The company charged me for CC Identity Protector service for 5+ months which is of course thirdh party service and without my prior permission or acknowledgement :(
When I called Express for asking to remove such charges, they said that it's third party company/service who is responsible!
I called that third party company customer service, they were really rude over phone and after half an hour of conversation they said they they can only remove one month charges from my bill? WTF... why?
They also said that I (me) must have agreed over phone for such service? which has/had never happend... when I asked for such evidence or proof that states that I agreed for charges :( :(...
Express clothing is fraud
When I said that it's ok I want to close my credit card right away and would like to clear remaining balance over phone they said that thay will charge 50% more transaction fees over phone? WTF...
I MUST have to visit store or pay online...so I visited NJ Express Store to pay off left over for which I was not responsible of course... Express representative said that they accept only cash no debit card? WTF...again
I had to visit atm and atm charged $5.00 for transcation fees for withdrawal of cash for express payment...
horrible...
I hope that they will not bill me for anything more... I have collected all the evidence of payment that I can...
I will seek help of lawyer if these ###ed ### will continue for any other billls MotherFkers
