Upon opening the package, I noticed that the 'leather' was thinner than I originally anticipated, had an unusual smell, and felt more like plastic than genuine leather. Disappointed with my purchase, I immediately started the return process, which included paying $18 for the return shipping.

The refund process took a considerable amount of time, and I only received my money back after calling the company and asking about the status of my refund. The entire experience was frustrating and inconvenient for me.

Instead, I would highly recommend purchasing a product from a more reputable company, such as Dooney & Bourke's website, which offers luxurious and high-quality leather bags at a similar price point. I cannot recommend MDBM or their products to anyone else based on my recent experiences with them.

After waiting for a month, I finally received my purse, but to my dismay, I found that the packaging was subpar and the quality of the purse fell way below my expectations.
