This lady, judy dostal, is a manipulative liar. She tries to take advantage of people by charging ridiculous prices for her sick puppies. And she is an evil scam artist. Do not buy anything from her!

I bought a male yorkie a month ago from this breeder, I my self could not be happier about him, he is very cute ! he has been to the vet and is very healthy, our vet had even commented on how impressed he was with the quality of him, we have to disagree to the first complaint we are so greatful to find him.

I also forgot to add to my complaint that both yorkies are feces eaters...it is disgusting! One maybe but both of them? And I was also told they were pee pad trained...sure if they are locked in a kennel and you cover the bottom with pee pads! Took me months to train them ! I was told that the female would be between 3 and 4 lbs. She weighs almost TEN! What a rip off!

The photos are heavily photoshopped to make the faces look like tiny baby doll faces and the eyes large and

lower on the face, muzzle shorter.

If You are going to purchase please ask for a video because the one my friend bought looked nothing like the

photo she sent or like the parents.

I wish I would check this site before I put $1000. Deposit down,

She will not show the pups any other then photo and we were not comfortable to pay$ 7,000.00

For an unknown picture not confirm the weight by vet it is unfortunate now we lost the deposit.

So sorry to hear that you lost your deposit but believe me that you are better off getting a dog from some one who is reputable. Not only do many people believe this to be a puppy mill but she will not give you your registration papers. I purchased 2 dogs from her, sent her the proof of neutering/spayed MANY times as she never responded. I asked for them again only to put in the dogs scrapbook and she sent a lawyer on me. Like really? The puppies are got were nothing like she described and the cute little pictures were not the dogs I received. One of the mini yorkies I was told would be around 5 lbs. She is actually a 12 lb. yorkie...lol. They were both feces eaters which is normally a sign of an under nourished dog. We were told they were pee pad trained...lol. Sure if you kept them in a crate covered in pee pads they were sure to hit one at some point. We had a lot of bad habits to break them of when we got them so I think you will be much happier getting a well adjusted puppy from someone who actually cares about the dogs and not just the money.

Sadly I think this place is a puppy mill. I didn’t want to believe it and am horrified about it but my little boys parents are listed as Joyson & Maggie. When I sent in my registration papers my friend who works there told me that “joyson & maggie” Have tons of puppies listed I then went to fcs website and see comments and noticed that there are so many people who say they are also their babies parents as well. Or I google and see tons of sold puppies showing Maggie & joysons puppies. How many puppies has this poor Maggie had in her precious little lifetime? How much has her life been put in danger to exploit her for money. I just feel sick about this and can’t believe that I contributed to this just makes me want to cry

I am so disappointed and angered! I paid $10, 000...yes you are seeing correctly. Ten thousand dollars for a brother and sister “tiny teacup” yorkies. What a joke! Don’t get me wrong...I love my baby girl and boy...they are a year old now. But my “tiny teacup” looks like a wiener dog with a yorkies head! See photo...Judy is a scammer and a liar. Their coats are like wire...very course and will never have the soft coat like my little 13 year old. I purchased a yorkie from YorkieCastle in Ontario for $2500 and he is perfect. He is tiny, short legs, big eyes and beautiful coat...and he is 13 years old and the love of my life. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HER. THIS IS A BLATANT SCAM DIRECTED TO YORKIE LOVERS.

In October 2012 I adopted/purchased a little girl who was known as Cloe (now known as Precious) from FC's Precious Yorkies for $4500.00 CAD. According to discussions and paperwork, Cloe was born May 15, 2012 in Korea so she was just over 5 months old. YES, I did know she was from Korea and not from FC Precious Yorkie litter... before I finalized the adoption for her to join our family. I was told she was about 2 lbs at that time (a week before she joined our family) and expected to be between 3.5-4.5 lbs full grown but a stocky/sturdy build, had a bit of an eating issue where when you put food down she would devour it...not come up for air and eat as fast as she could until it was ALL gone, she followed the breeder around wanting to be with her and wanting attention and was quiet in nature. I picked Cloe (Precious) up at the airport on November 1, 2012 (about an hour long flight). She was very excited to meet her new mom and dad, she was/is adorable and showered us with lots of kisses. However, she was definately not 2 lbs...actually about 4 lbs at the time. As forewarned by FC's Precious Yorkies...she did have the eating issue and we had to work with her so she didn't devour all food in site! She was/is submissive, always wanting to please and cowards often. I'm convinced some of these qualities are the result of not having a great beginning in life - probably from a Korea Puppy Mill! I might add, I was specifically in search of a small puppy as I had adopted a younger yorkie from the US a couple of weeks earlier who was to be 3 - 4 lbs full grown. Peanut was then about 13 weeks old and 18 oz in size. When Cloe (Precious arrived) I was concerned with her being larger than expected as I didn't want Peanut getting hurt playing...Peanut is also very tiny boned/slight in nature. I did call Judy at some point to mention the size as not discussed and the reason I was willing to pay a high price was due to wanting a smaller puppy...actually as Precious grew I let her know she is much much larger than discussed as well - she is 9 - 9.5 lbs and certainly NOT fat at all...stocky/solid build! Judy didn't offer any kind of refund...she actually said "next time she would give me a discount" which I really didn't appreciate! So...for the good news, Cloe (Precious) IS a gentle little girl and since my wee Peanut (3.5 lbs) thinks she is a GRATE DANE in size...it has worked out. Peanut jumps on Precious back and rides her ...Precious just lets her (growls now and then but would never hurt a fly)! Precious is a very very loving girl and although we shower her with attention/belly rubs/treats/ etc...SPOIL her...she still cowards and is submissive...just her nature from earlier life. She couldn't be loved more! Another lesson...Peanut came from the US with Vet checked papers etc. We knew immediately that there was an issue...she wasn't standing on her back left leg. After many xrays and tests...she needed both back legs re-built. The breeder in the US didn't understand why we just didn't ship her back and then she would send us a new puppy...really! Once I picked her up at the airport...she was part of the family, she melted our hearts! We did get the $2200 US back for her but our vet bills for surgery/physiotherapy/drugs etc for the leg issues were $6000 CAD PLUS! So...I was disappointed with the dealings I had regarding both of my yorkie girls. LESSON LEARNED AND recommendation to readers...as much as I pray both my girls will be with me for many many years, if/when the time comes to adopt another little bundle of joy...I will ensure I read experiences online with breeders and actually spend time at the breeders with the puppies first. This was what I did years ago when I adopted my yorkie "Angel" and we got exactly what we wanted and paid for! Although there are never any guarantees, coveat emptor "Let the Buyer Beware"...do as much homework as possible to minimize issues. I'm Thankful for both Precious and Peanut...couldn't love them more and can't imagine life without my little girls! Blessed for sure!

Thank you for sharing your experiences with us. You sound like a lovely lady and a very good yorkie Mom. Thank you for your advice on getting a Yorkie. I will follow your advice when I can afford to purchase another Yorkie and will not just be so trusting. Years ago I had adopted four Yorkies and they all arrived healthy and correct size. They lived to old age and were healthy and the joy of our lives. Enjoy Precious and Peanut they are lovely.

I wish I would of read this I think the same was happening to me with a $1000. Deposit I wanted a puppy under 4lb which the puppy she said it would be perfect for me looked larger in photo and she refused to show me a video of him or seeing him in person then she demand full payment of $7000.00 before pick up.

Which I was not comfortable with a $7000.00 misters dog .

I also think the good reviews are being written by Judy Dostal herself. Read them and think about it. She is a dishonest liar! When I was corresponding with Judy during the process of purchasing my puppy I caught her in a lot of lies.

Judy is not writing the replies herself, I happen to have purchased the best dog of my life there and have seen/watched these purchasers/new moms over the years, they exist. Judy does not photoshop, puppies change color and features as they grow up, you cant expect a 3 month old puppy to look like a new born or a 6 month old puppy to look like a 3 month or 1 year dog to look like when it was a puppy and yorkies go through silver/black color changes its all of them. Also any health issues are true to the Breed itself, not her puppies alone. You are either a jealous breeder or you are ignorant uneducated about yorkies.

I totally agree with Teaa .In August 2017 I purchased a Yorkie puppy from Judy Dostal and she was supposed to be 2 1/2 lb. when reaching her adult weight. She arrived six weeks later than promised and was a very big Yorkie Puppy. Her tail was not even docked and when I complained about that Judy added " tail not docked " to her past puppy listing. I paid for a 2 1/2 lb. puppy and she was $$$$$$$$ I had to rehome the puppy because of her large size. Judy is a thief and liar. Now because I spent so much money for this puppy from Judy I will never again afford to buy a tiny Yorkie. My money is gone for nothing but to line Judy Dostal's pockets. Ladies save yourself heartbreak and do not buy from Judy Dostal . Judy is dishonest. I am 74 years old and this is what she did to me. I hope this saves someone else from buying a puppy from her and being cheated out of their money.

ROnnie I apologise for my snarkiness in my first reply to you. But-You never have to re-home a dog because of its weight unless it is over 30 or 40 lbs and some places don't allow bigger dogs. But I've never seen a Yorkie that big. I get that you feel jipped because you paid for a tiny dog and got a small dog instead. But to "not" want the dog because of size..to the point you rehomed her? That says you really don't want a dog that badly. I've had several Yorkies. My last one- the third I have bought- was supposed to be 2.5 lbs grown and because he was 16 oz at 10 weeks old- that is pretty much what all growth charts predicted, He is now a healthy and happy 5.5 lbs and we love every oz of him. But we only paid $1000. SO I have some advice- 1- get a puppy you can afford- and you need to factor in vet visits, teeth cleanings and other expenses you will run into. 2- do your research. Learn how to spot the right ear set, top line, face etc. GO SEE THE PUPPY AT THE BREEDERS! Look at the environment, meet the parents, weight the puppy and compare its weight and age on a chart- but also be aware that some dogs stop growing at 12 week others can keep on going to 18 months BE PREPARED FOR EITHER EVENTUALITY and 3- pick your puppy up in person- even if it means you FLY to get the dog. You can also see if the dew claws are gone or the tail is docked at this point- but be aware that in some countries IE CANADA- they have different laws about cosmetic alterations on puppies from the US and if is your responsibility to know what these are. FInd a vet in the area ( NOT the BREEDERS vet!) and take the puppy to the vet for a checkup before final purchase. Any breeder worth their salt- will be OK with this. And if they are not- move on to one that is. Know what you want, know what it is/looks like when you see it and don't allow a tiny animal to be shipped to you sight unseen- especially for that kind of money. I can recommend ACK breeders of Merit with dozens of show dogs in their line- whose animals are all DNA tested to be free of the shunts, and other common problems common in Yorkies. My second little girl is a 3.5 GORGEOUS baby girl and we got her for 1400 plus the cost of flying in to pick her up. MY vet said she was the most gorgeous Yorkie he'd ever seen and she looks just like her Daddy- a champion! As I said- I don't know Judy, but if she is buying Korean dogs she is reselling unknown entities and most likely supporting puppy farms in Korea. They breed the dogs to be small... and they don't give a damn if they are healthy or not. ANd they also have a terrible reputation for faking paperwork to make sick dogs look healthy and younger dogs seem older( so the weights are misleading) SO BUYER BEWARE! Trust me.. small dogs are so cute, , but when you fall in love with one and then have to suffer through health problems or a shorter lifespan due to bad breeding- you will wish you'd gotten a healthier dog even if it does weigh a lb or 2 more. I would have given ANY amount to have kept my little 3 lb baby Chanel more than the 12 years we had together.

Honestly she was not the size they say, I have a photo of them with their new puppy at the airport you can see how beautiful she is and tiny ! they received her at almost 5 months due to nanny issues but finally out nanny got time to go, I kept her sister and she was the biggest in the litter she is only 31/2 lbs they only assumed she was gong to get bigger. This line does not grow much at all after 5 months. I would do anything to get Princess back ! I loved this dog she was gorgeous ! Sharon E Darsky I want my Princess back please ! please get in touch with us you had no right to give her away.

Its funny how you normally only see negative comments... I have a couple of puppies from Judy and they are perfect...in my eyes anyway.
Even have one that she retired...he is adorable...my Mister Kibble and Bits...
She has always been available to me, very kind, professional and open about her puppies.
Regarding tail docking...B.C. veterinarians ban cosmetic tail docking for dogs, horses...
Regarding papers, most breeders do not give them unless you purchase the puppy for breeding, which in many cases can cost a lot more..
With that being said, I am not a breeder and I have received papers on my puppies after being neutered or spayed...
Like any other living breathing creature you can look at the history of the person or animal and give a very close guess but truly and seriously no one really knows how small or big you will be..
I in the past had 2 puppies from friends of mine that are breeders and lost both...one 4 years after liver shunt surgery and the second to Meningoencephalitis...I truly believe they would never of sold the puppies to me if they had known..both had a clear bill of health when we received them..no one really knows...
But we do know that liver shunts is a disease known to yorkies...along with other small breeds.

When dealing with a breeder and your not sure of this person ask for references.
All upstanding and professional breeders will openly redirect you to them or have them contact you..
If I was asked today about Judy I would not hesitate to recommend her and her puppies and would most certainly purchase from her again without hesitation...

I think the lady is correct . I have caught Judy Dostal in so many lies. The nanny flew with my puppy from Judy Dostal on Aug.28, 2017. That was 6 weeks after puppy was paid for and three promise dates broken. I did not receive the tiny puppy I paid for this dog weighs 2lb 12 oz at 4 months. The worst part is her tail was never docked and her dew claws never removed. When I wrote to Judy for these reasons we had to send her back, she said she would not take her back. When I said she would hear from my lawyer she changed her tune and said I could send her back but could not get my money back but could get a replacement puppy. I won't do that as I know she will have the puppy and keep my money. Then after I complained about the tail she quickly added TAIL NOT DOCKED on her description of the puppy. When I wrote she said I should have asked if the tail was docked. Why would a good breeder not dock the tail! I never seen a Quality or any other Yorkie with a long tail. I cannot even rehome her because of the tail.

Sometimes lap nanny's get delays and can't make the dates we try to plan for with hand delivery this is out of my control, we would love to get your puppies to you as quickly as we can when they are ready.
75% of breeders no longer dock tails so you are wrong. We normally dock our babies tails but she was extremely tiny at birth so we did not want to put her threw this torture for cosmetic reasons. We do not remove due claws, these things should have been asked prior to purchasing our baby. My heart is broken over this how you just get rid of her...your wife said you were happy until she ate her stool then you did not want her anymore. So sad I so hope I can find her and bring her home, I have purchased two dogs now and they have tails...they are beautiful with tails too.

Oh I forgot... vet bills... anyone buying any dog if any size first rule, research breed genetic breed standard health issues... second rule... they all have one kind or another, just like people, so get pet insurance just like you have health insurance. so if you were not smart enough to get health insurance on a dog you paid over $5000 for, then whos fault is your vet bills? again, liver shunts are a breed thing and so are trachea collapse even for full size 7 lbs yorkie and poodles and chihuahuas, going to be even more risk with smaller organs and tissues. so get pet insurance for any dog... and ask vet how to manage the health issues correctly so they dont get the siezures... if your dog is getting siezures, you are not feeding it properly. to say a dog cannot have any protein because of a liver shunt then your vet is an idiot, they cannot have red dark protein or pork because hard to process protein, but white fish white chicken and turkey are all safe proteins to digest with liver shunt, and don't give it anything with toxins like nitrates and msg people # or bad dog food, hypoglycemia same thing, feed it 5 times a day in small amounts, don't expect a picky yorkie at 3 lbs to eat enough to avoid hypoglycemia, that's your fault. would you buy a $5000 diamond ring and not get house insurance to cover it if you lost it but you get a live animal and don't get health insurance then blame judy for vet bills? this site is for idiots to dump with no warrant, no education or research on the breed and no education on how to manage breed health issues and no intelligence to get pet insurance, as for size or color, she is not a liar she estimates best she can and again, they are smaller and more adorable even if they end up slightly larger... as for pounds, that is partly your fault, you feeding it white protein and veges and dog food or pasta and potatoes and ravioli and too many fatty dog treats? since hypoglycemia is a risk with a dog too small you should be excited that your dog gained more weight or came out a little bigger, the less health issues, cant eat your cake and have it too.

Judy was very honest. I followed her posts photos and puppies for 2 years before buying> she allowed me to choose the parents and told me ther is no guarantee of size as with people parents can be small but children can come out like a grand parent or great grand parents up to 5 generations back but she goes by the size at the time they are 12 weeks old for the estimate. again, even then no gurantee... and size is inches not weight. you can have an 8 inch dog at 3 lbs feeding it healthy dog food chicken and veges, or 5 lbs if you feed it fatty food and pasta or too much to often, that is like saying a 5 foot 6 woman should be 130 lbs but then you eat too much and the same 5 fot 6 inch woman is 180 lbs. so its about inches. second, liver shunts and trachea issues are a breed issue as are hip dysplasia to # zus and cancer to golden retrievers. and your vet will tell you the smaller the dog the more chance of these traits. those of you who expect a live animal to be 2.5 lbs with no issues are #ed. even still, her dogs for the most part are healthy. so the breed as a standard has liver shunts, dont fee them red protein or sausage or nitrates or msg and they wont have siezures, feed them white protein meat and veges you don't know how to take care of a liver shunt don't blame her for the siezures... also siezures can be from lack of food or sugar in blood since small tinies at 2 to 4 lbs do not have natural fat reserve they need to eat 4 or 5 small meals a day or they get low blood sugar and the shakes or a seizure called hypoglycemia which is because they are small not because there is a problem, and judy warns everyone about hypoglycemia. people want a micro dog and don't want the care that goes along with it. you want a dog with 2 mm nostrils and 6 inches of body its going to have breathing difficulty or weight issues with hypoglycemia. as for how the dog looks and weighs at photo then doesn't look the same when you get it, well its alive and it grows every week looking different was it supposed to stay 12 weeks old looking at 16 weeks? and did you put a bow and a dress on it when you got it to look the same? yorkies also as a breed change hair color monthly. they go from all black to black and tan to having some steel blue silver color then can go back again to black and tan, and keep changing until 2 years old. they also have short fluffy hair when you get it then it grows long and straight not fluffy. so first, people, know about the breed health traits before you blame her, listen when she tells you about inches not pounds, pay attention to eating healthy and often to avoid hypoglycemia siezures as she even explains on her website and don't be #ed thinking she has esp and can tell how much you are going to feed it if it ends up a pound or two heavier it doesn't mean its bigger in inches... and if it is, then it took after grandma not mom and that's a risk she explains. last, tiny dogs are not durable, their soft spots do not close, they have a hard time breathing through micro organs and nostrils, they can have siezures because of size, you want a small unnatural size dog to have big size organs and no weight concerns like no fat reserve and have a seizure. judys' prices are good for 2 reasons, one: if you pay any less than $5000 then you will not take all of these concerns and care like its a gold mine, and they need that care, feeding often and right proteins, health checks, extra care if they have issues, don't leave them on a couch to fall of, don't let them eat when they want they need to be enticed to make sure they eat. you cant expect a helpless micro creature to act and have normal dog size durability. if you pay less you don't take the care. its to keep animal abusers and people with kids and people who wont treasure these tiny helpless animals away and only those who pay that much money will take care of them. second, if you ever looked at other breeders yorkies, not only are they bigger so you complain about hers and they are smaller, but other breeders either mix breeds and have white in them or all brown and call them purebreads or with long snouts or long backs and huge ears, where judys dogs all are compact and the most adorable bodies and faces and color ever. I have had yorkies my whole life and hers are the most beautiful. my baby I got from judy has a liver shunt, so vet told me to feed her white protein and no crap like lunch meat with nitrates or bad dog food or sausage or bacon or pork or beef, just feed them white fish white chicken white turkey eggs and veges and they are fine. her shunt is a breed thing not judy's fault. she gets hypoglycemia at 2.5 lbs if she misses lunch she can have a seizure, that is because of her size no fat reserve not judys fault. she got spayed and gained half pound now she is 3 lbs because she is in menopause, that's what happens when females get spayed just like we do. her being heavier in pounds does not make her any bigger in inches. she got sick with infection at 3.5 years old, vet put her on predniszone now she is 3.5 lbs because that drug makes you eat like a pig. she wanted a chicken breast 4 times a day even middle of night. so now she is a whole pound heavier than she was. does that mean judy lied or that means my dog is eating and gaining too much weight? size in inches is still the same. after she had anesthetic for liver shunt, then anesthetic for a teeth cleaning, then anesthetic when she got infection, 3 tubes being put down her micro size trachea by techs for surgeries, her trachea collapsed, which is not only anesthestiologist fault but an issue with the breed because they tiny organs are weaker than a big dog. common sense... same with poodles and chihuahuas. so again not judys fault. the smaller the dog, the smaller the organs the weaker the tiny tissues. what do you people expect? use some common sense here, educate yourself, google and talk to your vet. don't just have some preconceived idea in your head then blame judy for everything. enough said. I wouldn't train my dog for the world. liver shunt and all she is the smartest, most passive, obedient, intelligent, easy to train, non barking, energetic dog I have ever had and she is a trained service dog because she is that smart. judy dogs have wonderful passive and intelligent dispositions. you are going risk getting shunts and trachea issues with any yorkie with any breeder because its a breed thing... so you may as well get the most adorable and intelligent ones I have ever seen... and google how their color changes so you don't blame her that changed too.

I'd never recommend anyone to buy one of her over priced puppies. Read the fine print! You don't get papers for pets!

Hi There,
I purchased a puppy from FCS Precious Yorkies and she made false claims about the tea cup size.
My dog is now 5.8 pounds.
Judy charged me $3500 plus flight and transport $500 and said the dog would be 3-4 pounds. And actually told me that it was a teacup. Also I have a screenshot of her post on Facebook on which I saw my puppy to buy him in the first place.
She is ignoring me now and does not want to acknowledge her false advertising by providing me some compensation.
After I posted to her site because she wouldn't respond to me knowing that I was upset, she blocked me from Facebook and finally responded accusing me of harassing her. I have all communication from Day 1. Her service is nasty and rude. She lies and even told me today that I am the only person in her entire 18 years that has ever complained and demanded compensation. She told me I have a foul mouth and that essentially I am not even a good Dog Owner. She has blocked me from posting to her site. I will not give up. She takes advantage of her followers. I don't even believe those pics are real. My puppy didn't look anything like what I saw in the photo. When I asked her to take a pic of him before boarding his flight she gave me a bunch of lies about not being able to take pics because it takes too much time. BTW this was AFTER I paid her and he was being prepped for his flight. I just wanted to be cautious incase something happened on his flight.
Please be aware. I do not recommend dealing with this breeder for any reason. Terrible experience. Thankfully our puppy is a sweet lovable dog but he is def. not what I was told I paid for. By the way, Judy also told me that she bases the prices on size and looks. And now that I told her that it wasn't what I paid for, she insists that they are just estimates and that she is not God. Well, then I asked her why she charges up to $7500 for a puppy and when I told her that that is also just estimating and a lot of money for that she tried to attack me and my character. She is one very nasty, dishonest and manipulative person to me.

Hi Anna,
I totally agree with everything you said. Judy said some of the same things to me. I wish all the lady's that have been cheated by Judy could get a class action suit against her to put a stop to her unethical practices. To me this is fraud!

The only thing I will say is that all of her dogs are not bred by her. I believe her "advertising" is misleading. She does sell dogs from Korea.

I have purchased two Yorkies from Judy in the last 2 1/2 years and they are exactly what I paid for. I have had dogs my entire life. I currently have five. I used to show. I am not stupid nor naive. Sometimes I think the complaints are from competitors. I am currently in the process of buying another Yorkie from Judy. So...just saying!

Thank you very much for standing up for us, their are some people in our world you just can't make happy no matter what you do, everything you do seems wrong when you do your best for someone.
Im not quit sure who you are or what precious pup you have from us but I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kind review. its seems all the negative people and jealous breeder some here to hurt others and make up lies and far fetched stories to make them look bad, I have been breeding yorkies for over 15yrs and my first thing is to give the best customer service and sometimes this just isn't good enough for some.

Penny Froh, you are a stupid and selfish person. First of all - there is NO such things as 'teacup' anything. It's not a term recognized by any legitimate kennel club or respectable breeder on the Earth. People like you support this horrible breeders who are ruining purebred dogs by breeding them to be the size of mice. The breeder is greedy and uneducated as to the Standard of this breed. She is hurting the breed in general. You are an enabler. A stupid person who wants a teeny dog to shove in your purse. I hope she ### in it. Get a life. Find a real breeder. If you want a mouse - by a mouse.

I purchased a micro teacup Yorkie from FC's Precious Yorkies almost 2 months ago, and received her three weeks go. I have emails to back up every thing I am writing in this complaint. I was told the day before I received my female micro Teacup Yorkie that she weighed 1.1 pounds and was 4" long. I paid $6400 for my puppy, and after paying for a ticket from Northern Canada to Chicago, the pet nanny to travel with her, hotel for the pet nanny, and other incidentals, I spent over $10, 000 to get my micro Teacup Yorkie. When the pet nanny arrived and handed me my puppy, I knew she was bigger than 1.1 pounds and 4" long. She was 1.9 pounds and 6" long. I was told she had a short body with short legs. Gia has a long back and long legs. She does have a beautiful face. I looked and looked for a tiny Yorkie, and cared less about the money than the size. I have asked Judy about several options about what to do about this problem. She will not respond. My puppy is healthy and she is very smart. However, I was totally mislead about Gia's size and age. If Judy cares about being an honest business person, she should call me and offer to make her original promises good. If she does not, anyone who reads this should be concerned about buying from this breeder. If you are looking for a micro, tiny, teacup puppy, you might be disappointed. You might not get the correct weights and ages of the puppies. (she told me Gia was one month older than she actually was) If you can't go see the puppy in person, you might be better off buying from someone else. Again, my puppy is healthy and very pretty. However, Judy said Gia would weigh 2-2.5 as an adult. She is not even 5 months old and weighs almost 2 pounds. My guess is she will probably weigh 4-5 pounds as an adult. Yorkies that chart at 4-5 pounds can be purchased for much less than I paid to this breeder. I think Judy is hoping her clients that have been mislead will fall in love with the bigger Yorkie, and won't complain. She knows most of us would feel bad about returning a puppy. But, it does nor change the fact that we were mislead, so buyers beware.

Hi Penny,
I am so sorry this happened to you. Judy Dostal did the same exact thing to me. My puppy arrived the end of August 2017 after three missed promised dates. My puppy cost me about $400.00 less than yours. My puppy was supposed to be 2 1/2 lb. adult weight. When she arrived she was already 2.12 lb. 7" tall and 9" long. I was really upset when I seen her tail was never docked or dew claws removed! This puppy is not the puppy in the picture that I bought. She was a sweet puppy but not what I wanted so I re homed her to a wonderful couple who are giving her the love she deserves and excellent care. They could only pay me $500.00 but the home not the money was most important to me. We are senior citizens on a fixed income so this was a tremendous loss and now will never again have the money for a new Yorkie.

Ronnie-you spent $9500 on a pup and will never have money to buy another new Yorkie- but rehomed the one you bought for only $500? So you would rather have no puppy- than one not exactly what you were looking for physically? That is crazy! And shallow. If you are on a fixed income- you should never have even considered a Yorkie that expensive. You would throw away NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS because the dog weighed a pound or so more than you expected or had a long tail and dew claws? Seriously? No matter what size- you should be willing to love any animal you purchase. God doesn't make mistakes- only people do. ANd it is no mistake that you rehomed this puppy to someone who will love her as she deserves. I don't know Judy- and she may be charging too much for her dogs..but she should also be reprimanded for selling a little furry child to someone who has such a lack of commitment to the puppy being bought. THANK GOD she is in a loving home now.

Please contact me and at least give me this information, I have been emailing you two since Christmas and you just sit back and ignore my messages. How could you ?
Iam devestated to hear that you re homed Princess :( you were a very hard client to deal with right at the start, you always were pointing a fingers at saying I was scamming you and you were not going to get your puppy, I constantly had to prove to you that I as not scaming you and you will get your puppy, My nanny could not deliver your puppy to you when you wanted as she was terribly busy. I tell you it was a night mare hearing you constantly accuse me that everything I told you was a lie, right down to when I said I took Princess to the vet and had her microchip and rabies vaccination you did not believe me so again I Had to prove to you that I was telling you the truth and sent you copies and dates of all health records.
When you recieved your puppy I got a email that you loved her very much and she was beautiful and very smart, played fetch with you, the next day few days later you send me a email the exact opposite of the first one, You did not like her anymore as your husband was so upset and discussed that she ate her stool, after that it was all down hill, the tail then was brought up, yes you did not ask me if her tail was cropped and I should have told you but I did not think that it was a concern as you could see a tail in the photos and now a days not many breeders crop the tail, I 100% know this dog ( Princess) did not get over what I said she would be 21/2 - 3lbs her sister which I kept was the biggest in the litter and she is 31/2lbs this line stops growing at a young age, again you assumed the worst, After you told me you did not want her I was willing to get my nanny to get her and bring her back home to me as I loved this dog ! You emailed me last and said this was done and you were keeping her, I have been emailing you for over 2 months to get her spay confirmation and you will not answer me ! I finally went on google to see if you had left a bad review like you said you were going to and sure enough you did :( this is where iI found out you gave my girl away regardless of any binding contract we had between us, I want Princess back ! what you did was wrong, I will do anything to find her, please please let me know where she is, this is not fair ! I truly loved that dog, I do not know why you are such a cold lady and constantly accuse and assume things that are so untrue.

Judy I did nothing wrong. I paid you $9500.00 and did not get the 2 1/2 lb puppy I paid for. You deceived me. You sent me a puppy that never had her dew claws removed or tail docked and is going to be 3 times the size I paid for. I am not the only one you did this to, there are plenty more victims out there.

Iam very shocked that this complaint is here about this breeder ! We bought two gorgeous tiny little girls from FC's we could not be happier ! we have looked around for a year to find a perfect yorkie when we seen her yorkies we had to take two ! her yorkies are gorgeous ! and very healthy and they all our well looked after better then most people ! you should be ashamed of your self to say terrible things about people you dont know! its funny how other peoples negligence is always pointed towards the breeders of the animals, sorry to say but you are wrong about FC's yorkies

Our baby's are 3 years old in a few days, I would recamend this breeder to anyone looking for that extra special yorkie !
