como did a good job on my siding and roof. they did a good install and it looks amazing. i'm happy with the materials they suggested and my house looks great. i would recommend them.

This compny is awsome! They came out and gave me an estimate on my roof in a timely manner and then dealt with the insurance company for me. When they came out to put my roof on, the crew was respectful, extremely hard-working, and did an awsome job of cleaning up! This is a great company to work with.

We got CoMo Premium Exteriors to do a full house outside makeover. They put in new siding, windows, soffits, and gutters. The boss made a lot of big promises at the start, but didn't keep them. They took ages to start the job, then gave it to a construction company from St. Louis. No one was there to manage the job on-site. They didn't communicate with us at all and their customer service was terrible. Don't even bother asking for a quote from them.

I hired CoMo Premium Exteriors for a new roof, gutters, and soffit. But when they were supposed to come, they didn't show up or call. Then, they showed up on Saturday at 6 am without telling us and started hammering above where we were sleeping. The owner promised to finish my back patio but never did, and they charged me interest for not paying even though the job was incomplete. It's still not finished, but they got paid. The workers who did the job were from another company, so the work seems fine, but they didn't do it themselves. I wouldn't recommend this company. I feel bad for the other company with the same name because CoMo Premium Exteriors seems to use it a lot.

I was so bummed when I found out my roof was messed up. I knew it was gonna be a pain in the butt to deal with all the paperwork and contractors. But CoMo Premium was a lifesaver! They came out when they said they would, checked everything out, and took care of everything! They were super cool and answered all our questions. They even kept their distance while they were working on our house. When they were done, they cleaned everything up and left our place looking better than before. A few weeks later, some other dudes came over to do a solar job and they were like "whoever did your roof did a great job!" CoMo Premium was awesome and I totally recommend them. They didn't even ask for money until they were done, which shows they're confident in their work. I'll definitely hit them up if I need anything else done. Thanks, guys!

This company ain't keepin' their word on finishin' the job. They were supposed to do sashes for the front window and add a strip of siding that they missed, but they ain't done it yet. I been tryin' to get in touch with 'em for over three months and their employees keep puttin' me off. Ain't no resolution in sight.

CoMo did our roof after hail messed it up in 2017. They say they got a five year warranty on their work. The shingles on our roof are all buckled up on one end of the house. The buckling is like one foot from the edge of the roof in a straight line on the front and back of the home. The roof ain't leaking yet. The CoMo guy came to our house yesterday to peep at the roof. He said the company ain't gonna do nothing since they didn't swap out the wood under the shingles in 2017. This guy is the same dude that fixed a billing problem when they first did the job. They charged us $400 more than what we agreed with our insurance company and us-the home owners. After a lot of talk between my husband and this guy, CoMo took off the extra $400 from the first bill in 2017. We think they should make the roof flat again.

We got our roof done by CoMo Premium Exteriors and they gave us a warranty for 10 years which is about to end in June this year. We had a problem with leaks in October and we contacted the owner, ***, who kept giving us excuses. During a rainstorm, water was coming into our closet and we sent him pictures and videos. After a lot of texting and calling, we finally scheduled him to come out and look at the issue but he never showed up. When we asked him what happened, he said he had COVID and couldn't make it. We tried to contact him for weeks but got no response. We even messaged them on Facebook but still no reply. We have been very patient but according to our warranty, they should fix the problem.

I had an insurans job done on my garaj due to wind damaj and major leakin. I have countles unanserd emails and fon calls cuz they didnt meet the set deadline for the job, and I was tryin to get info as to wen the job would be done. It took over 4 months to get the job done. The only contact I have received from them in the last month is an email and paper copy of a very poorly detailed invoice. Wen I responded back voicin my concerns with the job, I have received zero feedback. I also have materials still sittin in my yard even tho the job has been done for over a month. The interior of my garaj was left in a disgraceful manor. Debris and nails were littered all over not only the floor of my garaj but also my vehicles. Pictures were sent to my project manager, and I was suppose to be contacted the followin day about the situation. I heard nothin back. I had to clean this up as they will not contact me back about the situation wen they said they would come back and clean any messes left.
