I gotta say, I was pretty excited to order my new glasses from Goggles4u. I mean, who doesn't love a good deal, right? So, I placed my order on January 3rd, 2021 and paid an extra $15 for "1 hour processing". I was feeling pretty good about my purchase, until I received my order today, February 11th.

Let me tell you, I was not happy with what I saw. The lenses were yellow with a blue tint, which was not what I had ordered. I specifically requested clear lenses with no extra coatings. So, I decided to contact the customer service chat to see if they could help me out.

At first, the representative told me that I had actually ordered the Blue light blocking lenses, which I knew was not true. Then, they told me that there was a "glitch" in the website and that they would replace the glasses for me. Okay, fair enough. But, here's where things really went downhill.

Turns out, they no longer had the frame that I had originally ordered in stock. And, because of the "glitch" in the website, I wasn't charged enough for my glasses. So, in order to process an exchange, I would have to pay an additional $51.90 US. Are you kidding me?

I gotta say, this is a pretty terrible way to do business, Goggles4u. I mean, how are you supposed to win loyal customers and increase your customer base when you're pulling stunts like this? It's just not right.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Goggles4u. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and I certainly won't be ordering from them again.

The first one was a pair of prescription sunglasses with standard polarised thickness lenses, and the second one was glasses with protection from blue light and supposedly the thinnest lens. Oh, and don't even get me started on their free lenses. Sure, they have great anti-reflective properties, but they use these cheap Apsheric shaped lenses that give you headaches. I'd recommend finding a shop that gives you more comfortable Spherical lenses.

And if you ever want to get tinting, forget about it. You can't get anti-reflective coating on the lenses, so they end up with so much glare that they're impossible to use.

So, yeah. Be careful with these guys. It's like playing a game of chance every time you order from them.

Goggles4u used to be a great company, but now it's just a mess. I ordered two pairs of glasses on 8/20/20 and it took FOREVER to get them. They used to be faster, but now they're just slow. The glasses are made in Pakistan and shipped to California, then to you. It's a long process, especially if you need prescription eyewear ASAP.

When I finally got my glasses, one of them had scratches on the lens and was blurry. It wasn't even my prescription! I contacted customer service and got Zendesk, which is a middleman that knows less about the company than you do. I might be able to fix it with an eyeglass kit, but why should I have to?

However, the customer support representative assured me that they would make the glasses correctly this time and put a priority note on my order so that I would receive it in only 10 to 12 working days. They also offered the option to choose a different frame.

They assured me that they had notified production and that the process should start immediately. However, my RX had never been changed, so there was nothing to update.

To make matters worse, the glasses were manufactured in an Asian country, so even if they shipped them immediately, it would still take another two weeks to receive them. This meant that it would take a month to receive my order from the order date, which was the exact situation I wanted to avoid. I requested a refund and to cancel my order, but they asked for my patience and assured me that the glasses would be shipped shortly. However, I had already spent nearly two months on this, and they were shipping from a foreign country, which would take at least a week or two to get here. According to recent reviews, it may take another month.

The most frustrating part about this whole situation is that even if they cancel my order and give me a refund, I still do not have my new prescription glasses. It will take another two to three weeks to get a new pair of glasses from a different seller. Goggles4u wasted two months of my time for nothing, and the time is not recoverable.

I've been a customer since 2014. I've ordered approx 20 different pairs of glasses with small changes to my prescription over the years. I proudly refer friends to try them out. The prescriptions have been spot on. I have them checked by my optometrist. He now refers clients of his that are uninsured to buy through this site. My current glasses have been my favorite and still look great after 4 years. Shipping can be a little slow but they recently added a rush feature.

I ordered my glasses 10/04 I've never received a tracking number just keep being told it's stuck in shipment and that it's technically not late. When indeed it's been over 21 days since I ordered these glasses. Hello i am on my 3rd pair of glasses and overall except that i am buying very inexpensive glasses so i understand some quality level problems and delivery delays, but a offered discount is not the answer for frames that break in a 4 month period with a customer that has given the benefit of doubt and excepted the lack of quality again and a again , i hate doing reviews but it has reached a point of this company is showing the lack of care for its clients even the ones that have given them more than 1 chance

Ordered a pair of glasses, received them and thought I was done. Went to local eye doctor for new exam to re-order next pair from Goggles 4U. They did eye exam and checked my glasses for focal points. My Goggles 4U were so far off true prescription the doctor was concerned. Luckily I didn't use the glasses much because they didn't feel right. I have purchased correct pair from local firm and will never order from Goggles 4U again. Goggles 4U can and will ship whatever they want. If you get a pair of glasses from them and they're ok, lucky you. These offshore companies are third world crud.

Make up order and of course it's late! 10-12 Days priority shipping and tomorrow will be business day (working day) 13. This is a makeup order for my first order that was messed up. I will steer clear of this company from now on and suggest others do also. First order was a shame on them and 2nd time was shame on me for thinking they would make this right.. Goggles4 staff: dont bother with a response of how you will take care of the issue because this is just said to make you look good. I never heard a word last time until I contacted you and even than I had to fight to get things "corrected"!

I placed two orders and in general am reasonably happy with the company. Glasses quality is good enough for me (I only wear glasses when driving). The first order came in 2 weeks: very fast for something that is manufactured in China. The second order got lost in transit from China; 4 weeks after placing the order I contacted their customer care and they reimbursed my shipping fee and processed the free replacement. Then the original shipment somehow showed up in the system; in the result, I received double quantity. I would order from them again. It's a good company striving to do good to their customers.

I had ordered glasses to wear at work .I had barely used these glasses and the lenses are having hazing on it as though the protective layer is delaminating. I emailed them and they said that there is only a 15 days warranty from Day of invoice even though I did not get the product for more than 15 days as it were outsourced. I feel nobody should be fooled by there 50% discount as they have a poor outsourced quality .Irrespective of a manufacturing defect they were unable to have a courtesy to rectify it.The glasses which I ordered from the Eye Dr comes with 1 year replacement warranty for a period of 1 year.

i think these glasses are great. using discount codes that goggles4u offers, glasses are so affordable that i now own 4 pairs, and my wife owns 2 so far, and will be purchasing more. goggles4u allows my wife to have different pairs for different fashion statements. yes, the production/shipping time is long, as explained on the website. yes, the glasses are made overseas, which is why they are affordable. are these glasses as durable as the $700 pair that i used to wear? i doubt it, and don't care. thank you goggles4u for providing a consumer friendly alternative to the rip-off glasses at our local brick and mortar stores.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY *** I went online to the chat function numerous time to inquire about the status of my order from WEEKS ago. I NEVER received my glasses. Every single time, I'm told they are in processing and I'll get an email when they ship. Then I get an automated email asking me to review my glasses. How can I when I've never received them. I was refused a refund or a credit and told they could give me back the shipping costs, which I agreed to but at this time I will tell EVERYONE I can to NEVER EVER EVER spend money with this company, there are FAR better ones on the internet to deal with than this one.

I will never buy from Goggles4U again. Yes, I will admit it is MY FAULT that I did not have the glasses looked at before now, but I trusted GOGGLES4U to make my glasses correct for me. I ordered my glasses back in October and I happen to take them to an eyeglass place because my mom was getting eyeglasses and that place confirmed that they are Single Vision, I ordered No Line Progressive Lenses and paid for it. I called Customer Service and of course there is nothing they can do for me, all they offered was for me to take advantage of the promotions they currently have going on and order new glasses. Now, I know their refund policy says they'll give you a full refund if your package gets lost, but they're not doing that for me. They're only offering to replace the glasses, but two out of the three frames I ordered aren't even in stock. And the frames they do have in stock are all cheap ones that cost no more than 6.95. The one frame I did get was supposed to be opaque, but it's not and they don't have any other opaque frames that are the right size or look good for the price I paid.

The best that they could do is offer me 50% off a new pair and that they thought that was in the best interest of me, the customer. Well we all know that I could pull a promo code from anywhere that would offer any more than the 50% discount. Are used a few years ago and was pleased that I no longer will be shopping with this organization. Did they change the ownership?

Then on June 6,2020 that glasses have been shipped track #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX they were shipped on June 7 and In Transit to Next Facility after that no more updates. I've tried reaching out to Goggles4u the post office and USPS, with no help at this point I want a refund and my glasses. I'm frustrated.

On 12/14, I order two pairs of prescription glasses from Goggles4u.com. They arrived on 1/4/2022. Upon opening the eyeglass packaging, I noticed that the right lens on one of the pairs was chipped/cracked in the upper right corner. On 1/5/2022, I sent an email to Goggles4u.com's support email address, which is *** I followed up on the same day with an attached image of the defective lens. Not receiving a reply by email, I called their***0 support line and left a message that included my email address. I didn't receive a reply, so I sent another message on 1/9. Still not receiving a reply, I sent my last message on 1/13/2022 and haven't gotten any response as of 1/21/2022. My desire is to just have them send me a new pair without craked lenses. If that can't be done, I would like a refund. Thank you

On December 2nd I placed an order with goggles4u I am a repeat customer and and have seemed to have reasonable results in the past. I received an email request from this business Asking me to review my most recent transaction. My most recent transaction had poor results so I expressed my concerns to the customer service department about poorly fitting lenses into the eyeglass frames. I figured I would give them a chance to resolve the issue but have yet to be contacted regarding this issue in some odd weeks now. I've had decent results in the past however my most recent transaction had a consistent issue across the entirety of my order. The lenses are bulging outside of the frames and continue to pop out and eject themselves when I clean the lenses. Since the customer service representative that i have emailed has failed to respond or acknowledge my complaint I am posting my complaint here..

On August 22 I ordered progressive online s, on the 24th realizing they would take longer to make and I broke mine, I ordered 2 pair of single vision, which should take alot less time right? *** Well on Aug 31 I received an email stating I would have them in 7 to 10 business days...nope Went into chat 3 times since Sept 7th, one young man said yes indeed they were shipped and I should have them anyday, he would email me the tracking number NoPE! Second guy *** says they're on a slow boat from china *** so after him arguing with me I asked for his super...5 times, super says well since the email things changed and they shipped the 13th of this month *** and he said, they found a defect and had to do them over but hed make sure they sent them fast...I said forget it I will take a refund and was told I couldnt do that cause they shipped.. I ordered 4 pairs of glasses on 20th July . It is now 18th August and I have not received them. I have been speaking to the company for the last 2 weeks to find out the issue and have been told they're still 'in production', there was 'an issue' with a lens on packing, there was a 'backlog' in the lenses needed. All of these are fine and I have no issue with waiting for the 3 pairs that are still being produced but there is one pair that is complete. I have been assured on two separate occasions that these are being shipped as they are complete. This is not happening. I have waited 5 days since being told this and am now being told the whole order is in production and the glasses are being shipped when complete. I have just been told that this is being 'escalated' for the 6th time, this is totally unacceptable. I had previously used Zenni Optical and must have recommended them to at least 40 people. Bad publicity goes far further.

I made two orders on the website in September and received them both in October Order # *** for $171.19 had numerous pairs of glasses with blue light and photochromic lenses - all of the pairs are faulty - the blue light doesn't work with the photochromic lense and creates a terrible blue reflection whenever I look at any light source. Order *** for $143.76 had three faulty pairs - one with a dark stain on the lens, one with a broken lens, and one with very badly glued plastic on the frame. I contacted Goggles4u in October with images of the faulty pairs requesting a refund. It's been months and they have since only responded with evasive questions and are refusing to just issue the refund. I do not want replacements at this point because their service is terrible and I ordered from a different company because this took so long. I'm filing a complaint here because I hope this will finally get them to respond and refund my purchase.

Back in late April or the 1st week of May-I placed 2 Eyeglass Orders. Total: $85.00 I paid extra Shipping for $9.95-to receive the 2 Eyeglasses as soon as possible. It is now the last week in May and this company still will not provide me with any Tracking or Shipping info on those 2 glasses. I have no idea when I can expect to receive them. That is not fast shipping. I did receive 1 out of 3 pairs of eyeglasses. The Prescription is all wrong. I cannot even see out of them. Not only that but the glasses are not Pink. They are Black with huge blocky frames. They are UGLY! I explained all of that to Goggles4u and asked for a Refund. Multiple MEN now are emailing me day and night with unprofessional comments about my Health. They are all refusing to simply provide an address so I can return these completely Useless and very Ugly glasses to get my money back. I paid $24.00 for that pair plus $57.00 for the other 2 that have yet to arrive. This has caused me a lot of STRESS!

I placed an order on August 8 for 2 pairs of glasses. I paid extra for priority shipping and was told 7-10 days. After 30 days I called and was told that 1 pair was ready but they found a defect in the other on packing them and they were being remade. I was also told that they couldn't send the 1st pair separately, they had to ship together. Well, now 3 weeks later I receive only 1 pair, the remade ones. And the prescription is wrong. They are supposed to be progressive lenses but they did not put the reading prescription on the lower part. When I spoke to a supervisor I was told that they were made to the prescription I sent, which is incorrect. I have purchased other glasses online with the same prescription and I see fine. He refused to remake without me sending them my prescription.But we verified that there was no error entering it. Also, now the other glasses show "in production" which is ridiculous because they were ready before. I want a full refund for both!

I placed this order on June 19/21. ***. Product arrived about a month later. The lenses were very yellow and the frame is a mirror finish. As per the companies policies, I reached out and told them I was unhappy with these two issues. They do not look like they have a mirror finish in the ad, nor does the yellow from blue blocker lenses present this way. They are not suitable. I dont want flashy glasses. After discussing this with them, they agreed and put a replacement order in with the same frame in a matte finish, and deleted the blue blocker in the lense. This order, ***, was placed July 16. After waiting a month, I reached out to them to see what the staus is. They repeadly state they are in the "final stages of production" We are now 10 weeks later and no sign of them. I also ordered another pair, #***, Aug 17th, and same thing. Order is in final stages of production. I would like to be refunded, as I feel my patience has been taken advantage of.

I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses on 09/07 and had to email request several times for status update. I rec'vd email on 09/28 stating my order could not be filled as requested and they want to change from what I ordered a blue mirror finish to a solid color tint. I immediately replied back saying NO I do not want that and to cancel and refund me. I didn't hear anything in reply nor have I seen a refund to my credit card. Rec'vd email 10/06 still are asking me to approve the change to a solid tint. Again I replied NO, give me a refund. I rec'vd reply that said they are proceeding with the change without my approval and said if I don't like them I can ship them back for a refund. Again, I replied I never approved, I do not want them as they seem to insist on making something I did not order. I rec'vd email 08 Oct 2021 saying they were shipping and to expect them in 10-12 days. I immediately replied yet again NO and give me a refund, Filing complain today 10/20.

Goggles4u, I ordered glasses from their online business, and their policy state orders should arrive in 10-14 days... is been 30 days.. every time I call , once the lady hung up on me.. they never give their name when u call and state it's not their policy. Any way, I have called 4 times trying to find out my order status and every time I'm told I will get I. 2days.. the policy say I will get a tracking number when it ships.. I have not gotta a tracking number but the representative tells me it's I'm their office for shipping . But they are not shipping it. One man told me I would get a partial refund for my wait.. I have not gotten that either. I honestly think I have been scammed. It's been 30 days and I have not gotta a tracking number yet, and wondering will I ever receive my glasses?...
