Coach-Outlet Disappointing Experience with Coach-Outlet's Customer Service: A Review

I recently had an experience with Coach-Outlet that left me feeling quite disappointed. I had ordered a beautiful Kristy Shoulder Bag In Signature Canvas online, but unfortunately it never arrived at my doorstep. I was quite puzzled, as I have a Ring doorbell that would have alerted me to any delivery attempts.

I decided to contact Coach Outlet's Customer Service to inquire about the status of my order. To my dismay, they informed me that UPS had marked the item as delivered, and therefore they would not be able to issue a refund. Instead, they offered to either reship the item or issue a merchandise card.

I was quite frustrated with this response, as I had not received the item I had paid for and was now being offered a credit instead of a refund. When I requested that they simply send me the item I had ordered, they informed me that it was too low in stock for a reshipment.

I must say, I was quite disappointed with the level of customer service I received from Coach Outlet. It seemed as though they were unwilling to take responsibility for the fact that I had not received my order, and were instead placing the blame on the shipping courier.

In the end, I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company, as I felt that Coach Outlet was being quite unreasonable in their response to my issue. I hope that in the future, they will take a more customer-centric approach to their business practices and work to resolve issues like mine in a more satisfactory manner.

Coach-Outlet Disappointing Experience with Coach-Outlet: Unauthorized Charges, No Customer Service, and Knockoff Products

I recently made a purchase on Coach-Outlet's website for a bag and wallet. Unfortunately, I encountered some issues with my payment going through for a higher amount than I had authorized. Despite receiving a payment confirmation email, I did not receive any shipping or tracking information within the promised 2 business days. I tried reaching out to customer service twice, but did not receive any response.

Feeling frustrated and unsure if I would ever receive my products, I decided to dispute the charge with my bank. However, to my surprise, a package arrived at my doorstep containing what appeared to be knock off items. I immediately contacted my bank to inform them of the situation and let them know that I would be returning the items.

When I went to the post office to ship the knockoffs back to China, I was disappointed to find out that it would cost me $25. However, the good news is that my bank has been extremely helpful throughout this whole ordeal and has credited me back the shipping cost as well as the total amount of my order.

Overall, I would not recommend shopping with Coach-Outlet. My experience with them has been less than satisfactory and I feel like I was taken advantage of by con artists. It's important to be cautious when shopping online and to do your research before making a purchase.

Coach-Outlet Coach-Outlet Review: Buyer Beware of Low Prices and Poor Grammar

Wow, I almost made a huge mistake by ordering from Coach-Outlet! Thank goodness I stumbled upon these reviews before hitting that "place order" button. I was so excited to see Coach purses for such low prices, but now I know it's too good to be true. My order total was going to be $220, and I can't afford to lose that kind of money.

I also noticed that the grammar on the website is pretty bad. I went to the FAQ section and saw that they don't even speak English properly. For example, one question was "How do I can return the items to your company?" That doesn't make any sense! And their return policy seems pretty strict - they won't accept returns for items that are the wrong size or if you just don't like it. They only accept returns if there's a problem with the quality of the product, but even then, they might just give you "appropriate compensation" instead of a full refund.

Overall, I'm glad I didn't order from Coach-Outlet. It's not worth the risk of losing my money, and the website doesn't seem very trustworthy. I'll stick to buying Coach products from reputable retailers in the future.

Coach-Outlet Beware of Coach-Outlet: A Warning Against Purchasing from this Fraudulent Website

I recently made my first purchase from Coach-Outlet, ordering a lovely khaki and pink tote bag. As a single mom, I always put my son first, but I decided to treat myself with some of the extra money I earned from working on the holidays. Unfortunately, my excitement was short-lived when I received a fake orange purse instead of the one I ordered. I paid almost $100 for this purchase, which is a lot of money for my son and me.

I tried to contact Coach-Outlet via email, but they provided no phone number and did not respond to my messages. I am extremely upset about this situation and have contacted Visa, as the website claims to be certified by them. I hope that they will investigate this matter and take appropriate action.

In addition, I reached out to Coach directly and provided them with information about the website, including the name and address from which the product was mailed. Unfortunately, I have not heard back from them yet. When I tried to access the official Coach website, it was unavailable, which makes me concerned that others may have fallen victim to this fraudulent website.

I urge anyone who comes across this website to NOT purchase anything from them. They should be held accountable for their actions and compensate those they have scammed. I hope that legal actions are being taken against them.

Overall, my experience with Coach-Outlet has been disappointing and frustrating. I hope that others can learn from my mistake and avoid this website altogether.

Coach-Outlet Coach-Outlet Review: A Bumpy Ride to a Happy Ending

I recently made a purchase from Coach-Outlet for my wife's Christmas gift. I was excited to surprise her with a new Coach bag, but unfortunately, the process was not as smooth as I had hoped. After waiting for almost two weeks, I finally received a tracking number, but my package was listed as pending for an additional five days. I was frustrated and began to send emails and call their customer service number.

After several attempts, I finally got through to a customer service representative who informed me that she couldn't tell me where my order was being shipped from. However, she promised to investigate and call me back. After two days, she called me to inform me that my order had been upgraded to overnight status and would be delivered within 24 hours. Although I was grateful for the upgrade, I was disappointed that it took so long to get my order.

I decided to write an email to Coach, expressing my frustration and suggesting that they improve their e-commerce system to better serve their customers. To my surprise, they actually listened and sent me a letter apologizing for the inconvenience. They even included a free gift as a token of their appreciation.

Despite the hassle, I received my wife's gift on time for Christmas. I appreciate that Coach-Outlet took the time to acknowledge my inconvenience and make it right. I would recommend being patient when ordering from Coach-Outlet, but it's still a great online choice for those Coach necessities.

Coach-Outlet Beware of Coach-Outlet: A Scam Website Selling Fake Products

I recently had a terrible experience with Coach-Outlet (coach-outlet.com). I was under the impression that this was a legitimate website, but it turned out to be a fake. I made the mistake of ordering two Coach combination orders for a cancer fundraiser, hoping to donate them as an auction item. However, things quickly went downhill from there.

After placing my order, I received a confirmation email from a third-party payment company called ***@tobeno1shop.com. This immediately raised a red flag for me, and I decided to do some research. I found a number of negative reviews on sitejabber, all warning against the same thing: Coach-Outlet is a scam.

I immediately contacted the third-party payment company and asked to cancel my order. They instructed me to email ***@live.com, which I did. I also emailed Nancy, the supposed owner of the payment company, asking her to cancel my order. However, instead of receiving a cancellation confirmation, I got an email from someone named "King Huang" asking why I wanted to cancel.

At this point, I knew I had to take action. I contacted my credit card company and had them dispute the charge and cancel my card right away. I also sent numerous emails to "King Huang," telling him that he was a fraud and demanding my money back. He responded by promising to refund 90% of my money in 30 days, but I knew better than to trust him.

To make matters worse, Nancy then sent me a confirmation that my bags were being shipped, even though I had explicitly asked her to cancel my order. And to add insult to injury, they charged me a completely different price than what was advertised on their website.

In the end, I told "King Huang" that if I wanted fake bags from China, I would buy them off the streets of NYC. I learned my lesson the hard way: always do your research before making a purchase online, and never trust a website that seems too good to be true.

Coach-Outlet Beware of Coach-Outlet: Fraudulent Company Selling Counterfeit Merchandise from Beijing

I recently had a really bad experience with Coach-Outlet. At first, I thought I was ordering authentic merchandise from the US, but when I got my order confirmation, I realized that the company was actually based in Beijing. I did some research and found that there were no positive reviews of the company. It seems like they've been scamming people for a while now.

I tried to cancel my order several times, but they either ignored my emails or responded days later saying that they were on vacation or that the merchandise had already been shipped. I knew they were just stalling me, and when I finally did receive my order, the merchandise was sold out and they wanted me to choose a replacement instead of giving me a refund.

I was really upset about this, so I called my bank and told them about the charges from this fraudulent company. Luckily, my bank was already aware of the situation and refunded all the money that Coach-Outlet had charged me. I'm so grateful for their help!

To make matters worse, the merchandise that I did receive was counterfeit and not manufactured by COACH. I was really disappointed and frustrated with the whole situation. I would strongly advise against buying from this company, and if you already have, please call your bank to get your money back. Good luck!

Coach-Outlet Terrible Experience with Coach-Outlet: Rude Customer Service and Double Charges

I had a really bad experience with Coach-Outlet! I decided to buy two purses from them after thinking about it for a while. I'm from Canada and three days after I placed my order, I saw two charges of $141.00 on my Visa. I knew that my two purses cost this amount but I only expected to see one charge. When I contacted Coach-outlet.com, they were really rude to me. They said that they only charged me once and that I should talk to my bank about it. I told them that I was looking at my charges and they still didn't believe me. They even called me "stupid"! I asked them to call me so we could talk on the phone but they said they only talked to customers through email. I think this is because they can't speak English very well.

In the end, I asked them to refund both charges and cancel my order. They said it would take up to 10 business days to process the refund. I called, emailed, and faxed my bank several times but I still haven't received my money back. I'm out almost $300.00 and I still don't have my purses. To make things worse, the Coach-Outlet website is no longer working! They went offline just two days after I had all these problems with them.

I really don't recommend ordering from Coach-Outlet. They are not honest and they don't treat their customers well. I hope that my experience can help someone else avoid going through what I'm still dealing with.

Coach-Outlet Poor Customer Service and Payment Issues with Coach Outlet Website

On April 6th, 2021, I attempted to make a purchase on the Coach Outlet website. However, when I reached the payment section, I was prompted to double-check my payment information. After doing so twice, my credit card was charged three times for $113.36. I immediately tried to contact Coach Outlet's toll-free number, but was informed that the wait time was 60 minutes. I opted to have someone call me back by pressing #, but no one ever did. Frustrated, I called another toll-free number for Coach and spoke with a representative named Mariah. She informed me that my account had been placed on hold due to a dispute charge on an order I had placed in November 2020 (order #Z***). I explained that I had never received the package and had been unable to get in touch with anyone at Coach Outlet due to long wait times. Mariah was unable to look up the order because it had been too long ago.

I requested corporate information so that I could escalate the issue. Janet from Coach Outlet called me back and reiterated what Mariah had said. I then spoke with Benjamin, who was able to look up the November order and confirm that I had never received it. However, he continued to tell me what I should have done, despite acknowledging the long wait times and lack of communication from Coach Outlet. I was frustrated that Coach Outlet was not taking responsibility or accountability for the issue and felt that their customer service was lacking.

I have decided to report this issue to the Better Business Bureau and on social media. Going forward, I will be purchasing from Dooney & Burke instead. It is disappointing to have had such a negative experience with Coach Outlet, but I hope that they will take steps to improve their customer service and communication in the future.

Coach-Outlet Poor Customer Service Experience with Coach-Outlet: Dismissive Attitude and Unfair Treatment

Coach-Outlet is an online store that sells bags and purses. I recently had an experience with their customer service that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I ordered a bag that was supposed to be delivered to my address within a week, but it was delivered to the wrong address. I live in a complex with more than 500 residents, so it was difficult to track down the package. I checked with my leasing office, but they confirmed that no one had returned the package to them.

When I contacted Coach-Outlet's customer service, I spoke to a corporate customer service manager named Felicia. She was Caucasian and seemed to be dismissive of my concerns. She stated that since the delivery company, USPS, recorded that they had delivered the package, there was nothing she could do. She even insinuated that I was lying about not receiving the package. I was shocked and offended by her attitude.

Felicia did agree to replace the bag, but she made it clear that I would not be able to return or exchange it. This was frustrating because it felt like my rights as a customer were being ignored. I felt like I was being treated as if I had committed fraud or was trying to get something for free. It was a terrible experience that left me feeling undervalued as a customer.

To make matters worse, Felicia was not very helpful when it came to expediting the replacement bag. She only offered standard delivery until I asked about expedited shipping. Even then, she only offered 3 to 5-day shipping until I pressed her about overnight shipping. She claimed to be the top executive and said that there was no one else I could complain to.

Overall, my experience with Coach-Outlet's customer service was poor. I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously and that I was being treated unfairly. It was frustrating to have to fight for my rights as a customer, especially when the bag was only $45. I hope that Coach-Outlet will improve their customer service policies and treat all customers with respect and fairness.

Coach-Outlet Real vs. Fake: My Experience Shopping at Coach Outlet and Why You Should Visit a Store Instead

Wow, I'm so happy I decided to check out Coach-Outlet before making a purchase! At first, I was a bit hesitant when I couldn't find the items that Coach had emailed me about from their Outlet stores in the Outlet Malls. I mean, who wants to drive an hour to get to the mall when you can just order online, right?

But, when I saw that the prices were a bit cheaper, I couldn't resist and started filling up my cart. However, when I had trouble with the checkout process, I started to get a bit suspicious. I mean, why was it so difficult to complete my purchase?

After doing some research, I realized that there were a lot of fake Coach products being sold on the website. I'm so grateful to everyone who shared their experiences and warned others about the dangers of buying fake products. It's just not worth it!

Instead, I highly recommend taking the time to visit a REAL Coach Outlet store. Trust me, it's worth the drive! The prices are amazing and you can be sure that you're getting an authentic product. Don't be fooled by the cheaper prices online - it's just not worth the risk.

Coach-Outlet Appalling Customer Service: My Frustrating Experience with Coach-Outlet

I recently had an experience with Coach-Outlet (coach-outlet.com) that left me feeling extremely frustrated. I must say, I have never seen such incompetence in my life. I have had better experiences dealing with companies in third world countries than with these people.

I placed an order on their website and within 15 minutes, I realized that I had made a mistake and needed to cancel it. I called them over 10 times to cancel my order, but they did not seem to understand what I was saying. Instead of canceling my order, they shipped it out to me. I had to call them again to reroute the package, which took hours of being on hold (they never answer their phone).

The whole ordeal dragged on for 10 days, and when the item was finally received on their end, they told me that they would not refund me for another 10 days! I cannot believe the amount of stress and frustration I had to go through just to get my money back.

I would never recommend buying anything from Coach-Outlet online. Their lack of efficiency and customer service is appalling. I hope that they can improve their services in the future, but until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Coach-Outlet Terrible Experience with Coach-Outlet: Late Delivery, Wrong Item, and Poor Customer Service

I had a really bad experience with Coach-Outlet. I tried to order a crossbody purse online, but it took two whole months for me to finally receive my package. When I opened it up, I was so disappointed to find that they had sent me a pair of earrings instead of the purse I had ordered. I don't even wear earrings, so it was a total waste of money for me.

To make matters worse, when I tried to contact customer service to inquire about my missing purse, they were not helpful at all. They didn't seem to care that my package was late and didn't offer any solutions to the problem. It was really frustrating and made me feel like they didn't value me as a customer.

After finally receiving the wrong item, I contacted customer service again to try and get a refund. They told me that it was a long process to do a return for a refund, but they would give me a 30% partial refund and let me keep the earrings. I was so upset by this offer, as it felt like they were just trying to get rid of me and not take responsibility for their mistake.

Overall, my experience with Coach-Outlet was terrible. I would not recommend ordering anything from them online, as their customer service is lacking and they don't seem to care about their customers. It's really disappointing, as I had heard good things about them before, but my experience was anything but positive.

Coach-Outlet Coach-Outlet Website Review: Poor Quality Products and Customer Service

I recently made an attempt to purchase a bag from Coach-Outlet's website, but unfortunately, my order did not go through because they only accept Mastercard and I was using Visa. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they contacted me and offered me an alternative payment method via Western Union, which I promptly used.

After a long wait, my bag finally arrived, but to my dismay, it was fake, cheaply made, and poorly stitched. The material was also very thin, which was not what I was expecting for the almost $100 I paid for it.

I reached out to their customer service team to request a refund, but was met with poor English and was informed that they could not offer me a refund. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive my refund and it has been quite some time.

In my opinion, it is not worth your time or money to purchase from Coach-Outlet's website. Although the pictures on their website may look tempting, the products are not worth the cost. I would recommend waiting for sales at the original Coach outlet or saving up for a higher quality bag.

It is important to note that purchasing a cheap product that costs a lot with no refund or way to track down the seller is not a wise decision. In my opinion, their website should be shut down to prevent others from experiencing the same disappointment and frustration that I did.

Coach-Outlet Poor Packaging and Condition of Item Received from Coach-Outlet, Disappointing Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from Coach-Outlet and was disappointed with the condition of the item when it arrived. The purse was simply placed in a box with some crumpled up paper on top, without even a plastic bag to protect it. To make matters worse, the cloth bag that usually comes with the purse was missing. Upon inspection, it was clear that the item had been used before, as there were scratches on the suede material.

I immediately contacted customer service to express my dissatisfaction and was offered a 10% discount or the option to return the item. I chose to return it, as I felt that the purse was not worth even half of the original price due to its condition. However, when I requested a return label, I was informed that it would be emailed to me. I explained that I did not have access to a printer, but was told that this was the only way to receive the label. Frustrated, I asked to speak to a supervisor and was eventually told that the label would be mailed to me.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Coach-Outlet. The lack of care taken in packaging the item, combined with the poor condition it arrived in, left a bad taste in my mouth. The fact that it will take 10 business days to receive a refund once the item is returned only adds insult to injury. I do not plan on making any future purchases from this retailer.

Coach-Outlet eBay Sellers for Discounted Coach Products: A Review

Coach-Outlet (coach-outlet.com) is a website that sells Coach products at discounted prices. Some people might think that Coach is trying to scare them into only buying from their website, but I'm not that smart to think that. I prefer to shop on eBay because I can find great deals there. For example, I recently bought a $700 purse for half the price. When I went to the Coach store, they only had the same purse for 20% off, like they were doing me a favor. But I know better than that.

There's this one seller on eBay called ***drailor*** (or maybe it's Drailor, I'm not sure) who gets purses from Coach stores that are moving locations. They don't buy from pallet warehouses like some other sellers do. When stores move, it's cheaper for them to sell all their inventory instead of moving it to the new location. That's why you can find great deals on eBay. I've bought from ***drailor*** before and they've always given me great service. One time, my suitcase had a hole in it because of shipping, and they paid for me to ship it back and get another one. You wouldn't get that kind of service at a Coach store.

Another seller I know is ***wholesalebeauty2015***. They own a store that gets deals from the UK and Australia. My friend bought a purse from them and it was authentic and in great condition. They even gave her a discount because she bought more than one item. I hate places like Walmart where one man gets rich. I'd rather support small businesses like these eBay sellers.

Coach-Outlet Beware of Coach-Outlet: My Experience with Fraudulent Charges and No Customer Support

I can't believe how foolish I was to make a purchase from Coach-Outlet. The moment I placed my order, I knew something was off because it didn't verify my purchase. To make matters worse, I didn't receive any confirmation email. When I tried to access my order history or status, I couldn't find any way to contact the company. It was as if they vanished into thin air!

I was so frustrated that I decided to call my credit card company. To my surprise, they informed me that the charges were more than what I had authorized on the site. I was shocked and angry at the same time. How could they do this to me?

I immediately contacted my credit card company, and they assured me that they would work with me to resolve the issue. However, it might take a while before I see any refund due to fraud. I also decided to email the real Coach website to report this fraudulent activity. I discovered that they have a fraud education page that lists authorized sites, and unfortunately, Coach-Outlet isn't one of them.

I hope that my experience will serve as a warning to others who are considering making a purchase from this site. Don't be like me and fall for their scam. Always make sure to verify the legitimacy of the website before making any purchases.

Coach-Outlet Disappointing Experience with Coach-Outlet: Rude Customer Service and Unprofessional Business Practices

I had high hopes for Coach-Outlet, but unfortunately my experience was less than satisfactory. I decided to purchase a wristlet from their website without checking the reviews beforehand, assuming that a reputable company like Coach would have excellent customer service. However, I was sorely mistaken.

To begin with, the item I ordered was out of stock and on back order. I patiently waited for the shipping time to come and go, but when it did, I decided to call and inquire about the status of my order. After waiting on hold for a whopping 30 minutes, I was finally connected with a customer service representative who was incredibly rude and unhelpful.

To make matters worse, the connection was so bad that the representative was practically yelling at me throughout the entire call. When I asked about the issue with my order, she responded in a very vague and unhelpful manner, saying that the item "may or may not come in." When I pressed for more information, she became even more irritated and snapped at me, saying "I don't know, maybe." She then asked if I wanted to cancel my order, which was the last straw for me.

I was shocked and disappointed by the amateurish business practices of such a major company. It's unacceptable to treat customers in such a rude and unprofessional manner, especially when they're simply trying to get information about an order they've placed. Needless to say, I won't be ordering anything from Coach-Outlet again in the future.
