Had purchased some accessories for xbox with a tempting price. After five days I received the track # but it was not in the system. I thought it's normal but after a week it was still like that. The track number was FAKE!
I disputed, both with their website and Paypal, but it's almost one month that my capital is locked by them. I can't even call them, very poor customer service. They don't even have a calling system! I sent several emails and messages to them about my case but all with no respond.
I just hope paypal could get my money back, but it takes a loong time! I used to deal with aliexpress and alibaba but I won't do that in future at all.

Unfortunately, i bought a lot from there at christmas time, things that i thought i could not usually afford to buy for my children, some of it i didn't receive at all, and some of it, like a google android tablet that arrived with a broken screen, they will not accept back, though it has stayed with the courier, because i open everything before i sign for it. ripped off, they will not refund my money, they do not want to know. do not trust them.
I purchased bunch of items from a reseller ( Shenzhen Kaweier Technology Co., Ltd), and things have been fine till I received the order, but then it turned out to be a terrible experience. Basically, one of the items was clearly broken... I sent an email to the reseller with a picture of the broken item and was told to fix it myself and offered a $5 dolar refund (items was $40). I told them that I can't get it fixed (living in a small town), and so they asked me to send it back to China for repair and that I should pay for the shipment. And, the issues started from here on:
1. I am not a pro English speaker myself, but at least I can explain my self. The customer reps there cannot speak reasonable English. I mean, you get messages like: "Why this product is $40, also let us refund the freight, we in the mail, is free shipping to you by mail in the past. Now let us refund the freight to you again. Why is that?"
2. Aliexpress.com complaint center is terrible, just simply terrible. I opened a complaint, uploading all the pictures I have and explained the situtation, and kept receiving messages like "no evidence" provided, and some random emails like "your payment is being processed", "confirm your deliver", etc.
3. About 2-3 weeks later, I got an email from aliexpress saying that the complaint is rejected and money was transferred to the reseller due to insufficient evidence (again, I uploaded pictures / explained the thing twice on the site, it is still there)
4. There is no place to contact on aliexpress. Check their site, there are some stupid / insufficient automated systems, but nothing that you can contact an actual customer rep.
At the end, I ended up throwing $40 away.
In summary, just stay away from AliExpress. You think you can save a few dollars, but you end up wasting a lot more!
They are scam. most of the products in their webpage is not viewed with the actual price but lower, just to fool you to order the product an there is no way to cancel the order once you learn the real price and all the exact info. My opinion do not order anything from them, unless you want to give some donation to them poor Chinese people.
I bought the stuff from the website www.aliexpress.com/store. After I paid my bill, I received the tracking number, which turned out to be fault. This company has some nice products, but you're taking your chances on getting the right order and trying to return it. If you don't mind loosing the money, go for it. Their phones have been disconnected and they do not have any service after the purchase. I have tried emails, their contact information and every avenue to try and return my purchase for a refund, and it is like they fell off the face of the earth. About a year ago I ordered some bathroom faucets, they were beautiful. I ordered from them again, however this time they sent the wrong item and since they are no where to be found, I now have a $200 item I can't use and will not be able to regain my loss if I tried to resell it. Too bad, they had potential.
Never order anything even if it's a few dollars less than Ebay, as they are crooks. I bought 1 android tablet on June 27 and have not received it yet and the seller does not answer my email so I bought another one on Ebay last week and it is arrived in Canada this morning. I lost 107.00$ with Aliexpress and will never buy anything again as they do not accept Paypal anymore and never credit anything and their ESCOW customer protection only protects their sellers.

Aliexpress taking parts for sellers. You can not file a claim when you discover that you have been scammed. You can only file a claim if you do not receive the item. I have been scammed by Aliexpress. I have bought many electronics and ALL of them become
broken after a few times use. My suggestion DO NOT buy electronics from Aliexpress. They look cheap but they do not work. And warranty is a joke.

i paid to Alipay Singapore E-commerce with account number :[protected] on monday 20TH MAY, 2017 via bank transfer from Nigeria. i could not receive any information that money has been received, i tried to login in as member but is blocked ! what is happening ? is it not safe to pay by aliaexpress? Buyer beware! I've been defrauded by numerous gem merchants who would advertise "natural" EGL/GIA certified gemstones. They charge a pretty penny too. In order to defraud both aliexpress and the buyer, these vendors would provide a tracking number to make it appear that something was sent.
I have never received what I ordered. Instead, I would receive bits of worthless GLASS or metal. Getting a refund is a nightmare!

I did meet aliexpress on internet maybe two years ago and was closely following its behavior for a while before making a trade with them since I have always heard about the risk of making business with China. After I see they qualify their merchants with certifications, they have a feedback content and they launched their scrow system, I thought wow! this place has became a safe and wonderful tool for retail so, I made my first order from a merchant who appeared to be a certified gold member with more than a hundred trades, 95% positive feedback, all perfect to fit my needs.
I bought a case of Kingston flash drives for retail. After I received them everything looked perfect and I tried one but not all, as I got them for retail and needed them in their original package. Since everything looked fine, I release the payment but for my surprise, after I have sold 5, I had 3 devolutions. The problem with those flash drives is that beside are defective product, they format them to make them appear as they were high capacity when the true is that just have less than 1gb so, when you intend to use all the fake capacity, the flash drive get blocked and you can not access your information once again.
At that time and following the aliexpress advice, I contacted the seller just to received an email with an apologize. Then I sent more than four emails without response so, I told them I will start a Paypal dispute. The day after, the merchant disappeared from aliexpress webpage and nobody respond for my money. Paypal said I had to complain with my credit card, my credit card made me send the merchandise back to china, gave me a temporary refund while they investigate, after 2 months the money was debited from my account again because alibaba declined to make a refund and I even lost the shipping and a fee I had to pay my credit card for a foreign transaction. jajaja! thanks God I learned a lesson and it could be expensiver.

All are advise to stop buying from AliExpress. The customer Agent really suck. They are all mindless. It obviously shop the seller not serious sending goods yet ask me to wait till 11days then only cancel. Time wasted and now wait another 10-20days for refund. I have dealt with AliExpress for years now, while living in SE Asia. I have found that roughly 60% of all goods are either fake, faulty, misrepresented (lied about), or don't show up. The items that do show up or work, work poorly. I do not recall a single purchase in which a single item worked 100% as expected. I have been forced to file numerous (7-9) disputes with upper management. In all cases I was eventually refunded, but in most cases it took many months to actually get the funds back into my bank. The sellers will lie and produce fake documentation, which then must be disproven and it all takes time and energy. They are hoping to frustrate you to the point of going away. I am currently fighting a case in which a case of sticker-tattoos simply never showed up. After 2.5 months, the seller refuses to refund, although tracking shows the order as lost. Aliexpress will step in shortly, though it will still take about two more months to get the refund. That's it for me. I live surrounded by Chinese here. They are the worst people on earth. They are even worse than the Russians. I will be deleting my Aliexpress account once my refund is in my account. There is something truly wrong with these people. No other people on this earth act like this. It's as if every single one of them was raised by wolves, and have never been exposed to the real, outside world. They have no idea how to conduct normal business, or how to act. STAY AWAY!
Aliexpress sucks big time. I ordred an item. Then, the seller told me "item is sold out", please cancel order with reason "other reason. When I cancelled, I selected "item out of stock". The seller refused to cancel the order. I did the same again. He refused again. I contacted Aliexpress support to draw their attention on the business practices of this seller and to ask them if they could force him to cancel with the actual reason "item out of stock". They advised me to select "other reason" just to satisfy the seller. That's ridiculous.

To return the item, shipment cost is 40 USD it is higher than the price of the item. Furthermore the seller has deleted the item homepage. It seems no warranty, no buyer protection. You are left under your own responsibility. The untrusted buyer go frie and the seller has no rights.
Ali Express is a con. Firstly, Ali Express hold the money in a seperate account until you have marked the item received and you are happy with the product. So even if the buyer disappears before you confirm receipt, Ali still has your money. They're nothing but a rip off. If you are happy to spin a wheel and get lucky in that you receive what you pay for and are happy with the product then go ahead. I would suggest you contact Ali-Express customer service (I use the term very loosely). When you open Eva (Customer help tab) type in "I want to speak to a human" and then follow the instructions. You will eventually get to speak to a human. Do not let them put you off by telling you they will escalate it. This means nothing. Just keep re-typing "I want my money back" I have been conned & cheated. They will eventually cut you off. Re contact and do the same again. Eventually they will give in and refund you.

Once again, Aliexpress also proved to me that never to do business with Chinese retailers. While initially the price is attracting, the get what you paid for ...or not even.
I purchased recessed lights from a retailer- items arrived about 1 month after purchase -which is not only an eternal time for shopping, but also protects the seller for a negative review- as you cannot submit review after 30 days of your actual transaction. Items arrived, one of the light failed working after a week. I contacted the seller, who ended up jerking me around with back and forth emails wasting my time...instead of admitting that the item was cheaply made, substandard in quality and offer a replacement. I only spent 45$, and we are talking about a 10$ worth of replacement.
Decided to repurchase the same light from another seller... few days later i get a notification that my pucrahse was shipped. Then a month later -still waiting on the item to arrive-I get a another notification that my shipment was canceled. No explanation or refund.
Maybe this is how they do business in China, but this poor ethic wont last in the western world.

Do not buy through aliexpress, their so called 'buyers protection' is a load of crap. they get the money and then it's your problem. even with proof of payment, orders, everything possible, following their processes, still no product and no response... because they decided the item was received, even if there is proof that it never even arrived in the country it was ordered from. unable to open dispute, but there is proof that I did communicate that item was not received. twice posted complaint on live chat, was twice promised it will be resolved, still months later no reply.

... If only I had came over here first to check out this business. Unfortunately, I was scammed by a particular seller: hai rong zhang from "alibaba", a business that was totally new to me recently as I was looking to get a fair deal on flashdrives. Hai rong zhang sold me 2 deceptively defective kingston datatraveler 32gb usb flashdrives priced at $24.00 each last september. I should've followed my 1st mind to not go through with the transaction after receiving vague responses to very direct questions regarding the above's "policies" (Which weren't listed on the site suspiciously). Got the products, tested them safely, was highly disappointed to find them to be duds, emailed hai rong zhang expediently to state the problem and get return instructions, was given major runaround by both this seller and so-called customer service as I am right now, being that it's the new year!*-$#@?//*@%# was another waste of money and time in shipping back the duds and found it suspicious as "they" were pressuring me to send back the duds that I was wanting to throw them at 'em at that point. They were very slow in responding to my emails and when they finally did, they acted as if they were from another planet... Listen... The whole thing was a very undesirable experience. Mind you i've had some excellent shopping experiences online and there's some great sellers and products waiting for our business... And of course there's predators waiting to rip us off both in high and low places. I'm not saying that "alibaba" is a bad business 'cause that wouldn't be fair to those merchants that do practice honestly, but do be careful of who you deal with personally, especially abroad. This company fraudulently claims to protect buyers from scams with their "escrow" service - advertises services that are supposed to hold payments until the goods received are confirmed in good condition - and allows scammers and other dishonest suppliers to sell products on their aliexpress.com website. Purchased and item - it was received damaged, sent it back registered mail - now they are saying that the item is lost and they cannot refund my money. Money was only to be released tot he supplier once I confirmed delivery of the goods in satisfactory condition - which I never did. They have a "file a claim" division - which did basically nothing to investigate the issue, and quickly sided with they supplier - stating that they never received the goods back. Registered mail shows 3 attempts to deliver. Return package is now lost - and they are doing nothing to help. They have basically told me that I am out of luck. Stay away from aliexpress.com

Hello! In May, I bought a pair of ankle boots on AliExpress from the comemore001 store, for which I paid $25.80. The package didn't reach me even today, although other ordered packages arrived, and for those that didn't arrive, I canceled the refund! The AliExpress team rejected all my disputes and closed my call on the grounds that I did not send evidence! I sent evidence from the post office in Romania and it was also specified in the delivery process that the package did not reach me because the address is wrong, which is not true because many other packages arrived at this address. The seller refuses to refund my money even though I insisted countless times. I assume that he specifically did this scam and sent the item in such a way that it wouldn't reach me, it's possible that the package didn't even include the product and he will also receive a refund with the CN08 form. If the company is not complicit with this dishonest seller, please take measures against him and refund my money. Thank you!

And now I also was scammed, ordered an item, after a time, and without me receiving the item, status was changed to 'receipt confirmed', so I can't even log a dispute to claim the money. No one helping, even went onto the live chat, was promised an answer, no response to date. So basically I lost the money, as there is no recourse.

In the begin of September i made my first purchase on aliexpress, i enter for curiousity and I found what i was looking for a very reasonable price and shipping costs free.. Let's try i told my self.
