I received the item that was described and shown on the site. Prompt email and confirmations with fast shipping. Nothing to complain about and highly recommend this online retail!

The company doesn't offer a phone number (not a good sign) and they seem very slow (so far) at refunding money. I also received the item that was described and shown on the site, but the item described was suppose to be red, but it arrived and showed to be a dull burgundy color at best. I returned the item unopened for a refund which still hasn't shown-up on my bank account after 9 days of "My Account" saying they refunded me. I contacted them by email (no other choice) and received a reply today assuring me my refund was issued "today" (WHAT?). A word from the wise - avoid companies that don't offer phone numbers to contact them - not a good sign.

I ordered the superstar adidas on wendsday and they got here the next tuesday. they are actually on there way here right now to my house. i checked on ups. they are fast with nice prices and i recommend them to anyone.

i did get my return on time . you pc might have problems with the color was the difference burgundy red so what be patients they write back to me im vey happy with 6pm

This company allowed a charge to my debit card for $168.00 and i did not order anything-so yes a phone # to call someone immediatley would be helpful- had to call my bank cancel my card get a new card and fill out paperwork to maybe someday get my money back!!! Post your phone #. I will get a lawyer if I have to and pay alot more than they owe me for satisfaction.

I don't know why you are complaining! When you engage in buying where you will give away your information, you are taking a risk. You are not the only customer that these guys deal with. I too had the same problem, but I did get reimbursed. I'm still ordering and receiving from them. Some orders come slower than others but they do come. As far as phone number, its probably more expensive to call them, than to place order and be quiet, or e-mail them and tell them that you are dissatisfied. After all, there is a tracking number, and you can always follow your orders. Give them and yourself some time. Do not rush into conclusions...

I am totally at ease with 6pm. I think I'm completely happy with what I'm getting from them...

to jes327 they do have a phone number if you went to the bottom of the page and did you reasearch!!!then you whould know that the number is 1 888 676 2660 if ya dont beleive me cheack it out ur self its in faqs..

I buy my teenage boys name brand tennis shoes from 6pm.com. The prices have been great, I get fast shipping and have never had a problem. I plan to buy name brand back-packs before school starts this fall. I have no hesitation to do business with them.

i love 6pm. i have ordered from there in the past and have had no problems. Sorry to those who have. i will continue to order when i catch a good deal. I bought my daughter a pair of Kitson L.A. shoes. they were awesome. no one around this area had them. and you can only buy them in Los Angeles, unless you buy them from Kitson and your paying alot more for them.

I purchase 300$ on 6pm.com and send it to my boyfriend adress in Seattle. After long time not receive the items and took my money immidiatly we found out they cancel my order without to inform me becouse I use my credit card from overseas. After so many calls and verify that my money is gonna be back in my account in 3 days, then 7 days, then 24 hours - passed 35 days and still dont have my money back.
I never see so bad service even in a 3th world country.
And beside this I would like to say that they ruin my pleasure to shop in 6pm. And Im sorry for that.

I have placed in a order on 10/6/10, my order has not yet arrived.. There was a gift in that order that I needed for this coming Saturday 10/23/10. The order was returned to your warehouse today and when I called your customer service line I was informed that there is not much they can do than re- purchase the order again.. This is really ridiculous.. I need my shipment no later than 10/23/10. Please go track in your warehouse that was received this morning at 9:30 EST, and overnight it to me Saturday delivery… This is not the way to keep a customer happy.. I should not be monitoring when the warehouse receives the order and to call the customer service department to remind them to follow up on my package as far as sending an email to the warehouse so they can ship my package out again… This is not what a real business will do. I am not working for 6pm nor this is my job to do this so I would really appreciate someone will step up and do their JOB!!!… I really need a compensation towards all this inconvenience that this is causing me right now.

I would like a call back as to know what and how this situation is being handled.

I have placed orders with 6pm many times. I live in Armenia and I am always using my Armenian debit card to order goods but my orders are being sent to my relatives who live in USA. I have to say that the company works great!!! they have never missed smth or there's never been any delay. there is a great possibility to check the delivery of the order online so i'm surprised when some people say that they did not get their goods in 35 days!!! that is ridiculous. I'm also surprised when someone says that the company has no phone number mentioned on the site. They do have a phone number and i have called them once when i needed to change the size of boots i bought. The guy did eveything properly and I got what i wanted. In general i'm very satisfied with the site.

I have used this company at least since 2008 (and possibly even longer since that is as far back as my order history will go back on the site). I absolutely LOVE 6pm.com, you cannot ask for better pricing, especially if you know how to toggle through their searches to narrow down size, percentage off, color etc. The company is an offshoot of Zappos (which is a phenomenal company), just with less of the "frills" that Zappos offers. I think that Zappos moves their slow selling stock or discontinued stock to 6pm to get it cleared out. Yes, there are bound to be mistakes, I think I have had only one error over these last few years (was sent shoes where one was a different size from the other), but had no issues with getting it sent back (actually they were more than accommodating - they were for my daughter and I buy ahead, so a couple of months passed before she was up to that size and I realized the error - they still refunded me even though technically it was outside of their refund period). Based on my order history, I have placed 36 separate order since 2008 (all of the orders have multiple shoes purchases per order), so one mistake out of at least 100 shoes is not bad at all! I have never had them try to "steal" my money or cheat me in any way - I think Zappos Inc is too big and too reputable to try that with their customers. As to no phone number, when I did have that one screw up, I spoke to someone directly. I can't remember if he called me or I found the number on the return instructions - regardless based on my experience you can talk to a "live" person if you really want to, but who really cares if the problem gets resolved adequately.

I have been using 6pm.com ever since I started online shopping. The service is excellent but only this time I am disappointed with my latest order. One of the items I ordered is missing and Ive been sending emails and messages to cs@6pm.com but unfortunately i didnt receive even a single reply from them. I tried to contact by phone but still I cant connect. Its been 1 month already since I posted my order. I am trying my luck to comment from here hoping somebody from 6pm.com customer service will read and able to track and provide the status.

I have just got an EMPTY BOX from 6pm! The empty box worth of $260! I can't even describe how angry I am!

I received both pair of shoes that I ordered in a timely manner. However, both pair of shoes had obviously been worn. Both pair were scratched with crease lines across the toe. Further both pair of shoes had areas of discoloration. The online picture of the shoes was not representative of the shoes that I received. 6pm did not advertise either of these shoes as irregular or second-hand items. Now 6pm expects me to pay the return postage when neither pair of shoes should have been shipped in the first place. I will not shop at 6pm any more. I understand 6pm is part of Zappos and I will probably not shop at Zappos anymore, either.

Hesitant to order from 6pm site. I would be leery of the positive reviews here, they are such a contrast from the 1 star reviews. The positive reviews must be from 6pm employees.

How can it be only 1 star reviews and 5 star reviews, no in the middle. Bad sign.

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Im a seasoned online shopper. I make most of my purchases online year round. I know my sizes & measurements well enough to feel comfortable ordering based on size charts, and I always shop from trusted sites. Given that 6pm is owned by Zappos as affiliated with Amazon, I had no concerns shopping there, and the prices were unbelievable. Too good to be true, it turns out. In my last order I purchased several pairs of pants, 1 pair happened to be a pair of lucky brand jeans marked down to something like $30...which is great. When I received the jeans they were the wrong size. I compared the size on the tags to the receipt, just to make sure it wasnt my error, and they were definitely the wrong size (shipping error). I decided to try the jeans on anyway, and they fit, so I decided not to make a fuss.
Then I began shopping around for a leather jacket for a Christmas/birthday gift, and I found a great deal on a Lucky Jacket that sells for $399 full price. It was marked down to $159 - a steal! The page said there was only one left, so I jumped at it. I secured the jacket and received a confirmation of my order within minutes - I was thrilled. Oddly, after I ordered it I noticed that instead of the quantity going to zero, it showed they had 2 in stock. I didn't think too much of it, I had my jacket. Just two days later I was notified that the item had been shipped - prompt service.
I arrived home tonight to find the box, oddly it doesnt have the name of the company on the label just the shipping address. When I opened the box I was excited to see that it was the leather jacket - or so I thought. It turns out it was a faux leather jacket by some brand Ive never even heard of, that retails for 20% of the price of the jacket I ordered, and to make matters worse there was no receipt! What do I do now?
I was able to get in contact with a rep from zappos, who was very apologetic and informed me that the two companies were technically different, but they contacted a rep from 6pm for me.
The rep emailed me and apologized for the problem, but told me they didnt have the item in stock anymore and that I could either keep the jacket I had received or discard it, and they would credit my account for the cost of the jacket I had ordered. This is ridiculous, youd think the company would at least want to recoup their merchandise for future sale...unless of course they know theyre making out better on the deal by unloading their cheap merchandise under the guise of selling quality brand names. This wouldn't even have been a huge deal if they had realized they didn't actually have the item in stock before they shipped it, but instead they shipped a cheap imitation in its place, I guess they assumed I wouldn't notice. Trust me, you can tell the difference between an item that retails for $400 full price, and one that retails for $80. I have never been so disappointed in a store. I won't be shipping there again.
