I bought a car from Cleveland Ford in 2018 and it's been a real headache. I've had to take it to the dealership over 20 times and they haven't fixed anything. It seems like they're just trying to run out the warranty. They told me they rebuilt the transmission three times, but I don't believe them because the seal is still intact. The car has even left me stranded and I had to get it towed once. To make matters worse, the dealership doesn't have any rental cars. We were lied to for two years and now I feel like I'm being treated poorly even though I'm making my payments on time. The car randomly beeps and stutters when I press on the gas. I tried calling Ford but they said I need to have service within 30 days, but how can I do that if there are no rental cars available? I just want something to be done about this, but I don't think Cleveland Ford is going to help me at this point.

Cleveland Ford charged me for fixing my car, but it broke again after only four days. Then they charged me even more money to fix the same problem. I gave them $1119.00 on 8/19 to fix my power steering and other things. But on 8/23, the power steering broke again. They had my car for over a week and didn't tell me anything until I called them on 9/4. I found out that the person in charge of my account was on vacation and didn't tell me anything. Now they want me to pay another $800.00 to fix the problem. But I already paid them for the first repairs, so I shouldn't have to pay for more. This service department is terrible and doesn't care about their customers. They're like thieves, making me pay for their mistakes.

I went to Cleveland Ford to buy a car, but the sales manager was a real jerk. The salesman was cool, but the manager was a total tool. I have two houses, one in *** and one in , and I didn't have my license with me. The salesman said I could bring it in the next day, but the manager was all up in my grill about it. He was rude and unprofessional, and I felt like he was discriminating against me. I tried to talk to the manager's boss, but he was useless too. He said he didn't know what to do about it. Then I talked to some lady on the phone, but she was no help either. They all acted like they didn't care about me or my business. I'm so disappointed with the way they treated me. The sales manager should have apologized and made things right, but he didn't.

Cleveland Ford messed up my rims real bad and didn't keep an eye on my tire wear. I got a 2018 Mustang GT from them and spent about $110,000 on three cars since 2012. Just got ceramic put on the Mustang and wheels last week. The detailer called me up to say my tires were down to the belts on the inside of both tires. Cleveland Ford did all the services and maintenance on the car since I got it new from them. The tires had 26,000 miles on them and every service report said they were "Green". I went back to Cleveland Ford with the info and the car, and they didn't seem to care that they could have put my life or someone else's in danger. They only offered to pay 25% or $300 for the new front tires and the damaged RR. I had to buy four new tires and the car drove fine before that. If Cleveland Ford had checked the tire wear or done visual inspections, they could have told me to look at the alignment before the tires got worn out. I got the tires replaced and cleaned the car for the first time Sunday. While detailing the wheels, I found out that all four rims had deep scratches in the black paint from the lug nuts being removed sloppily. These black wheels were like new before Cleveland Ford touched them. They don't want to replace them because my $54k GT is "not a new car". They messed up my car and don't want to make it right.
