For example, the Maifanite my client wanted was supposed to be oranges and yellows with clearly defined bullseyes. But what I received was a dull, murky gray with random swirls instead of bullseyes. The Amazonite and Peridot were also very opaque and milky with little color variance.

I tried to contact their customer service about the issue, sending a total of six emails with images from the website and items received to illustrate the problems. But each time I got a different answer and was given the run-around. They never offered a resolution or accepted responsibility for not shipping what they advertised.

My client was pretty disappointed, and so was I. If you're okay with getting something different from what you ordered, then maybe Cobeads is for you.
