No product sent by DVD Donkey and not able to contact them. The word Donkey should have been a warning. What an a*s. Well done DVD donkey - you won this time.
I purchased my item from DVDDonkey.com approximately 5 weeks ago and still have NOT RECEIVED this item up to this date. The money was taken from my bank account and I have made several communications with this matter and have just been and keep getting fobbed off,lie after lie, I find this a crap customer service and I am now getting EXTREMELY ANNOYED at this standard of SERVICE. Complete SCAM and my advice is not to buy from this company!
This site is a rip off site i did receive dvd`s i order after many complaints on my part . However , the dvd`s are of terrible quality if they play only one played . The one`s that play are copy`s off t.v. by tape transferred to dvd they are terrible . Beware of this site the only way to get any thing out of them is there web site IM its on the right side of page u have to look very close to see it , i had to cancel my card ......
They have'nt won yet im taking this to court, if i succeed i shall post details of how to claim back your monies from dvd donke, and if u succeed dont for get to sue them for emotional distress, phone calls, other charge's (internet) etc .and most of all the heartache they have caused you.
