilities other than revoking "merchant" membership and sending internal site mail that "Your recent purchase could be fraudulent"

Here you go - You loose your money to Frauds!

Scammed out of $200

There will be trustworthy salesmen on Ioffer.com, but there is also a scammer. For example, I have placed an order with the seller who calls himself "luckiness9527". He has received my money, but refuses to send the product. After I filed a complaint with the helpdesk, I was informed that "luckiness9527" would send the item within 24 hours. More than a week later, however, it had still not been sent. However, a confused story of seller "luckiness9527", that the credit card payment would not have been safe. Weird, because I always use it and the amount was already debited from my credit card.
"luckiness9527" is an example of a scammer on Ioffer.com, which unfortunately gives the site a negative image. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH SELLER "luckiness9527"

All you people complaining about ioffer ripping you off - deserve what you get or are liars. As long as you buy through Paypal you have nothing to worry about. It is not Ioffer's policy to deal with seller/buyer complaints. One person had a complaint about ioffer said Paypal doesn't guarantee refunds apart from Ebay. That person is a liar, check it out yourself by contacting Paypal directly. Most of the "complaints" here about ioffer are NOT legitimate and are invented by liars. As for the rest, it is your problem if you purchase anything on ioffer other than by Paypal. A smart person would not trust any other method of payment! Duh, get a brain people!

If you need items don't go to ioffer. Same items are in the site called http://westernbrander.com.

You have to know what you're purchasing. Obviously, don't buy electronics through the internet and from a supplier that you are not aware of. You want to see the item before purchasing. I've used iOffer many times and I have been satisfied every time. I know the items are fake, but they are good quality fakes. I also, would never buy cosmetics, electronics, vitamins or anything of that sort through iOffer. Anything material is fine. =)

Someone at Ioffer stole my credit card information and used it ot make online purchases.
I found out as I got an alert in my email from my bank.
Someone at ioffer or their employee made $300 purchases in bulgaria using my bank debit card info which was obviously stored at ioffer's servers.

Eventually my bank refunded me but I will never trust ioffer with my credit card details. This is a major scam company and also has no customer support on phone.

Hope San Francisco police investigated them for credit card fraud.

I bought several items from ioffer for Christmas. Two of the items came from the same seller. Nine weeks later, they have not come. After 45 days, PayPal no longer covers disputes. Ioffer gives no protection at all. Of course, the seller is not responding. If you do order from China, you basically have no protection. I will stick with eBay from now on.

Ioffer sucks. Suspicious site.

I signed up a few months ago, and bought about nine items. but they were small scae items, like 10 dollar movies. One was a 35 dollar dvd box set. All the items were delivered, and had been accurately described. except for one dvd- it was not what i ordered, a completely different movie altogether.

That's not when the problems started. the problems started when i tried to start selling a few weeks ago. I put credit card information, and then listed ONE item. after listing, ioffer immediatey retracted the item, and then asked for phone verification. i put the phone number in, and they never called. i tried that twice more, and a message popped up saying, "you have used up all your phone verification attempts."

I submitted an ioffer request, asking what their problem with starting my selling account was. They rersponded five days later, asking for a photo picture id.

Several days after that, i noticed that 1000 dollars was missing from my bank account. I added all the earning for the month, then all the expenses; an even 1000 dollars was missing. But at that time, i was so frustrated with trying to start an ioffer account, that i promptly forgot about doing that. I pretty much gave up on selling on ioffer. Then, it was days after making that decision, that i noticed a 1000 dollars was missing from my balance. because i forgot about ioffer, i had no idea where the missing funds went. i chcecked my specific account listings, and noticed 5 strange withdrawl statments of 200 dollars a piece..there was NO information, no specefic descriptions.

at that point, i put 2 and 2 togeather...somehow, ioffer had withdrawled 1000 dollars from my account. I haven't yet communicated with the bank about the situation, but i thought i'd ask here; does anyone know if there would be anyway to get that money back.

Plus, i noticed that ioffer has NO phone number where you can actually call and talk to a live representative.
Plus, their "ADRESS" (to use the term lightly) has no street, ONLY a PO BOX.

DOES that NOT send up all KINDS OF RED FLAGS about the so-called establishment; many people complain about being scammed, they have NO phone number with live representation, and only a po box for a san francisco, california adress...

There's no one at ioffer i can contact about the 1000 dollars they stole from me. but i was thinking about possibly going to california sometime in the future- would it be worth it to go to san francisco and check out to see if they have an actual building or office?

Ioffer is a site its not a scam as you claimed the merchants scammed you not the site, you probably didn't do a good job checking the ratings and comments before you buy a product, many people buy from it so I don't know why are you so mad don't be upset and be honest I am continously buying and never had a problem with them

iOffer counterfeits, fakes & no support 4 buyers or sellers

F you’re interested in counterfeit purses, counterfeit electronics & sunglasses, boot dvds, rx drugs & even counterfeit birkenstocks, ioffer is the place to go; but don’t expect any customer

Support because there isn’t any unless you call a "suggestion box" customer service. I have purchased fake bose in ear phones, boot dvds and even a dirty, smelly counterfeit coach purse that wasn’t even a good fake & wasn’t leather! 3 out of the 4 purchases I made there were counterfeit - who cares? It’s the way things are done & accepted there. If you complain about the various glitches & problems they have on ioffer - your comments are removed along with any other "problems" on the site. If you challenge them too much, you are removed, along with your store if you have one! But try to close your store yourself? Can’t be done. I know, I tried several times! If you want your store closed, just give "cajunc" some static & see how quickly you & your comments are shut down. This happened to me because I dared to query them on why the site isn’t recognizing correctly configured amazon payment accounts (After 6 mos of problems & ioffer suggested you offer!) "use another method". If you’re going to shop there, do it at your own peril & remember you never really get the truth because all negatives are pushed to the back of the sellers fb & anything they don’t like is simply removed. Ioffer members should keep in mind that cajunc is either the owner or related to them. Why is she always leaving comments & why does she have the power to remove not only any comments she doesn’t care for, but complete stores within matter of hours - to bad one can’t get service that fast! Cajunc acts like some kind of diva & is most immature & unprofessional & needs to realize she can’t cover up everything. I think this site needs to be exposed, reported, & investigated by bbbonline and internet crime prevention ic3 for the corrupt & counterfeit - filled site it is. I sincerely hope this will help protect & warn future buyers/sellers to avoid this site. There are other honorable sites that won’t tolerate this & will be there to support you. Ebid.com; blujay.com; etsy.com; ecrater.com; ola.com; & of course, ebay.com, just to name a few.

1) I bought a disk there 10 DAYS AGO AND COUNTING. still hasn't showed up.
2) cannot reach the seller
3) they system said "YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WHEN THE PRODUCT IS MAILED" - THERE WAS NO SUCH email.
I received the email from PAY PAY fast enough saying "you sent 108.00" - but NOTHING from the SELLER saying it was SHIPPED!
4) tried to reach customer service -- they are less than helpful -- they said "verify your account" so I did. they send you a PIN number via TEXT message. I entered the PIN number but it said it was UNVERIFIABLE!
then they tell you to USE ANOTHER NUMBER (sounds like phone number collection to me)
So to reach "CUSTOMER SERVICE" you have to write on a FORUM BOARD.
Their answer was "PROVIDE US WITH PHOTO ID AND WE WILL LOOK INTO IT.
...NO ONE - NOT EBAY, PAY PAL AMAZON HAS HAS ASKED ME TO PROVIDE PHOTO ID IN PAST! SO NOW I REAL SUSPICIOUS!
Since I did not give them the photo ID, the have NOT BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ME SINCE!
I HAVE TRIED TO INITIATE ANOTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE "TICKET" BUT THERE HAS BEEN NO REPLY TO THAT! SO FAR THE 2ND ONE HAS BEEN 20 HRS!

At least on ioffer the sellers tell you if the items auth or not, they dont lie while they slap an auth price tag on it like on ebay. Counterfeit is everywhere so face it.

When they open the site the need seller and buyer. If you said that how is business going. I think it is good as Ebay. They must do something with some fraud seller and look after buyer as well. Blame the seller you can get nothing when money already in their pocket. Never in Ioffer again

iOffer fraudulent item

I have recently purchased a blackberry bold, via IOFFER. After confirming the purchase at $202 I couldnt wait to recieve it for such great value. I had lost my original and was desperate for a replacement.
The buyer assured me this was genuine and did have a 100% rating so I wasnt questionable in the slightest.
As soon as I had made the purchase the buyer wasnt so quick with correspondence.
Then two weeks of tracking I later received a small, brown, ugly teapot.
I filed a dispute to which the seller closed their account and paypal refused to do anything as the seller provided sufficient tracking information.
Is there anything I can do?
I am extremley angry with regards to this, and if I knew I was loosing the money id have rather given it away to someone of my choice.
Please advise.. thanks.

I wish I'd thought to check prior to ordering at ioffer. I ordered 3 days ago and tried to email the seller lnbreford/ breford @gmail and found his mail undeliverable and his store closed due to no items for sale. This prompted me to call Visa and Pay pal. Apparently I have to wait to deal with my discrepancy w/ paypal til the 10th. Ioffer does not care that the emails junk and the store is closed. I hope I am wrong but my leap of faith feels like it was a bad move.

iOffer iphone 3g scam @ ioffer

Has anyone made a recent iphone 3g deal with this Ioffer.com seller (item # [protected] )?

abcdefgsed521 (3)
[protected]@gmail.com
li fang
NO 458 dahua RD
Shanghai 200098, China

I bought an iphone on March 12, 2009 and paid via paypal.
Then 3 days later he was suspended from ioffer but he still provided me with an EMS tracking number.

Later on I found out that his ioffer listing is just copied from an ebay store: http://myworld.ebay.com/ful28361/ (check out the iphone listing)

I have yet to know what I would be receiving so I already filed a Paypal dispute for non-receipt so that i would at least have some security.

Has anyone received their order yet? If yes, can you tell me if it really was a real iphone?

Hi, I am ioffer seller and if some one has suspended it mean scam or nonpayment to ioffer.
I offer.com is as ebay.com. If you want to buy from ioffer first look the feedback. Zero feedback mean beware of that seller. I have been in ioffer for 8 years and my feedback is 63.

I chose to buy an item through buy it now on iOffer yesterday knowing I wouldn't be able to pay the seller until tonight or tomorrow morning when my wages go through. However, the seller started harassing me for payment after 4 hours of me selecting buy it now. They said it was company policy to only allow people 24 hours in which to pay otherwise they will cancel the transaction and relist the item. The seller's English was very poor but the English in the description was perfect. After reading complaints about iOffer on the Internet, I searched eBay using the seller's exact title of each of their listings and it turns out that they copied every single one of them. Even the pictures were copied. I tried contacting iOffer's "Help Desk" but they were pathetic. Someone finally gave me an obscure answer that wasn't related to my question at all. iOffer is definitely a website to avoid. Thankfully I haven't paid the seller yet and have asked to cancel the transaction.

I have been a victim three times on this site called ioffer.com. They are complete fraudsters. I have placed some items for three times now and today the third parcel turned up this morning, but the criminal sent me a dirty chinese clay pot, wrapped in newspaper and carefully packaged with bubble foams.
The same way was the 2nd item I was expecting to be delivered. Appearantly, this would have been the same criminal using different ID. In the part of ioffer, when you complain about a dubious criminal, the next thing you will know is that your account will be for long placed under review and your account restricted.

The bottom line is that site- ioffer.com encourage criminals on their site.
Please stay away from this site completely, they will never get back to you on your complaints, never! phew!

I have bought a lot of things from sellers on ioffer and never had a problem of any sort. The items were all exactly as listed, they came quickly and were usually better than the listing said. You must have heard only from those who like ebay and want to put ioffer out of business. Have had a lot of problems on ebay.

iOffer scam facilitator

I believe that iOffer is complicit in the scams that are perpetrated on its site. They facilitate scammers by hiding who they are and where they are from . If someone in China uses a Hotmail account to create their iOffer account they can appear to be domestic. iOffer makes no effort to protect their buyers. Mentioning my scammer by name is useless as he has no doubt already created several new ID's on iOffer.

My seller had a lot of history, but only one feedback. So, iOffer gives him 100% positive rating. I tried to contact other buyers to see if they received their items, but, iOffer makes this difficult if not impossible for the new user. I would love to see an in depth study of their listings; I suspect that the majority are scam listings. iOffer would no doubt claim innocence, however, surely they know the truth and choose to ignore it. In my opinion this makes them just as guily.

Paypal does not help because the do not let you check out a seller until after you send them money. My seller with a domestic name and domain name turned out the in China and "unverified" by Paypal. had I known that I would not have sent the money.

iOffer ioffer.com

I was a seller. And there sold watches, bags, shoes and etc. So I had a buyers which was happy with my service (about 95%), and surely not happy customers. But there were also buyers which were scammes. They opened fake paypal disputes that they did not receive item but with my documentational proofs I won disputes.

I want to complain with one ugly buyer which was Ana Sanchez from Brazil. She bought 2 watch from me which costs $58. So Item was late (as it is obviously happening because of postal issues) and she opened dispute in paypal and won it, I postel all documents to paypal that I shipped item to buyer, I put invoice but unfortunately paypal refunded money to buyer.

But recently I checked the tracking number and saw that buyer received item. I emailed her and wrote in whatsapp but she do not answer me properly. She promised to pay back but dit. And she is selling also that items in her instagram account:

instagram: @anabaza05
number: [protected]
email: [protected]@hotmail.com
I also posted her photos.

SO I do not recommed to any sellers to sell this fake buyer. She is just scammer and she enjoy to steal money from others.

iOffer online scam

1st purchase on ioffer was an iPod 80gb all the garb. What I received was an iPod nano, fraction of the cost so I lodged a paypal dispute. They said "Our investigation into the following transaction is complete. As stated in our User Agreement, the claims process only applies to the delivery of goods. It does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a refund" and there ain't nothing I can do. Makes me more aware of what a sad world we live in.

Never Ever Buy From These Scammers
iOffer.com

To make a long story short and after 45 days...
I purchase a Lego Star Wars 76$, after 45 days i received an Envelope"20 gr." with a Plastic Ring " i think it costs 5 cent max.". I open a case with Paypal against the seller, hope i will get my money back.
The website does not protect you, not even care about you as a buyer.

People, Don’t buy any thing from them.
Look what they sent me instead of Lego Star Wars!

I've purchased exactly three items from iOffer and all three times I was ripped off, First time was a pair of nikes I got a very bad replica not even close. Second and Third (at the same time) were two Seiko watches, what I got were two digital lil kids watches that probably cost $0.50. The worst part is when you complain to the website they just say thanks for letting us know. WTF? how can you just say that and not do anything about it? I feel like the creator of iOffer does not take any responsibility what so ever, not even a little.

I listed my inventory on ioffer.com, and they suspended my listings because their customers did not leave Feedback, for me as a seller. Ioffer feels that it was my job, to buy the stuff, list the stuff, sell the stuff, pack it, ship it (mostly at my expense - because they do not allow enough for the current shipping costs) and then do their job also. Absolutely crazy. I wouldn't waste my time on their site, ever again. Really poooooor service from them.

I purchased a bag, thinking this was a legitimate website. I asked if the bag was authentic, the seelr replied it was.
I received a fake, counterfeit chanel wallet instead. Filed a dispute with Ioffer.com, they never followed up or helped.
Filed a dispute with Paypal, they declined the refund for some stupid reason.
So disappointing and so disgusted by these scammer, and about how they get away with this so easily.
i see there are so many others complaining, I don't know what paypal and other customer organizations are doing, they should shut down the damn site all at once.

ioffer takes the American sellers off for selling bootleg products. They do not take off the sellers from other countries. Why is that?Burberry, movies, software, music, fashions, etc.You name it ioffer has mostly fake items. The only thing is American sellers are suspended and the foreign sellers are not.

because it was not on ebay they do not offer any protection in this case. after a telephone conversation where they told me this sad news they promptly send me an email to say the "case was settled AMICABLY'. I feel completely fobbed off.! i offer referred me to paypal. does anyone know where i stand.i offer took this seller off their site so he is uncontactable.someone help. surely i have some rights?

I had tried to send this message a couple of days ago and did not have any success.
Since the seller is asking for a cheque or U.S. Money Order I sent it off but it will take five (5) days to get there even by registered mail though I only sent it by Air Mail since both would arrive in about five days.
I would strongly suggest buyers using Western Union. I send money that way to Poland and the party can pick it up 20 minutes after I had sent it. I need their phone number to give them the Claim Number and they go to their nearest Western Union office instead of waiting a week or so to receive it by mail. I apologize about this delay but when I was attempting to contact you I had received a Winner Notification of a Walmart Card for $1, 000.00 and they kept interferring with my contacting you that my computer had frozen twice that evening.

I had ordered two items and am being marked down as unpaying buyer. I asked if Western Union would be acceptable for same day receipt of the money since the seller did not accept Visa and did not receive a response. I did send in the U.S. Postal Money order on April 3, 2017 but am experiencing problems since I have no way of communicating with the seller. a) Batmasterson b) Have Gun will Travel
I had ordered DVDS which were paid by Visa and are all already being shipped to me.

iOffer scam

I am a trustworthy person and I decided to trade 3 hollister shirts for one Juicy Couture outfit. After we decided we would send it off and give the tracking numbers to each other I though everything would be fine. Her feedback was at 100% too! I sent it off paid for shipping and all the next day she was no longer a member and ioffer will not do anything about it! Cold turkey got off! I receive a few e-mails after that from another member who said she had been scammed by the same person! I will never trade again!

I am sure there will be trustworthy salesmen on Ioffer.com, but there is also a scammer.

Also, regarding IOffer do NOT do business with any seller who doesn't accept PayPal; at least you will be covered if they don't send your merchandise. And, please DO NOT send money transfer; I paid seriously for that and the vendor sent me a jacket instead of some DJ equipment that I ordered then he was no longer a seller and there was no way to track the vendor or my money. "Please be careful"

"DO NOT do business with IOffer some of the sellers are a complete scam. I've done business with several sellers in the past without problem, but over the last 2 years I've paid for merchandise and either received the wrong item, or didn't receive at all. IOffer is the host for this site and although they send responsive emails they do NOTHING to help the buyers; and given that American money is approximately 6 times their money, it seems we're out of a minimum amount of money, but they end up with hundreds of dollars in converted funds. I would NOT RECOMMEND people to do business with IOffer, they have no business integrity, they allow oversea vendors to rip off buyers money, and this site should be shut down. Additionally, many of the items purchased such as purses and clothing are poor versions of a knock-off item. If you want to buy overseas try a more reputable site who provide better quality service.

We all need to be very very carefully with Chinese seller. I was scammed like 3 years ago, the Chinese seller keep my US$400 and send me only a few shirts then he came up with a lot of blah blah blah that was not enough money and to send me the rest of the merchandise I will have to send him more US$200... ADVICE AND TIP DON'T BUY ANIYHING FROM A SELLER THAT HAS NO PAYPAL, THEY WILL TELL YOU OH! WE HAVE THIS SECURE MONEY GUARANTEE AND BLAH BLAH BLAH, DON'T BUY THEY ARE SCAMERS SERIOUS SELLERS USE PAYPAL! AND YOU ARE 100% COVERED IN CASE SELLER DON'T SEND YOU MERCHANDISE, SEND YOU LESS MERCHANDISE OR INCORRECT..

Purchase 4 pair of Nike air mags sneakers from seller dreamfly5188, on Ioffer. For $500 plus dollars. First he said that it was Chinese holiday, and that was the reason for the delay, but every other company in China had returned to work a week later, then he said he did not have item in stock and would ship later, then said had item in stock, and marked item shipped, did not ship, will not respond, and did not refund monies.Filed dispute with credit card company, and now I'm waiting for the refund, Reported seller to I offer and they did nothing, he is still listed on their site as a seller

I've bought American Flag Converse £20.00, LV Wallet £18.00, A&F item clothing £160.00, Ralph Lauren Polo Hoodies £25.00, YSL T shirt £15.00, LV Handbag £34.00, Chanel Handbag £34.00 and I've never had any problems with these. I always check tracking numbers, feedback and ratings. I have however had a problem with a pair of UGGS, I spent £35.00, the shoes turned out to be wrong size but were real, I sent them back and apparently 'he hasn't received them, for him to give me a refund' and I paid extra for postal costs from UK back to China. Right now, I've purchased CK Underwear x10, and this user's rating is good and feedback is positive, but for once I'm unsure as he's given me the tracking number, but he said you can track your order when the website has been updated. I guess i'll find out by tomorrow if it has been shipped and this cost me £25.00. So, from my opinion, buy from dealers who have good ratings, feedback and high number of sales!

I am starting to think that a lot of these emails are straight from ebay themselves. I have been dealing with ioffer for a few months now and have absolutely no complaints. I mean, it seems more buyer friendly. You can chat directly with other buyers to get the "low down" on other sellers. I mean really, get a life people. Buyer beware. iOffer rip off artists

I recently made four purchases on ioffer. The only seller who was honest and actually sent the merchandise I ordered and paid for, had her account suspended by ioffer with no explanation. The three other thieves and/or ripoff artists are still on there. I don't understand how this company can stay in operation when so many people have been ripped off and they protect the low life ###, but do nothing for the customer who lost their hard-earned money. I have sent a complaint email to the company's customer service department, but am quite sure I won't get a response or any help from them. I just want to warn everyone who is even thinking of making a purchase on ioffer that I am now out more than $200. Save your money!

I atempted to purchase something through iOffer.com and had a terrible experience. I asked a question about a product and received an offer from a seller on the product. I acceted the offer. At checkout I received an invoice from the seller that was not the agreed upon selling price. I contacted iOffer to solicit their assistance in this matter and they did nothing, they even deleted my requests for a dispute resolution. This company is as big a scam as the sellers on their site. Do not waste your time with iOffer.

I bought and paid for a non-working cellphone from a guy name Ruben who was the salesman on IOffer, the first P168 cell did not work, I sent it back and he sent me a nonworking replacement, and I emailed him to let him know I would be sending it back and would like a refund, Ruben agreed and I did just that - of course the no good crook stated he never got the cellphone back and therefore you know I did not receive my refund. So I'm out of luck without a cellphone and my $144.00. "Warning" to all", never buy from Ruben, I will give you his address to assure you that he's the purpose you do not purchase anything from.

All the counterfeit goods and scams from china has put a burden on honest people trying to make a living... you would think i offer would shut them down with all the complaints, but no! they continue to defraud people with fake coins clothing etc... i offer was suppose to be a place for disgruntled ebay users to go to because of ebays rising fees, but it has turned into one of the biggest scams on the internet...someone needs to shut this site down and freeze there assets etc... they need to be investigated, because it has gotten way out of control...

Be wary when purchasing from this organization especially if you may need assistance.

I was challenged and accused of trying to teal merchandise from them when all I was doing was following on the status of an order. I was very clear up front that I did not have the documentation and was seeking their assistance. At that point the attacks began. "haha you never ordered anything its not in our sold items log and no payment so quit making this up to see if you someone will ship you an item for free. "

"Ok, Buddy whatever you say your a funny guy you never placed an order. Good luck with trying to get free stuff on the internet."

This operation clearly lacks a moral compass and should be avoided at all costs.

The unfortunate part is all they had to do was respond professionally that they were not able to locate the order in their log and I would have taken it up with my credit card company.

This person is selling on ioffer.com--selling Apple iphone 4g 32gb--located in US--tells the buyers he is from different areas in the us--told me he was in NY--will not accept any offers on ioffer--deals with you via email--told me I could pay via paypal then switched to Western Union--emailed pictures of the phone with a sign that had my name and the date on the pictures and gave me serial numbers which I verified thru Apple customer service. Paid 620.00 plus western union fees of 58.00 to send the money to him at the NY address then emails back and says he gave his home address and he is at school in VA--then gave me a new address to change the money route. Once he got the money then told me he was in line at Fed EX and would email a tracking number a little later. From that point on would not respond to phone calls or emails and has blocked my email address. I have filed charges against him with our local police department, FBI and FTC (Federal Trade Commission). He is still selling on ioffer and he is a complete fraud. He will take the money and you will not get it back or the product that you paid for. His name he calls himself if Antonio Word and I have located all his real information so if you need it let me know. This guy and his accomplises will get what is coming to them!

iOffer iphone

My son spent his hard earned money to buy and iphone from this piece of trash person and the phone has not arrived. The vendor does not reply to emails. There is a paypal case pending but my guess is that the guy/woman is a fraud. My son should have bought on ebay where at least he would have had some insurance coverage. My son's life savings $425, is now gone to some jerk in India. (well, I can't be sure of where he is...) I have told my son to check seller's ratings more carefully, to not pay cash because there is also some coverage with using a credit card (not that my son has a credit card of course). This is truly sad and disappointing and buyer beware. Ioffer does not offer any assurance of anything. If anything changes, I will certainly update this.

Hi,

I was also a victim to the same fraud. This time it looks like the UK scammers are there.
After I got scameed I did a deep investigation and my results are:
MOST of the iPhone Dealers with Paypal or without are scammers, at least those who ask about $300. Normal price is around $700 for an iPhone 3GS 32GB.
This is why just buy at ebay. You may notice that some has huge amount (strange) and some has just one but it is Black or White...).

DO NOT BUT iPhone at IOFFER.COM! IOFFER.COM CHEAP ($250 to $450) IPHONES ARE MOSTLY SCAMS.

The iOffer.com helpdesk is probably just a one man band (Andy) and works very slow. I have reported some scammers and informed about the way they work but they are still there.
They change names and eventually they ask you to pay Western Untion and negotiate through e0mails, outside the site.
Since all issues were informed to iOffer.com I think they becoem responsible at a certain point.

Hope no one will but there any thing any more.

Yes you're right ioffer can be @^@%@ and im also a seller from ioffer. There is alot of scam and fraud on the site. DO NOT buy anything from internationally, and only offer Western Union as payment method. There is noway you can get your money back once payment was sent by either western union or money order. Anything that offer at a cheap price are usually a scam. But for most legit sellers, Ioffer is alot cheaper for us to post and sell our products. Myself was scammed on ebay a few years ago and lost more than 55 dollars. But a few months ago, i have report for a refund from Paypal on another purchase and i actually got my money back. So its all depends on the sellers, just make sure to check their feedbacks and they are locate in the U.s, that way you can personally track them down. I hope your son gets his money back!

I purchased a white linen versace shirt on ioffer. It was in the amount 57.00. I was told that the item would ship out and it would take approximately 15 days to recieve the purchase. the company is supposed to be located in Thailand, and has 169 sells, and a 100% feedback. the name of this company is 9easybuy9, and they are targeting new customers, so please beware. I never recieve a email from this company.

iOffer tiffany'z, ioffer seller

This seller is very rude and has very poor customer service skills. It took her a month to finally tell me what happened to my order. She totally ignored me after numerous emails and finally respond after I filed a dispute. I rated my experience with her, btw her name is jasmyn, a negative and she had the nerve to rate me the same and commented that I was making a $3.00 purchase a big deal. I message her back and said that was not the problem. It was her poor customer service skills that pissed me off. Then she messages me back telling me to buy some xanax with the $3.00 refund from her. I told that she was messing with the wrong person and that I will tell everyone what kind of business she's running.

I know what you mean. I am dealing with a seller from iofer.com and his name is Sheng Haiyong. I purched uggs and received them but they didnt fit. So we paid to have them shipped back and he was suppoised to sent some in a different size. Havent seen the uggs, the man wont answer ANY EMAILS, and the company will not return my call. This may end in a law suit. NEVER SHOP AT IOFFER.COM!

PayPal is a scam as well! They feed you bs about buyer protection. Then protect the seller that ripped you off. They promise your $ offer u a tiny fraction of what you paid. And when you decline that offer bcuz you deserve ALL of your $$$ returned. You then get a reply stating you get NOTHING! And if you do want to hope for a refund that instead of the con paying shipping. You gave to! Which cost's more than the item purchased to begin with! PayPal is also a SCAM!

I also purchased 2 "authentic coach" bags from ioffer. Instead I recieved 2 packages from the same shipper but different user names on ioffer. Inside the packages where cheap fake gold necklaces that looked like they came out of a quarter machine. I filed a complaint with ioffer they did nothing. I then went to paypal and they did nothing also. They said I was sent 2 packages but then when I explained it was not what I ordered they informed me that they do not protect buyers from any other site besides ebay. What a crock! I'm a single mother with 3 children and this happened right before christmas.

I purchased the Rosetta Stone 1-3 and of course it sounded too good to be true, and as it turned out was! this site is a internet fraud, you cannot contact the seller who is insulated by ioffer, you can't dispute claims and as soon as you list a negative rating the seller changes names and goes by another id, I would highly recommend staying away from this site altogether, you might as well just burn your money as you will never see it or the product you thought you purchased.

A chick I worked with kept coming in with all these expensive branded clothes and accessories. I knew there was no way she could afford a $3000 Gucci bag once a month and her story was "Oh, I have a friend in Europe that works in an outlet mall and all the stuff they have there is whats new in the stores here because North America is always a season or 2 behind." then offers to share these "incredible deals" with us... Bags were 3 and $400, belts 1-200, boots/shoes 2-400 etc. I never succumbed to these "great deals" but other co-workers did. A colleague of mine discovered ioffer and also discovered ALL of the items she had purchased from our so-called "friend" at a fraction of the cost she was charging us! The Prada fairy bag was $60 buck on ioffer and she paid her $300! We wondered why the strap on her gucci bag broke the first day she used it. I must say, this chick had us taken, all of the items were very good replicas. All were real leather, came in boxes and so on. I have ordered a small item (a scarf) to test the site out for myself. I have read a lot of back and fourth and do believe that there are legit people there. They seem very concerned about good ratings, I would assume its because they need to overcompensate for the scammers that are there. Any one who thinks they are getting an original, well you are just really dumb. So very very dumb. Gucci doesnt need Zhang from china to sell their bags for them. They have hundreds of thousands of millionaires that purchase their items legit from their stores or directly from their website. Again, your very dumb! And if, by chance, it is an original, well, its stolen! But I do believe they have great replicas, mostly because these high end brands have portions of their accessories made over seas... like buckles, fabrics etc. Therefore, these people get some items that are technically genuine, but only bits and pieces. Its like a cheap juice, only a small % is real juice, but it tastes just like freshly squeezed!

I DESPISE THAT WEBSITE ioffer.com! I will NEVER, EVER use that garbage site EVER again. Evey single person on that site...and they're pretty much all from China, so you do the math, offers things they don't even have for sale. Once you buy it then they tell you...Oh I don't have that, but here is a link to something similar. More expensive of course. It was a nightmare dealing with this website! I searched for this particular jacket FOR THREE WEEKS and finally found it listed on this site FROM 5 SELLERS. Can you imagine? Not one of them had it! Did ioffer.com do anything to make them remove the fraudulent listings, which wasted my time, and my patience? HELL NO! I never received not one response from ioffer.com AT ALL! And the jacket is still being listed as for sale on the site. Oh My God! DO NOT, and I repeat DO NOT EVER use ioffer.com. THEY SUCK! And stay FAR, FAR away from this seller (jiqimaohao)

iOffer is a scam run by street gangs delinquents that take no responsibility for the quality or honesty of their sellers. I purchase a pair of boots from their site at the cost of $218. after a few days of not getting any information from the seller i contacted Pay pay for a refund. I was told that as long as i have a tracking number they wouldn't give a refund. After 3 weeks I receive a box with a pair of USED old boots "not before I have to sign for the delivery" I contacted iOffer but they never had giving me an answer as to why they let this delinquents post on their site!. iOffer is as guilty as the delinquent thatt run freely under their control on their site, posting as legitimate business when in fact are a bunch of the thief protected by iOffer. In retaliation of my complains iOffer had deleted all my notes/complains from their site, and had put my account under review because of the complain. On the last note from iOffer they informed me the the seller has been suspended from iOffer for "violating iOffer's policies" but that I should contact the seller for a refund (pathetic) ! I wouldn't recommend this site anybody, you are much better protected at E-bay. There If you purchase an item and you pay with Pay pal they an the item is not as describe Pay pal will refund your money, but they do not cover you if you purchase an item in any other site. My recommendation is never to use iOffer.. they are a bunch delinquents that protect other delinquents. See below iOffer response to my complain Your request (#89032) has been updated. iOffer never recieved item but they kept the money

well, I've been wanting to buy my 10 year old daughter a wii for christmas ever since they came out and ### you over bay didn't have any at a reasonable price and I just didn't have $250 at the time to get one at my local wal-mart, I was trying to buy her other christmas presents that she wanted early so that I could hide them at a friends house until 3 days before christmas eve, anyway, so I looked all over the internet and found nothing menetioning a cheaply priced wii, everybody on craigslist was trying to get more money out of their used wiis than what they are worth so I said screw them and finally found a link to ioffer on yahoo answers, so I looked after a month or two to see if they were legit and I had bought and recieved one item successfully and I figured they would be ok, I bought a wii for $200 plus $15 shipping from some dick in China, screw them, I was asking him a few questions about it, I asked him was the wii the american version before I paid for it, he didn't say anything, I figured he didn't read my message yet so I asked him again and he finally said in a stupid idiotic way "yes, it american" and heres when the big ### YOU comes along, I believed him and paid for it, a day later he said "it chinese not american" so I tolded him continuously that I wanted a refund, no answer, I pmed him and left him profile comments on ioffer, I even got ahold of his hotmail email address thanks to paypal and email him there, again, no response, on my dumb part I marked off the part on paypal that you need to keep up that shows where you've sent a payment to someone if you've been scammed, so paypal ###ed me and ripped me 2 new ###s while they were at it because after 30 days of wondering if I would ever live to see my money again they emailed me and told me no in a smart-### way, I was always told that paypal was on the buyers side and the sellers, that sick ### in china? he deleted his hotmail, paypal and ioffer accounts, son of a ###, if you're reading this I hope you and your family dies, you know who you are, thanks to you I may not be able to get my daughter a wii she cried about not getting on her birthday this year, you ugly ### head, I sold 2 tickets to a expensive event on ebay to get that money, karma always comes back around dick, I'm going to see what I can do to file charges and have him arrested in china

Everyone please excuse me for my rude language in this complaint, this just upsets me too much whenever I think about because my daughter still has her heart set on this, and I didn't mean it when I said his family deserves to be dead but whoever took my money like that and totally ignores me does deserve to pass, that was unfair and uncalled for, if I can get their real name I will be filing charges and fight him to the fullest extent of the law, wish me luck everyone, I will take this to their court in china if I have to just for the sake of justice!
