Butlers Bingo review: None payment of winnings even though I won fair and square. Please read it. 1

Hello I sincerely hope you can help me this situation is making me really
ill. I have been a member of Butlers bingo for quite a few years. They have
a very poor payout history but none the less they belong to the Broadway
Gaming Ltd. Company. A few weeks ago after not winning for years I won £50.
Just before this happened I wrote in to complain about a free spins
promotion they did. It was advertised as a 100 free spins. What they
neglected to mention even though I wrote in and asked how much was per spin
worth was it was 1p x 9 lines which is appalling. No reply so I went for
the promotion then found out it was 9 pence bet per spin. Rather poor
compared to other sites. I wasn't unpleasant I just mentioned it was bad
practice as was taking points off you. They have a system where you collect
points for every ten pound you wager. I would get to say 489 and
mysteriously a few weeks later it would be 456? I asked about this and
again no reply to that question. Then I received a rather nasty email off a
member of staff who said basically if you don't like it don't bother coming
back. I complained about this to the fictional Astrid (she doesn't exist
it's another con) and I sent four emails before I heard off Ciaran and she
put some free spins in my account for me as a way of an apology. (Still
minimum bet). We were okay and I even apologised for being grumpy. Ciaran
also agreed that the member of staff was out of order.
Then I won the fifty pounds. I waited for days so wrote to them and said
how come you're taking so long over my withdrawal. The same member of staff
who obviously has it in for me put my winnings back into my account and
said they wouldn't accept my ID anymore.
I need to explain about my personal circumstances. I am very ill at the
moment, with COPD and was diagnosed with severe depression after losing my
sister, brother, nephew to suicide, a good friend and so on. I was
diagnosed as a Diabetic 1 and I can't work at present due to sciatica I've
been to 13 funerals in 8 years. I then lost my mum at Christmas. So my
depression which was getting better made me plummet down there again. My
documents or some of them had been at my mums. When my mums stuff was
thrown out and sorted out my documents got shredded along with hers. I
didn't mention this to Butlers bingo until recently (12th email) as I
didn't want it to look like I was playing on sympathy to get my little
withdrawal.
I sent in my ID. I received an email to say it wasn't any good. I've told
them I'm ill but I can't get out and about and I have mostly paperless
bills on purpose. I sent PDF copy of my stuff and they said no online
statements. What I ask you is the difference to me printing out my
statements and then scanning them in to me sending PDF copies (which you
can't alter or edit). I knew then they were deliberately trying to avoid
paying me. By the way they had paid me in the past.
So this is just being stubborn. I wrote at least ten times then I received
an email saying that the ID I'd sent in wasn't attached even though they'd
said a day before that it wasn't adequate? They are guilty of some
horrible business practices and are mean. I did some research on line and
there were lots of complaints saying that they'll do anything to avoid
paying a customer. That is only my opinion and the opinion of others online
but it appears to be true. I kept threatening them with going to you.
Nothing. I tried to find their CEO for the Broadway gaming group on linked
in and other sites but they appear to be invisible and no one will say who
owns them. Which in itself is not very good. I've sent email after email
asking these questions.
Why won't you pay me now even though you paid me last time I won in
2014? you said then that my ID wasn't adequate but still paid me.
It's a known fact that it's up to the company's discretion so why do
you refuse to pay me?
All other bingo sites within and under the umbrella of the Broadway
gaming ltd. company have paid me and accepted the same ID I sent
Butlers.
Why did you lie about saying it wasn't adequate then the next email
tell me that the attachments were empty.
Why is it okay to use a debit card and bank statement and PDF bills
on other sites if you don't have photo ID?
Why do you need photo ID? What difference does it make if you have
all the other documents
Why did you ask me to send my documents which is my whole identity to
a bogus email address that doesn't exist? ( I CAN PROVE ALL THESE as
I have kept the few emails they did respond to.)
Why did you ignore every question I asked i.e. what do you do if you
no longer have photo ID?
If it's under £200 why do you need ID when all the other sites have
paid me, when it's up to your discretion and why you paid me in the
past.
Is this down to the member of staff who got nasty with me? Are they
alone answering my emails and have they banned me from talking to a
manager, and is it a phishing scam asking me to send my details to a
similar but none existent email. That's how they do it isn't it? Give
you an email address that looks similar
I wrote to the Malta Gambling authority who told me to go to you the UK
gambling commission as the company is owned in the UK not Malta. I have
tried contacting them on Linked in, as I already said. I have severe
depression and this situation has put me under so much stress. I could give
it up but Butlers have had so much money from me and given so little back.
They have some very dodgy business practices and I hope the likes of REHAB
bingo whom I play aren't dragged down when they are exposed as being guilty
of bad business practices. I told them I'd tell everyone on FB Twitter and
Trust Pilot about what they are doing. I've had one email back still with
NONE of my queries answered. It states that I have to get a new photo ID
which will cost more than my withdrawal to replace. I only had a learners
license to start with. Every other Casino and Bingo in the world has
accepted my ID. This is a blatant way to keep money when you win fair and
square. They really think they are untouchable and what worries me is why
they're not in the slightest bit bothered when I have threatened with going
to you.
Please help. I've tried to be to the point but I had to put all this down
as it's all the truth. I have every email I've sent and received from them.
They have contradicted themselves, told blatant lies and still no one will
reply. I'm disabled and have also been asked to go on Watchdog in August
over a similar situation with another rogue trader. Again I've told them
this and they just ignore me. I have been thinking of getting in touch with
one of the charities who help me with advice etc. since I've been diagnosed
with my illnesses. To speak on my behalf. They really think they are
untouchable. Surely any good business would just pay me. So I can't help
but wonder if it's not a spite thing over an email I sent.
I really need you to help me so I hope you do.

Disgusting practice. I am going to make enquiries as to how we can get Butlers bingo and other such dishonest sites banned. I am waiting to be paid out. I have had to send my documents even though they did not request them the first time and this 'Selfie' they request is too stupid to be true. I have posted on trust but I am just getting going. The staff are very rude and unhelpful. I cannot believe in this day and age they are allowed to practise. I am just getting started. Face book is a brilliant way to bring attention to bad sites. Lets all get it out there, lets get to the bottom of who is issuing the licence's and get them banned. Below is my post from Trust Pilot...Lets do it...pay back time.

Absoloutely awful dont expect to get your money you win they use endless excuses! Ask for ID send ID then ask for a selfie of you holding your ID? Send all that they say expect a response within 48 hours dont get a response they say running behind wait another 48 hours! You try to talk to them olver like chat but the minute you have a problem the chat host ends the chat! When they decline your withdrawal they put some in your bonus funds which is not withdrawalable ask over live chat about it they say email support then the whole process start again! Its a complete joke i have my screen shots of the live chat hosts ending the chats and they have been forwarded to the revelent ombudsman.
