Poor Customer Service!

I have been a customer with Fifth Third bank for almost 2 years and I never used to call their customer service until today. I called them at around 1030 pm EST. I had to wait for almost 17 minutes until I got a live person. Her name was Cynthia and was talking so fast with the initial greeting. I asked her to repeat her name and she raised her tone and was asking my name instead. Very poor service. Since my last name is very long, I asked her to call me Raj and she wouldn’t do that and I was not comfortable hearing her mis-pronounce my name. She was so unprofessional and rude. I heard a similar situation from my friend long time back. Today I got the same response. Poor Customer Service! I am thinking of switching over to some other bank who can offer me better customer service.
