On the 5th of September 2024 iwas scammed by IFA representative at Khayelitsha mall. He tricked me and open a funeral policy of R513 under my name without my consend, he even authorized an debit order without me i tried to call him and ask him to cancel it because i did not approve he promised to do so. But he didn't and for me it's so strange that even clientèle did not confirm with me first how can a grown up person open a funeral policy without beneficial no family members. Unauthorized debit order
Hi. On the 4th March I was manipulated by an IFA consultant. He told me if I allow him to swipe my bank card Clientele will give me a food parcel. You see I'm a single parent of 3 kids. They need food.I only get a stipend of R1500 per month. I don't need deduction. So for a Food parcel I allowed him swipe my card. By month end my money was deducted. Now we go to bed without food. My kids are crying. I need help.

I was scammed by clientele.
Do not listen to there telesales whatever they say, the are the worst scammers ever.
I have contacted them after I received a sms that I have joined them and have a r40 000 funeral cover.
The consultant that phoned me prior to this said that I have been approved for a r40 000 loan and the money will be reflecting in my account within 24 hours, right after that the sms was on my phone that I have a funeral cover.
When I phoned the complaints department apologized and said that she has sent an e mail and that I will receive the letter that it has been cancelled.
To my suprise I see that r645.00 was deducted from my account.
They are the biggest thieves ever. Do not deal with clientele!

I was tricked by someone at the mall to join @clientele, I don't need insurance. Please cancel the policy. Clientèle: - Policy Documents - [protected] - [[protected]]. I've tried time and time again on different platforms to get help, they are not helping

I bought funeral cover from clientele life in April 2023. I gave the consultant all the necessary details and when I gave her the account details I explained that the account is in my daughters name. The consultant explained that the account has to be in my name. She then spoke to her superior and the superior asked to speak to my daughter who is this 12years old. I refused to have my daughter talking to consultants about funeral covers. I told the lady that my daughter can not give permission ob anything or talk to them as she's a minor. They opened the policy and policy detaild were sent to me. What caught my attention was that they made my daughter the policy holder and captured my details using my previous surname.
I called countless times trying to get through to them so that they can cancel the policy. In may and June I wenr back and forth with consultants about canceling the policy until in July a consultant contacted me and said my policy has been cancelled. Today money was debitted from my accout R308 but my policy has been cancelled abd and I received smses stating so.
They scammed me into a policy as well and debited me without my consent. I Dont know how they got my details. Have any of you guys decided taking legal action against them?

The day I took a policy I took the package where it specify that after 5 years of not claiming I'm going to get back all my premiums, and mind you I'm now 7 years with them.
When I query about my cash back, the company (clientele) is claiming that I didn't apply for that package.

One of your people working for you they walk around our houses and tell us that clientele is giving a three months grocery voucher for free without paying anything after that they take our account number and tell us not to worry about the policy if we wanna open it we can but this one they are doing is only for food vouchers then boom when we receive our last money clientele is taking our money saying we opened a debit order why are playing with us knowing very well we are desperate for food something must be done about you and I'm gonna make sure I will go to every radio station to talk about this

Repetitive cold calls from clientele to subscribe me to their services
People from a Cleintele Call Center are making repeat cold calls to subscribe us to their services. We have asked 1) please remove us from your cold call list, 2) where did you get our contact details. This started about 3+ weeks ago. The latest was from from [protected] at 2023-06-21 on 16:07 (GMT+2/CET) and from [protected] at 2023-06-23 on 15:39 (GMT+2/CET) (2nd time from a person claiming to be a "Gorden van Wyk".
In all the cases as soon as you request the above, and explicitly the "where did you get my contact details" they become vague and either kill the call, or transfer you back into the call center dial-in queue to frustrate you.
This is not a marketing issue (as all the consultant claim) but a legal issue on POPIA. Asking to be put through to a Director, or the CEO's office, can not be done as those are "always in meetings".
Cleintele, I am not your client, and with this behavior I will also not become one, or suggest that any in my immediate family and friends circle become your clients.

Claim No S0240717 refers, on the 11th of June 23, I experienced Palpitations, and went to see a Dr who recommended I get hospitalized to investigate the Problem I was admitted on the 12th of June 23, they ran different tests Liver, Kidney CT scan and took 24Hr urine samples, to name a few. I was discharged once my Palpitations had subsided on the 15th June.
Meanwhile since I am Hypertensive and Prediabetic the Dr gave me in hospital meds to control my BP ,and glucose but I was not in Hospital for my BP, and I had my meds with me but the Dr recommended I use my in hospital benefits, this must be clear that my BP is always under control, and has never given me problems since I take my meds.
I then lodged a claim with clientele I subsequently received a call from a lady who asked me about my Hypertension history , and I was upfront about my condition, but I asked her what does that have to do with the reason for my admission , as that is not what I was in hospital for I was in Hosptal for sudden Palpitations then she closed the Fone .
When I followed up on my claim later, I was told it was declined because I am hypertensive and was taking BP meds whist in hospital.
I made many calls to clientele to no avail indicating I was not admitted for my Hypertension, but I landed in hospital for my sudden palpitations, and all records indicate reason for my admission and stay was Palpitations not Hypertension.
I was not told because I was taking Hypertension medications that's why my claim was rejected.
That is despite the evidence of Lab tests and all other evidence indicating otherwise.
I feel the Clientele system has sodomised me, and I was left with no option but to cancel my Policy, because It will never be of benefit to me for as long as I am am alive and Hypertensive ,even if even if I am admitted for another illness .Hypertension will always be used as a scape goat , even if it has nothing to do with any illness I might have.
I will be taking the matter up with the insurance Ombudsman , and will provide all necessary proof for my admission of which Clientele never bothered to ask me for , if that was a bone of contention before prematurely reaching their uninformed conclusions to decline my claim and despite me calling explaining this confusion.

The client accepted liability and paid towards the quotes signed accepted the debts and made further payments well within the project showing he’s satisfaction.
I have 3 witnesses that witnessed him signing.
Iv been through a lot and iv had a lot of patience while Ismal and Daya were changing staff and then premises with minimal or no feedback for months and me always trying to chase the case up follow up as the attorneys is overloaded with cases and does not prioritise the case as it’s a large amount of money.
I now am told towards the end with an incorrect detail submitted by the attorney after they themselves told me my documents are in place job cards,quotes,payments and witnesses I have a strong case.
I was called by a Clientelle legal representative from the satisfaction service department to ask me my opinion 2 weeks ago and if I’m happy?I expressed I’m not Happy at all extremely upset I feel done in and cheated and I am going take this further as I feel cheated and done in as far as to Lodge a complaint at TV show Carte Blanch.As there are many other Hello Pieter and Google comments I see complaining of the same misconduct operations
if I continue to have no response and feedback after the calls and emails that I have sent this is really unfair .

I've complained several times about the incorrect debit date. I've send emails and communicated with agents in hopes of this being resolved. I've had the policy from 2014 January 01 I've insured my father id number [protected] P.T.KHETHANG.
I've been begging that the money be debited on the 15th, but it's been debited earlier than that. I get paid on the 15th and if they debit early sometimes I don't have enough funds.
