Bought a "New" game at this GameStop location. The employee sold the game without the original packaging (it was already opened), so the game wasn't so "new" anymore.
When went to return the game, store refused to except the return because the game was opened, when that's how they sold the game to me.

Not planning on buying from GameStop again. Best Buy & Target offers better return policies.
