Florida Power & Light [FPL] over billing/shut off

Well as all of you I am stuck with FPL. They over charge us tremendously. That being said, due to high bill these past few months, I made payments in installments. They claim that they sent us a Final Bill saying pay by this date or power is shut off. Well they did early this morning, they must have been waiting for me to leave the house because when my husband came home everything in the refregigerators was warm. I have paid my bill and accoding to them it takes five minutes to shut us down, however it takes them up to 24 hours to connect us. I also asked them to evaluate why my bill is so high when everyone elses is less than 150, well, according to them its time I get a new AC, its to old. I have plainly told them that since they are taking their time, when my food spoils they will have give me a credit for it as well as if we need to seek a hotel room, they will have to cover same. It just may be cheaper for them to actually put someone to work with all the money they are charging us.

I was out of country for the entire month of May. Before leaving turned every breakers to off to ensure there is no power in my place. Yet, when I received my bill its as though nothing was changed. No, I'm not on their budget billing and when I complain they give me their usual BS.

Beware of smart meter research them on you tube and see all the health problems caused by the radiation they emit they aren't telling us the truth! my bill has steadily increased from my usual bill. My first bill was half a month it was 37$ my next bill was 74$ and then 113$ 126$ and then smart meter installed and my bills started doing this 185$, 197$, 212$, 257$, and my most recent bill this month is 295$ my next projected bill is 247$ check out these links below. My Dad had a heart attack yesterday and he sleeps in his room at night and the meter is right outside his window next to his bed. Thanks fpl for creating this new health problem. ( I'm being sarcastic)

Florida Power & Light [FPL] light bill

i am resident of manatee county with three small children and fpl is constantly sending me a bill over 600.00 dollars and i called to complain but no one has sent anyone out to inspect or even see whats wrong they disconnected my services for 131.00 when i went to pay they said i needed 322.64 in order to reconnect services i was not able to pay until four days later and then they stated they added 2 months on as a deposit, which now brings the total to 776.56 i just lost my job i cant afford this this bill this is so unfair and unjustified i asked for an adjustment to be sent to me two weeks ago and i haven't yet received it. FPL is a cruel and injustice company who just charge you what they want when you are poor and cant fight back because they feel they can i am speaking with an attorney and to see what rights i have

Florida Power & Light [FPL] scandelous

It is unreal to me how one Company FPL can get away with so many FRAUDULANT ACTS. I recently received a bill for $335.99, note that my previous bills are usually around $115.00 and no more than $200 a month. I called them to ask them why is my bill so high this month. They told me that it is because they could not read my meter for the months of April and May and they just took a estimated guess. They went on and stated that they could not get into back yard due to DOG/FENCE being locked. First off I just bought this house a year ago and the people who had it before had dogs. I have called them to explain that they can come to back yard and that there are no DOGS and the fence you just pull on the latch. So if they were able to read the meter all other months why now for the past two months you cant seem to read now. Instead of calling me and or leaving a note at the door they took GUESS.. So with out any kind of notice I get a BILL for more than I can afford at $335.99 on a single budget income. But might I add that if I pay the 148.99 budget billing that I would not have to pay $335.99, seems that they are forcing me to get on the budget billing plan so they can charge me the same every month when in fact my bill is never that high in the Winter months. SO because they dropped the ball I am SCREWED, and they know we need electricity and that this is the only Company in Florida to provide us with this necessity. WE NEED TO STAND UP TO THEM THIEVES.

so true f.pl. has been sticking to us evry month my reg bill was 223 and i was told that if i dnt pay my bill on time im charged a 115 dollar deposit every time my bill is late well fpl can keep chargeing me extra money every month because after i move fpl will have to pay me all my money back in deposit and i will have my lights shut off so they cant say will we took this for the the light still being on im getting my money back and i have paid my bill down to 0000 and if i get a bill for over 189.99 i will be taking on fpl in court i will file a cival suite against yall and get the best attnory there is.. and sue yall ###'es...

Florida Power & Light [FPL] billing

So we signed up for automatic bill pay to lower the deposit amount of a new connection. My husband pays the bill through his bank but the bill pay is deducted from my bank. He payed the bill 3 days before it was due but it didn't post apparently until the day it was set to automatically deduct from my account. So long story short they got payed twice in one day, his payment and then withdrawn from mine which caused my bank to overdraw. They said they would refund the payment but had to wait 14 days to make sure the payment cleared with the bank first and then would issue a check to me.

I called both I can dispute the charges with the bank but then that will cause the payment to be reversed and then I will be charged an additional deposit. Fpl says there's nothing they can do I have to wait.

Florida Power & Light [FPL] shut off service

This has got to be illegal. They state my account was $7.74 past due and since the outstanding balance was not paid when due they turn off my service! Without a knock at the door, nothing! Who is regulating this company!? We have no choice and are forced to put up with this unethical treatment. To top it off I paid what was requested the whole $7.74 as soon as I found out and then they have the face to tell me they have a whole 24 hours to turn it back on. WOW.. I would love to see the person who is telling me this sleep with 4 kids in a home with no lights no AC with candles burning up in this miami florida weather. I don't mean to sound spoiled but this is not right! I am beyond upset and will not stop until this "policy" gets changed.

it seems that every month they send a collection agent to collect as little as 80 dollars it seems to that they are hurrassing me and my family just to get extra money from me, i am disabled i cannot afford h electric bills pleases help me to stop them this has been going on for a year and a few years ago they charged me for an ex wife's fathers old bill when he died at some point before he died we had already divorced.not only that i could not get electricity till i paid them over 400 dollars i just want them to stop and give me a break some times i need to skip a bill so as not to go hungry cause i only get so much from disability

Florida Power & Light [FPL] horrible service

Today they cut electricity without notice, my wife in the house with a 6 days old baby and didn't even had the dicency of knocking on the door, 15 minutes later I paid their bill and they said that it will take up to 24 hours for the service to be restored. I call them and tried to reason with them and no way they were going to make an exception and restore my service. It's been 5 hours now and I'm afraid my babys formula will get bad, no service yet, it's already 9 pm.

we just moved into a new home.. the first month no ac. ~bill was 47.00$
the second month turned on ac 54.00
the third month they change to "smart meter" my bill more than doubled. 105. and change
Now tell me how? there were 3 more days in the billing cycle, the temp always set at 80 degrees hoe does it double.the bill really FPL...come on.PLEEEEEZA ..Id love to see it form your point of view but I cant get my head that far up my ###
try to get some one on the phone that's not all ghetto and "axn" me question (yes~ AXN~) and I speak ALIEN..
they say 3-5 days for them to check the meter. they will hang a notice on my door..also they will send a letter of the results
still no door hanger or letter.. bill is due and IM NOT PAY IT...
I even had one of the call center girls disconnected me.. how professional...guess i should have AXED her nicer...REALLY you have had more than ample time to figure it out.

Florida Power & Light [FPL] service

I was late a month and they charged me an extra deposit. On a Friday I had made a payment of 102 which was only partially the bi. Times are hard as I am a stay at home mom and my fiancé is the only one working. On Tuesday afternoon around 3 they shut our power off stating I had to pay 223 to get it reconnected. I called someone to help me with the payment and it was paid by 340 pm. I then called and they said they had called dispatch to reconnect power. Well it's now 830 the next morning and still no power and when I call all they can say is it is within 24 hours. Really fpl? If you can come disconnect power so quickly than why is it taking this long to reconnect. I have to small children and this is ridiculous.

Florida Power & Light [FPL] power shut off because I yelled at fpl worker

FPL shut off my power saying I was tampering with there meter. I Call the electrician that I hire to work on my house. He said he did nothing illegal, and he called FPL for them to tell him what he did illegal on my house. They refuse to talk to him. And now they want me to pay $2807 for something I didn't do. Or else they will not turn my power back on. At first I thought it was about the tampering but when I offer to pay to try to resolve matter they claim I just cant pay and get my lights back on. Now, they want me now to sign a letter saying my husband threaten their worker or they will not put my lights back on which he did not. But are they allowed to do this. Am in DARKNESS now with my 5 kids for a week today. And I cant get no one to help me because sames like everyone I talk too is afraid of FPL. Same to me they are more powerful than the mafia. WHERE IS THE JUSTICE WHEN IT COMES TO FPL.

I would of first thought of scam but FPL just came out to my house and claimed because my house is old my l blocks are broken and they took the meter and said I had to get an electrician to fix it before they come put it back on. The problem is my house is barely over 10 yrs since being built from scratch. The only time metr was messed with was when they switched me over to an electric meter a couple of years ago. Go figure.

You got turned off because you got caught doing something illegal, not because you yelled at a worker. Look into it: tampering is illegal, cable company does too. I'd be ashamed to come out and say you just said on a public forum. Makes you look like a thief. You're the scam, its because of scams that our prices go up, ie: insurance scams.

Florida Power & Light [FPL] fraud

FPL has been commiting fraud for years now, not only are they over charging on deposits that are incorrect, they are overcharging on usage. They are committing fraud with auto bill pay! They have taken money out of an account that has been closed and removed! I have paid my account in cash and 2 weeks later they took the same amount out from my account again that i used to make a payment over the phone. They save your bank informtation with out your permission. They have taken money out of my account again with out my permission where there was already a payment in process.They say they will investigate it and never return your calls. Their management and supervisors are so rude and nasty and hang up. I had a power outage with a 5 day old baby 2 days in a row for a total of 7 hours they said its not their problem theres other people with out power! They disconnected me for $900 bill from 5 years ago that was not mine from a property that was sold. I had to pay it to get my service back on! A bill 5 years later that i fought was not mine! from a vacant property! I didnt even live in the state anymore at the time of the bill..Now in the last 6 weeks they have STOLEN $ $528.00 From my account not including overdrafts charges and my bill jumped $88.00 a month but yet nothing changed in my household making that $1056.00 in overcharges. If your a day late which your not they process it late they want additional deposits! Like we have the money, if your late obvisiously your in financial hardship-so where are you suppose to pay more deposits and its not like its $5 they want hundreds to do what with? even if your not months behind cause they wont bill it that way..Real quick to steal it over charge it..BUT NOT GIVE IT BACK! I want to file a petition to do a CLASS ACTION SUIT. if intersted contact me

I have an 1176 square foot Villa, have done everything to make it more energy efficient. I feel like we live like bats, however the bill is still $384...Had meter changed to a digital meter so they have to come out personally and read it and not a remote reading, they said they would call prior to their coming over, they left a message on my cell phone on October 27th that they would come out. I waited until the 19th to call and see when he would come out and read the meter, they said it was read on the 27th at 9 am but NO One came out to read the meter. I have filed my second Complaint with the Public Service Commission, FPL used to be a great company, it has definitely gone to ***!

Florida Power & Light [FPL] incorrect billing

On June the 6th we had moved in and had Florida Power and light turn on our electricty.
We did receive 5 months worth of bills from them, and we did make our payments on time.
Our average bill was about 125.00 a month. This last bill I received stated that I owed
them over $1000.00 in power. I had called to ask why. According to them they have been
estimatating my usage and not getting an actual reading on my meter. Their reasoning was
that there was no access to the backyard. When we first got here there were to gates.
We did bring it down to one when on of the old fences fell down. There has only been 2
readings on my meter since we have been here. The only option with them is for me to pay
for an estimated bill not based on actual readings. We have always had someone here.
Our youngest one is in VPK and she is out by 11:30 and she is here with her mother or aunt.
Not once did FPL make an effort to contact us stating there was an issue regarding the
meter readings. They state that their readers are not authorized to knock on the door to
get access to the back yard. We do have dogs but we have always put them up when we have
had contractors or delieveries at the house.

Florida Power & Light [FPL] inconsiderate and scammers

FPL is full of ****. I transfered service to my new address through their website. No where did they inform me that my payment arrangement for a previous account in my dad's name was going to be automatically deducted from my bank account in full amount ($2000.00). So NOW Im $2000.00 in the hole, with other bills to pay! HOW IN THE HELL CAN THEY DO THIS! Its not about paying the money, obviously I am paying it if I made payment arrangements, but they should have informed me of what was going to happen. Obviously I don't have $2000.00 if I had to make payment arrangements. This is not the first time they stuck me with a previous bill in my dads name and threatened to turn off my electricity if I did not pay it. SCAMMERS and they could careless who they affect!

FPL will do WHATEVER THEY GET AWAY WITH. EVEN MORE NOW THAT GOV. SCOTT "SUSPENDED" THE STATE OF FL. PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION ? YEP ! NO MORE P.S.C. HELP !
YES, WITH EVERYTHING GOING ON IN FLORIDA, THE NEW GOV. TOOK AWAY THE P.S.C. FROM THE "GET-GO", ONE OF THE FIRST ACTS WAS TO CUT THE LEGGS OFF OF THE ONLY STATE ENTITY THAT HELPED INDIVIDUAL CITIZENS STUCK UNDER THE MONOLOPY THUMB OF F.P.L.N AND GOD KNOWS WHO ELSE...

Florida Power & Light [FPL] customer service and practices

This is the complaint I sent to the psc and bbb:
This complaint is about customer service and the lack on knowledge that the people that I have encountered has regarding issues that you would think a regular representative would know. I started out of the monthly credit card billing thing with fpl. It was always a mystery because you never had an exact date that money would be drawn from your account.in this day and time, who can be comfortable with something like that? I need to know if you what date you are debiting my account and the dates should not change monthly. Every automatic bill that I have set up, I can tell what date its coming out. The problem occurred when I changed my bank account, because of all the manual process and whatever it takes to get that changed, my payment went to the wrong bank anyway and I was kicked off the monthly billing and charged an enormous deposit. Fast forward a couple of months and I was recently deemed disabled so I had to set up payment arrangements on my bill. Per fpl, i've had several arrangements and several defaults including two defaults in one day. I am not sure how that happens. Who would establish two arrangements on one bill in one day? Of course, was just told that today. Back in july, I received assistance from an agency that paid the bill in full. The agency called and asked for the current bill amount and to my surprise they were only given the amount that was due and not the complete bill amount. My agency paid the majority and the had me pay an amount which should have paid the bill to 0.00 and it didn't. When that amount was paid, it paid out the extension that was made. I called today to check my bill amount because I don't always get a bill and I found out that my I was in danger of disconnect when I thought that the payment in august paid the bill out.in my experience with fpl, I have never gotten the correct answer when I have called and it only resulted in me making several calls. Its ridiculous that fpl can't give you a date when your funds are going to be deducted, they can't even tell me when your service is scheduled for disconnection. Its like playing a cat and mouse game and maybe its to rack up late charges or its a game that gives fpl some benefit, because I can't think of a company that knows less about their own operation like fpl. Of course I spoke to a supervisor named ms. Rodarte and she also didn't have the information or could give me a name of the manager of her department. This is what I experience when I call there.

A few hours after I made this original complaint with psc, I called fpl to ask for a number to the bill pay to pay my bill using credit a credit card. I spoke with jonathan and was given the number [protected] and when I dialed the number, it was the number back to the customer service department. So I called back and spoke with jonathan and advised him that he gave me the wrong number. He told me that it was the correct number and I advised him that it was not. He put me on old and I searched for the number on the fpl website. Jonathan came back to the phone and told me that he verified that the number that he gave me was correct. I advised him that the correct number was [protected]. A few hours after that incident, I received a call from danny fernandez regarding my initial complaint with psc. Of course danny did his job to give excuses about all my issues. It was perfect timing because I was able to tell him that I can't even get the correct number to pay the bill when I call. As a courtesy, danny offered to apply half of my deposit that's on my account against my current bill but disclaimed that if I didn't pay my bill by the bill date that credit could result in a charge back. My complaint won't be improved by applying my money to the bill and threaten to charge it back when I fail to pay on time. So now I am really mad. So please have somebody call me with the fax number to armando olivera so I can forward this complaint to the president of this zoo. Thank you.

Florida Power & Light [FPL] fpl greed and lack of loyalty

Beware! Fpl has found new ways to charge us even more during these difficult times. I noticed a $320 charge on my bill marked as "additional activity" in addition to the already high $213.67 charge for the month for usage. I called fpl this morning and discovered that the "additional activity" is a charge assessed for being late twice in six months. I have been a loyal customer to fpl for over 25 years and I have never had any issues or ever complained about their price hikes. I requested that the rep waive the charge and she said she was not authorized but connected me to a supervisor. The supervisor agreed to waive it if I authorized fpl to withdraw the funds from my account directly or get a letter from someone who has not been late on an fpl bill before. I refused both and pushed forward to an account rep supervisor who eventually agreed to waive the fee. The entire process took over an hour. Fpl has found another way for greedy ceo's to line their pockets and have created new ways to charge us more. Beware and read all the details on your bills otherwise your will just contribute to the abuse and greed of big business. I'm tired of companies like fpl that make a b-load of money and don't put back to make the system more efficient without asking us to pay for it. Sad part is we keep paying for upgrades they don't do... Fed up!

Your bill clearly states that if you are late your account will incur late payment charges and that there is the potential for a deposit adjustment. If you don't want to have to pay a deposit then just pay your bills on time. They are company policies and realizing that it is a tough economy they do try to work with you by securing your account in other ways. I know its hard to hear but at the end of the day FPL is a business and they do have policies set in place that they must follow in order to also survive in this economy...you pay for the services you receive, when you do groceries or go to a restaurant or when you pay for mortgage or rent you pay for the most part you are paying for something that you are receiving at that moment...by the time fpl bills you its for something you've already consumed during the previous month and on top of that they give you 3 weeks to pay it so by the time they get paid almost 2 months have gone by. So their deposit policy is somewhat similar to a residential deposit.

The company its charging me a250$ of a debt left by tbe old tenant in the property, the company says that we know tbe old tenant and yes we do had a friend relation with the family. but i dont find it fare that they have to charge me hes old bill, i dont find it legal if anybody can help please contact me at [protected]@ hotmail.com

Florida Power & Light [FPL] fpl deposit

Our bill went past due since our auto pay failed due to insufficient funds. We were not called our emailed. They sent a notification via post. We failed to pay the amount before it went past due. Because of this they decided to charge us $350 for a deposit, and they best that a manager with FPL could do is break it up. Even with this we are unable to manage this amount of money from our already over-stretched budget. They didn't even take into consideration that we paid the balance in full and how long we have been paying on time(September 2008).

I hate this god damn company! God damn vultures, thieves! This is an abusive monopoly that impose security deposits even if you are late 1 time! Keep it forever in their account! Damn thieves, abusive #. Break this nasty monopoly!

I am a responsible adult and I do pay my bills, but this company has ###ed EVERY SINGLE BILL I have had with them for the past 3 years. EVERY SINGLE ONE, has had some mystery fee. This time they say my bill is due the 24th of May and then AGAIN on the 12th June? The actual paper bill (this is the only company I DO NOT trust to simply do things electronically) says $84.52 is due the web site says I owe them over $200 I ask them wth its for and FOUR count them FOUR different employees gave me a different answer, one guy actually stuttered trying to give me an answer. When I was moving and was setting up my power this last time I purposely called 3 times to talk to to a few different people to get my deposit down...3 people gave me 3 different prices! really...really!?!? Its total and utter b/s they also tried to tell me last month I never paid a $75 fee (thank god I save EVERYTHING!) They will do WHATEVER they can to get you to pay more then you actually should!

If you don't have the money to pay the bill when the lights go off, do you think you are going to keep the lights off forever ? What are you going to do run away? Of course it's a scam monopoly. And when you actually have the money to turn the lights back on, fpl just thinks you will magically have an extra $200 for a deposit? On top of your bill? FPL is NOT a monopoly...there are actually over 50 other electric companies in the state of Fl (each of which has their own service territory). The deposit amount is determined by the address where service is being requested and it is billed based on the customer's credit history. It is required to secure the account because they bill you for service you have already used during the previous month and on top of that they give you 3 wks to pay (so almost 2 months go by before they get paid for something that has already been consumed). They don't keep the deposit, if you pay your bills on time they will refund it to you.

Florida Power & Light [FPL] ripping customers off!

FPL is the WORST company I have ever encountered. This morning a FPL representative showed up at our door and demanded $350 cash or they were going to shut off our power. He continued to tell us we were 60 days past due on our bill. We showed him consecutive receipts from October of 2010 until now proving to the contrary and he told us too bad take it up with the billing department pay up or I shut off your power.

We called them immediately and they told us we never paid them in January or February. We faxed them copies of the receipts we had from their authorized agent proving that we paid them. The rep. said he would review them and call us back, but, we never received a call back.

We called again and this rep. told us we didn't pay them in April and they did receive payments in February and January. We again gave them a receipt for April. Then they proceeded to tell us since we paid 3 days late that they did not give us credit for that month and put us 30 days behind.

In addition they are holding a $920 deposit that the demanded we pay them last year. We were supposed to get this deposit back in 6 months but now they changed it to a year. They continued to tell us that if we pay 1 day late they will extend the refund of the deposit to another year! How is this legal?!

What kind of cracker jack organization is this!? We need to sign a petition and demand that our congressmen allow another electric company in south Florida and end this monopoly. FPL is ripping EVERYONE off and getting away with it because we have no other alternative.

Please people we need to stand up for our rights and demand justice for all they have done wrong. I will be forming a petition on Change.org we need 100, 000 signatures to take to congress to get rid of them once and for all.

FPL Power Company one of the most deceptive companies in the state of Florida.

We have made fixes to everything they suggest to saving Electricity. Buying new appliances, Insulation, Lighter coloring on Exterior paint. Roof coating White.

And Much More crawl space insulation .

It is everything they said to do for" less usage."

So we have kept good records on usage. "Smart meter is the problem".

If you use your Stove, Fridge , AC , Hot water heater all in the same hour?

The meter will record the highest Value , "then hold that value for the complete hour "instead of the few min you really used.

So if you take a quick shower and think well , it will not cost so much... Wrong.

It will show that you used hot water for the full hour . This will cost you a much higher billing . FPL knows this and has refused to fix this problem. The price hike has caused a great deal of stress for my community.

I would like to begin that Florida Power and Light are a bunch of Scam artists and they are taking advantage of all the people who have to deal with them. I knew I wasn't alone when I began to search on how to make a complaint against this company. We dont have a choice on who we get our power from, we have to deal with FPL. The Deposits that they demand from us are outrageous and far among our means the way the economy is based today. Our bills have been on slow pay for a few months now but they always receive their money, if they dont they shut you off. in the past twenty years my grandfather has lived at his residence since 1985 and has never had his power shut off until today! reason being that I am his grand-daughter that has 3 children and trying to manage off 1200.00 a month. last month they billed me deposit for his residence of 537.82 for not paying on time and not paying a deposit since 1985. plus a bill that was 187. this equals out to be 700. on electric only, that doesnt include all the other bills I have to pay. The billing is over what I pay on my mortgage. This is ridiculous and should not be tolerated by us. We need to petition this company and get them out or at least give us a choice on a different company. I was with clay Electric for a while and my original deposit with them was 100.00 and the highest our bill was 89. a month. What is wrong with this picture? any ways my grandfather was billed a deposit that exceeded beyond his means. He is on his death bed and receives oxygen to stay alive, so I have to pay his bills for him plus my electric bill that I just got that was 300. also paying a Deposit of 350. last month so between both residence I've payed well over 1200. just in electric! the sad part is, is that last month when I was billed his deposit and the regular bill I called FPL and made arrangements with a man named Mr. Stevenson and he agreed to help me out, or so I thought until I went to pay the bill of the first installment which was supposed to be payed on june 15 which I payed 300. on this day, because of their billing they said they didnt get it until the 17th so "I" defaulted which down spiraled into the power being shut off today because they applied my 300. to only the deposit which made the original bill late 168.97 they said was past due now because I defaulted...they lied! When I called them to resolve it they said their was nothing that they could do that I had to have 437.68 paid by the 18th of july, well guess what? today is july 7th and the power got shut off! plus I owe my electric bill of 297. by the 18th. This has to come to an end, some one has to hear the cries of desperate people losing everything because of this happening. someone please let me know what I can do? Also If my bill exceeds the deposit on my house they will charge me another deposit on my house! AGAIN! Sincerely Carerra Guthrie

I agree withe all thee complaints abourt FPL, thee state has to do sometheing abourt it, we do not only live on electric bill, we have to buy food, pay rent, gas and so on...
My bill was not due until thee 17the of July, theey withedraw thee money on my accournt before theat date, I spoke withe some guy theat told me theat my bill has to be paid 17 days after FPL send it our, which theey sent on June 26the, so, 26the till 30the is 4 days, plus anotheer 13 days, which my bill was going to be due on July 17the. They withedraw thee money on thee 9the and now theey are asking me for a deposit of 355.00 dollars plus thee amournt theat I owe 115.56, plus 24 returned fee, plus an extra 35 theat thee bank charged me. What in hell is going on? Please explain to me like a "I am a 6 years old" cause I don't get it! They are theiefs and nobody sees it.
I am sick and tired and so which and I will pray everyday in my life for anotheer company to take over and treat us like humans not like money machine. I struggled withe thee lost of my bothe parents in 14 monthes and I am still struggling financially and theey don't show any humanity.Is like "sorry mam but your have to pay theis amournt and period".
