Received my first lot of Hydrotone and belleplex may17, 2011. It came with a heafty customs bill after being told I ONLY had to make a small payment of 3.88; I called and immediately cancelled products and returned them promptly. Sincce they have continues to bill my credit card and refuse to stop they will stop and my credit card company allows these charges every month (capital one) knowing my frustration. This FREE sample has turned into a 600.00 expedition without ever trying either product someone stop these people. They won't speak to me they are in dispute with capital one and capital one says they have proof and cannot provide it to me ... ? I am beside myself and no one will help ... who do I talk to now?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I also brought this belleplex product. Billed $2.75 twice. Cancelled, and told they'd go halves in final payment and they still charged me another $99 twice plus the $102 twice. they scam $ BEWARE
Thank you soooo much for your posting! I have considered ordering the sample so many times and was afraid that they were crooks and would do something like this to me if I did! Hopefully your posting will prevent more of us from getting burned by this crooked company; and I truly hope you are successful with stopping them and being credited back all of these unlawful, unauthorized charges to you!
