i am getting problem in opening the websites {bbservice.bsnl.in and www.data.bsnl.in} so, please help me from this problem and improve your service.
the web site bbservice.bsnl.in is difficult to access many times.rarely you get access the first time you try.you get the message that the maintenance work going on.updation work going on.why dont they complete all the work update and then open the site in an easily accessible way for the customers? it seems the problem will never cease.any no of complaints to no avail.

we are aunable to check our account detalils daily. It is went off very often. kindly rectify our problems.

I am also experiencing the problem many a times. BSNL have to improve their service. Otherwise the customers will switch over to some other service providers as now there is no monopoly.
Really BSNL Does not provide good service.
Not only bbservice.bsnl.in . Its online payment site has the same type of problem. the Bill is not showing.
There is no online transaction option.
BSNL PROVIDES A STUPID SERVICE. AND IT'S REAL.
there is a problem in opening websites "http://bbservice.bsnl.in"" and dataone.in for atleast half of month... This is so disgusting and embarssing situation for almost all the users of BSNL... Kindly improve your services or be prepared for some quitters
iam unable to see my usage records as the website www.databsnl.in doesn't open there iam using the net more than the limit of 1gb hence i request u to solve the problem as soon as possible
