I ordered tap and some bathroom accessories from the company www.aquabliss.co.uk. I got info, receipt and the delivery was on time, but the ordered was damaged. I immediately contacted the seller and asked if they could change it or provide refund, but they refused and stopped to reply to my other messages. Total scam, so don’t buy from them and post comments about your experience with this company.

Honestly, please pay attention to this review and DO NOT buy from Aquabliss. I have never, in all my life, felt that a company were so incompetent. I paid for next day delivery for a toilet. When the toilet came, it was the wrong one. Customer service were shockingly useless, contradicted themselves and LIED and one woman I spoke to - Susanna was rude! We were told each day for a week that it would be here the next day. Unbelievably enough, another WRONG toilet arrived. It had got to waiting for FIVE WEEKS before I finally get told the one that I ordered is unlikely to ever come!?HOW CAN A COMPANY BE THIS INCOMPETENT !? I have wasted so much time and frustration on ringing them and being told that it would arrive the next day, or two days etc.
Susanna, on telling me that it would come the following week, and my response being I’ve been told this so many times, responded by actually having the nerve to say she could do what her other colleagues have done and say it will be here the next day?! Don't waste your time or your money on them. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION! Another thing that should be taken into account, is that in my first week of waiting for this toilet I had a baby. I have broken down in tears over the frustration of this toilet. I needed a working toilet downstairs and, even knowing that I had recently had a baby and the situation, still they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help. The WORST company I have ever bought something from.
It is only when I contacted trading standards and explained back to AQUABLISS that they are in breach of their contract, did someone actually bother telling me I'm unlikely to get the toilet I ordered.

Pity you can't give negative stars because that is what I would have given this company. Ordered a shower tray and waste on a Friday 13 July for £150.95 and paid additional £40 for next day delivery and was assured I would get it on the Monday. Then my plumber said I actually didn't need this tray after all as my previous purchase (from another company) would work so first thing on Monday morning I called to cancel the order. I was told that because it was already with the courier they wouldn't be able to cancel it I should just refuse delivery and when they got it back I would be refunded the £150 I paid for the tray but would lose the delivery cost. Well the tray never arrived on the Monday at all. The waste for the tray arrived on the Tuesday and I refused delivery and then the actual tray arrived on the Wednesday and I refused delivery. I then called and email re my refund and was told they hadn't had confirmation that the manufacturer had received it back. Weeks later after numerous calls with various people at the company, being told every time I called that it was "being done that day if not already", once being told it had been done via Paypal but they couldn't log in to give me a transaction ref number (all lies) - I finally got a refund on 28 Aug of £65! When I phoned to complain I was told there was a 25% deduction for a restocking charge and a £40 deduction for return delivery - none of which I was advised about - customer service said it was in their T&Cs but I placed my order over the phone and the confirmation email did not even contain any T&Cs. After my complaint today I was told I would email the managing director and see "what he could do". Why should I even have to do that - what ever happened to my statutory 14 day cooling off period? Not to mention that I have now in effect paid £80 for next day delivery which I did not get! I was stupid enough not to read the reviews on this co before I used them. Please don't be as stupid. I'm surprised they're still in business but then when they steal so much from their customers to cover their lost sales I shouldn't really be surprised at all. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

I ordered £350+ worth of bathroom products. When they arrived they were not right so we telephoned and asked if we could return them. We were told we had to organise and pay for the return. Courier cost us £120 and apparently products were smashed when arrived. No proof. No refund. Our of pocket by £470! To say I am angry is an understatement

Appalling customer service, would definitely not use again. So unhelpful the company is a disgrace!

SAME disappointment! Worst Customer service ever! they don't care about anything. even though the advertise 10 years warranty they are just having a laugh they you report a problem!

More of the same - just wish I'd read some reviews before I went near them! They delivered a cracked shower tray and, as with the earlier reviewer, refused to refund it as they said we hadn't checked it within a reasonable time. It was left, wrapped, until the bathroom fitter was ready to fit it and he discovered the crack as soon as he unwrapped it. We are left £120 out of pocket and with a cracked shower tray we have to dispose of. I have tried to speak to them about it and they are just rude. Please, please don't anyone go near them.

After them messing up a collection/deliver address to swap over an item they A) wanted £106 delivery THEN wanted another £104 because they shipped it to the wrong depot.

Their 'contracted' delivery company is a mess, they can't be relied upon and will fail to deliver at the time specified - if at all. The whole experience left me with a bitter taste in my mouth and hopefully a few people will read this and save themselves the agony.

You get what you pay for in this case - cowboys.

Never never never purchase anything from this company! they are liar, they would send you the wrong item and persuade you this is what you ordered, with picture evidence that where not even on their website! crooks! ...Even the worst of the company has better customer service than aquabliss! avoid this company!

Aquabliss was a massive disappointment, even though I received my bathroom units after 6+ weeks. My order didn't arrive, so I called. It turned out that the courier had dropped the palette. I was then told they where out of stock and it would take a couple of weeks. To keep it short, after 40+ phone calls and nearly 5 weeks later 2 further delivery took place but also damaged. I finally went to the depo and picked it up myself. I have the unit fitted now but with all the stress, delays and complaint from the plumber, I wish I never ordered from them. I made a formal complaint but they didn't care. The customer service team are terrible in giving you information and I feel that every call I made, they where just buying time for the delay.

DO NOT USE THEM!

I totally agree with the previous review. Aquabliss are a scam;

They sell damaged goods and then refuse to refund you. They
sent us a cracked shower tray and despite sending them all the photographic evidence they asked for, they still refused to refund us. The shower tray was delivered on a Thursday and it was reported to them (in a reasonable amount of time) as damaged when the packing was removed on the Monday. The crack wasn't visible until the packaging was removed.
A complete rip-off. Their reason for not refunding me was that we didn't tell them about the damage within a reasonable time. It was delivered on a Thursday and they were informed the following Monday morning. Is that not within a reasonable time?

We have no customers outside the UK and Europe, this user is in the United States. We need proof of purchase, please remove the review until this is verified as a genuine customer.
