I orderd sumthin from Clotheslines.com on Oct 23, 2021 and they charged my credit card the next day for $977.20. But I still haven't got my order yet. I've sent them 15 emails and left 17 messages, but they haven't replied to any of them. It's now April 22, 2022 and I'm really mad. Don't use this company, they're terrible. I had to file a dispute with *** to get my money back. I hope it gets fixed soon.

I order a pulley clothesline kit on 4/27 from Clotheslines.com. It was pretty pricey, but I wanted a good one. They gave me a tracking number on 5/6 and it came on 5/9. The box had most of the stuff I ordered, but it was missing the clothesline and the winch to tighten it up. I tried calling and emailing them, but they only got back to me once on 5/13 saying they'd send the missing stuff. I got the clothesline on 5/20, but no winch. I left a message and sent an email, but no response. I even talked to my bank, but they said I gotta wait 30 days. Still waiting now.

I bought sumthin' from this place and wanted to add another one to the order so I tried to get in touch with them. I called and emailed 'em a buncha times but didn't hear nothin' back. I started to get worried about my order. Then I saw that they charged my card even before they confirmed or shipped the order. I gave 'em a few more days to get back to me but still nothin'. So I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. Finally, the item arrived but then I got a mean email from some guy named John sayin' I stole the item. He said they ain't doin' business with me no more. Well, I contacted my bank and reversed the dispute so they got paid for the item even though they accused me of stealin'.

I bought a foldin clothesline from Clotheslines.com and it was worth the $199.99. It came in good condition and was easy to set up. I use it all the time and it saves me money on my electricity bill. I recommend Clotheslines.com to anyone looking for a good quality clothesline.

I orderd a clothesline elevator but it came without all the parts to install. There was a note sayin that the parts are not included. I orderd again on September 24 but still no delivery. On October 19, *** emailed me and said sorry for the delay. I called and emailed more than 10 times but no response. They only have email and voicemail and never pick up the phone. The order number is ***. I want a refund for the original purchase because I can't get the parts from any other business.
