I purchased a pair of shoes from this website. The cost of the shoes was $100. When I received the shoes, I took them out of the box and they smelled like paint. I received them about three months ago and they still smell like paint. They are completely unwearable. I emailed the company (juney.[protected]@hotmail.com -- the first time I saw this email address was when I went to send an email asking for a refund) and asked for a refund. They told me that it would be too expensive for me to ship them back and would not give me a refund. The company suggested that I pay them 1/2 the price of the shoes $50) and they would send me new shoes.
I find this to be outrageous. Why should I pay any more than the $100 I paid for shoes that I am unable to wear. (They also suggested that I pay $50 for the new paid and sell the ones they sent me to someone else (for a profit). Again, this is outrageous. The shoes are unmerchantable.) I do not have any photos because the shoes look fine, but the smell of paint is so strong, I cannot even take them out of the box.
I purchased shoes from nikeshoesfactorystore.us and it was a total rip off! When I checked out it said the total cost for the shoes plus shipping was $81. They charged my card for $92. I never received a confirmation email like promised. I kept emailing them but never got a response. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Once the charge was disputed then I suddenly receive a pair of shoes after almost a month when I was told they would be on my door step in 5 days. The shoes I received are not even the ones I ordered! To make matters worse, they do not give you the shipping address to return them. Their site says you must email them for the returns center address? So of course I emailed them and still nothing. They refuse to issue a refund after 30 days. But if I cannot get any help in returning them how am I suppose to get a refund? They just replied back to try their sister site which is cheapfreeruntrainers.com, they may have the shoes I ordered in stock. They are a scam too! I was stupid and looked for the same shoes because my mom wanted them so badly for her birthday and they too ripped me off! They over charged me just like the previous site and I never received my merchandise. Granted the shoes were about $20 cheaper on this site but again I threw my money away. This one has a customer service email but it doesn't even exist. I tried my butt off to get my mom what she really wanted for her birthday but instead ended up losing $160! Never again! Don't be fooled they are all scam artist. It amazes me that something cannot be done to catch these criminals.
Thank god my sister has got no CC. She wanted me to order shoes but I cam along these reports.
Site is not using SSL which is strange for a webshop these days.

I ordered a seasalt mac.I did not check like I normally do as I had a lot going on .The article never arrived-a complete scam and they have card details.Am keeping a close eye on card account.These people are CROOKS.Why is google allowing this website to carry on.
I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter from Travisandjoy.com.au which I think is a pseudonym for this mob. 7 weeks later and over a dozen emails to them and still no shoes. They are Chinese thieves. My bank is working on a refund for me because I paid by credit card; but I've also taken it to Consumer Affairs and Choice consumer support group. I, too, would like them shut down; but I suppose they'll just open in another guise.
They are also using "mobilefusion.co.nz"
They don't reply until you insult them - when you do, they send a poorly google translated response asking you to send them pictures (even if you have already, such as I did) of the wrong pair, and then say they will send you a partial refund. They obviously can't offer to send you the real pair because they never had any to begin with. We need to report them to the commerce commission and work towards having their sites shut down. People like them are indicative of everything that is wrong in the world.
In the interim, how about having some fun sending them annoying emails and wasting their time... I know I would tire of being bombarded with incriminating emails after a while. It's already got a response from them for the first time since I contacted them about sending me a pair of heinous, plastic, foul-smelling shoes. I suggest you send them back to them, as I will be, marking the value extremely high so they can enjoy paying import duties on a parcel of junk.

I purchased some shoes from firstinhealth.co.nz only to discover it's a scam. Only point of contact is juney.service@hotmail.com which I have just googled and seen all these complains about the frauding COW! Have notified my bank who is now going through the investigation process. The bank has advised I will get a full refund just wish I could shut down the page to save others the hassle of going through it.

I found a place to buy online, it is www.naturalseeds.eu and before i checked the contact info, i buy a wetsuit jacket, the item was charged to my credit card, but is hasn´t been shipped, i had been contacting them since that to juney.service@hotmail.com and i haven´t got a reply from them.
Exactly the same story happened to me. They are scammers and I would recommend to anyone thinking to use this site for the first time...listen to these reviews. They will send you the wrong shoes and you won't get your money back.

I received two pair very cheap Nike slip on shoes. Paid over $100 for these $10 shoes.
No phone number, no address, no response from emails.
The email address changes apparently I have (service9susan@hotmail.com) then it was (service12susan@hotmail.com) because I made a second account to try to get more information.
I turned them into the econsumer.gov.
Do your research before you order online, so you don't learn the hard way like me.
I was Shanghaied by a bunch off crooks from Shanghai!

I order a pair of Reebok shoes for my son when the arrived they were completely wrong cheap imitation "JUNK" paid $105.00. Emailed the company they responded with 15% refund and i can sell the shoes i received. What a joke! This website is nothing but a total scam !

Le site est au USA et l'expédition de chine donc impossible de les relancer. C'est une belle arnaque.
I ordered a pair of New Balance 1500v1 from the website moreesport.com.au for AU$120 and was sent the wrong shoes completely. I emailed the company and received a reply from juney.service@hotmail.com who offered a 15% refund. I told them they owed me a full refund according to the ACCC. The reply was offer 20% and tell me to sell the shoes or give them to a friend. I am currently reporting them scam with the ACCC.
I purchased a pair of shoes from http://www.kentishlions.org.au for a pair of toddler Nike's Roshe in size 8 and received a pair of adult ASIC Gels that look totally fake ( see attached pics ). After several emails to juney.service@hotmai.com for refund I now realize that is a scam website and I really need do more research before buying. My motto from now on will be if they don't have PayPal don't buy from them!
I ordered 3 NBA shirts on the18th of May, 3 weeks later a package arrived from China, but with 3 random shirts, no NBA shirts. This is clearly a scam.

this juney.service@hotmail.com email address was the only form of contact for the site. after my purchase appeared to fail i checked and yes i was charged.. after several attempts to email them i got one reply saying my purchase was successful and a tracking code was attached. today i revieved my purchase. two identical pairs of shoes that were the same kind of design as what i ordered but NOT what i ordered. very very upset
It just happened to me that I placed order with 2 pairs of Converse and they sent me the wrong shoes. I tried to contact them and sent them many emails, of course, they never replied. I then searched the contact email on google and found out that many people are fooled by this Chinese Shenzhen company. The ridiculous thing is that there is no solid contact address given on the website too.
However, if you make the research on google, you will find out that they have about 100 different domain names in every continents to fool people who would like to do online shopping.
I also purchased a pair of shoes from this website. the cost of the shoes was €50. First of all the shoes took forever to arrive and when they finally did arrive it was the wrong shoes. They came in a package with no box which to be honest i didn't really care about but what really upset me was that fact that i contacted them several times regarding this mistake and i never received any reply, not even one. I even checked my junk mail but not even one email was sent to attempt to solve this issue. The worse thing of all is that i cant even wear the pair they sent because they don't even feat me. Completely outrageous!
Guys, if you pay by credit card you will be reimbursed . the shoes are fakes . I bought from them and was very unhappy . I opened a dispute procedure with my credit card provider and I eventually got my money back. The merchant was upset and lost both the money and shoes+ Shipping which was quite enjoyable as these people are grossly dishonest .. Dont let them go away with it.
