on the recommendation friends of mine, I did registered on this dating site www.encount.com. By phone I talked with president this company and a professional matchmaker Natasha Spivack, she was seems very smart and interesting woman. After filling out the questionnaire on the website to activate it, I had to pay $ 95 to my profile and photo to see the men who are interested in a serious relationship and family formation are included in this dating. Natasha had promised to activate the next day after receipt of payment. However, it has not fulfilled its promises, gave me a passport and ID, which did not work, I called her 10 times and each time she said, she sent the e-mail to me on my details, but during the evening, I received a e-mail from her have been posted yet, I gave her a different address but the mail did not get away, but when we corresponded about the payment of its services, all emal come without problems. After much debate, I told her that I wanted to terminate the contract and return my money. I appeal to you - to future clients of this company - do not fidget and do not pay entry fees! She is liar!

I agree with the complainant. I paid $1, 850 for this Washington D.C. Encounters International marriage agency, and for 2 years I haven’t been able to obtain a single dinner with one of their women. The 1st girl Natasha Spivack introduced me to told me she had a boyfriend, the 2nd girl she introduced me to was 5’6 instead of 5’8, which is the height listed in the database, and Natasha called the last girl on a 3-way and said the word irhaabee(terrorist), and then the girl Dana said she is a raafadee(extreme shiites). I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone!
It is an excellent company! It has very professional, knowledgeable staff. It's the place where educated, sincere, and cultured individuals have a real chance of finding romance! I have been a member and can't say how grateful I am to the company president's personal time and care of every of my requests. Their classical music evenings are great and free of charge! In a personal business, like matchmaking, there are always some individuals who claim a problem with the business based on their personal insecurities, or failures to date the person they wanted:))). Again Encounters is the best, classy matchmaking service in the Washington DC area for upscale, marriage oriented individuals and beautiful, educated women. By my experience, it's much better and has more individual, customer oriented approach, than Elite, or other agencies in the area which charge much more for the services which don't meet customers expectations.
